Part 2 of a 2 part episode.  We will explore two different cases that led to speculation and outright allegations of a hoax against each of the victims.  What led the police to their conclusions?  How did they approach both the core players of each case and the representation of those players to the media and public?  What responsibility did each person play in the events that took place?  And how do we, a public that relies on the media for the truth and law enforcement for safety, react to these allegations?  How important are the lies?
