The term ‘baby mama’ has such a negative connotation attached to it. There are levels to it. This podcast empowers single moms to level up and rise above what society thinks of her.
It's truly unfortunate when the care in healthcare is missing. If you don't want to work with the public, that's a CHOICE (in the US, anyway). If you are not a people person, then do not choose a job that deals with people. Is this too much to ask for? It shouldn't be... especially when people's lives are on the line.
It's easy to view the world from our limited lenses, however, people don't need more opinions. In some situations, people need more grace.
I was referred to a surgeon who turned out to be someone who I will never work with. She and her staff need to learn how to treat people. No matter how great she may be, she will not be working on me. I share this experience, as well as a lesson that came to mind earlier today. Can you relate?
