We've all heard or seen stories over the years that people will swear happened to them or a friend of a friend which on face value seem strange and often weird but if we dig a little deeper, the facts become blurry.
It seems it doesn't matter where you live in the world, you will have all heard an urban legend dressed up as a real incident, be it a spider living in your hair, to swallowing seeds means plants grow in your stomach to even murderers hiding in the wardrobe.
Joining me to look in to the history of these tales and some of our particular favourites is author, researcher and folklore expert Gail De Vos.
