New Year's is a time of starting over reflecting on the past, starting a new chapter setting goals resolutions intentions for yourself. I have been giving a lot of thought to gratitude for the new year.  I've been thinking about gratitude for quite a while, gratitude is one of those things that when I'm feeling down and dark or just having a bad day gratitude can help me find my light and help me change my channel.
