A man that is wrapped in bandages known to walk a stretch of highway 101 in Canon Beach, Oregon. What happened to this man one can only speculate. A folklore that leaves us with even more questions than answers. Is it true that lovers will see him or those that have trucks have a better chance of having an encounter? One can only wonder and hope they don't suffer the same fate.
