In this episode of My Sober Addiction, we are getting into what not to do when you finally get sober. Recovery can be tricky and if we aren’t careful we can allow our addictive traits seep in and we then direct our addiction toward all that. Then “Recovery Burnout” sets in and the chances of relapse increase. The best plan of action is to always be aware of your mindset and not get too overly involved in the recovery community. Of course always go to meetings and events but just do it all in moderation so that burn out doesn’t set in.
