Sixteen-year-old Nancy used to think that she was her mom’s source of stress. So as an attempt to help her mother, she took whatever she could off her mom’s plate. It did NOT help her mother at all, but she learned a valuable lesson: what’s stressing her mother wasn’t something from the outside; it’s from the inside. How in the world do we deal with something like that?!
