Just say hu.
The universal panacea for allthat ails you.
We welcome them to the podcast.
Well, we welcome to thepodcast today.

(01:35):
Nick and Mike.
How are you guys doing today?
Hey, Keith.
We are doing good.
Thanks for having us, Keith.
Yeah, doing good.
I'm looking forward to.
So I'm going to ask you guysmy favorite question.
You get to decide who answersthe question first.
But the question is, what isthe best piece of advice you've ever
received?

(01:58):
Michael?
I was going to go, hey, Nick.
Yeah.
The best advice I've everreceived is trust yourself.
Two words, trust yourself.
And that came not from someoneout here, a role model, mentor, educator.

(02:18):
It came from within that, youknow, we would call it Holy Spirit,
really listening inwardly andnot looking outwardly.
And I was, I was always toldto trust yourself.
And it's literally say, Ican't tell you how many times it
saved my life.
So I was in Vietnam and incombat and I was, somebody made me

(02:42):
a deal when I got in country,I wasn't even placed yet.
I was waiting to go up northto a company and a captain said,
hey, you want to come with me?
And I was in the artillery andhe's infantry.
Well, you're going to, youknow, your life expectancy is a couple
weeks at that time, 68, 69.
And that little inner voicesaid, go ahead and take the deal.

(03:03):
Go with him.
And I did.
And I sidestepped, reallysidestepped a lot of adversity.
And it's probably the onlyreason I'm still alive.
And I, I trusted myself asopposed to going with, you know,
the contemporary wisdom of oh,no, don't do that, because this is
safer and that's more dangerous.
So, yeah, trust yourself.

(03:23):
Love that.
Your co.
Your turn, Nick.
All right.
You know, I'd have to say and, and, and that's why we actually,
you know, that's why we nameof our system is called Trust Yourself.
It's really the same thing.
You know, I didn't grow upwith, with siblings, father, nothing.

(03:47):
So I mean, mom, and mom wascool, but she kind of let me do my
own thing, you know.
So all Along.
I've really been trustingmyself, if you will.
And I can say my biggestmoments, Keith, were when, you know,
my, my crossroads, thosecritical times, even, even Michael,
because now we've beentogether 30 years and he was, he's

(04:10):
twice my age.
At the time when we met, I was24 and twice my age.
But I knew in instantly thathe was the one soul mate.
We had a mission.
So I've been following thecall of Holy Spirit.
Some people, you know, we workwith a lot of different faiths.
Right, Keith?

(04:31):
And, and those, and lack thereof.
So, you know, we kind of liketo use broad terms, Holy Spirit,
the universe, your higher self.
You know, to us it's semanticsand it's just, it's, it's, it's all
one, but, but to appeal to, tothe masses, you know what I mean?
So.
But it was that higher voicethat's always led me at those critical

(04:53):
times.
And now it's 24 7.
You know, dreams while we'resleeping and signs and intuition
while we're awake.
And there's the voice of holyspirit, all 24 7.
So.
So there you go.
Yeah, I love that.
You know, I'm always curious.
In our journey, especiallymeeting as couples, there are always
people in your life who camealong to be an inspiration and mentor.

(05:16):
Who are some of those people in.
Your lives, Michael, you got anybody?
It's always been, here's the truth.
You know, it's.
It's kind of like that oneliner and a few good men.
Nicholson says, the truth.
Can you handle the truth?
And I usually pull the punch because.
But you can handle the truth, Keith.

(05:38):
So we're going to go down that road.
And I've never really had anyoutward mentors.
I've always been a loner, onlychild, kind of like Nicole, not a
lot of parental background stuff.
And I've always been my ownrole model.
In other words, as I achievemy goals in life, I, I became my

(05:59):
own mentor, my own role model.
And I did not so much lookoutward for mentors and role models
in my environment.
I sort of always looked in themirror to myself and held myself
accountable and made a move.

(06:19):
And in many cases, as you wellknow, life being life, it was the
wrong move.
Right?
I, you know, had a lot ofadversity or I got my butt kicked.
But I learned quickly, experientially, how to use those
tools, those that, that were.
I already had the tools.
I just needed to sharpen themand learn to rely on them.

(06:41):
So that's what worked for me.
Keith, for me, it's, it'struthfully, it's, it's a reciprocal
relationship with Holy Spirit.
And as I mentioned, it's a 247thing, but it's like a dialogue with
myself, but it's truly Holy Spirit.
And even I remember, you know, sitting in an AA meeting long when

(07:03):
I was 23 years old and, and Ihad to get to class and I was running
out of cigarettes.
I had like two cigarettesleft, right?
And, and you know, now I'm aclinical psychologist and an addictionologist.
I've been addicted toeverything under the sun.
So anyhow, I was sitting inthat meeting and I'm like, oh my
God, I got to get, I got toget, get to class, but I got to get

(07:26):
cigarettes and I don't want tobe late.
And, and this is back in the 90s.
And the inner voice said, nicole, you don't have to get cigarettes.
As a matter of fact, you neverhave to buy cigarettes again.
And I was like, well, who thehell was that?
It was, it was the inner voice.
It was Holy Spirit.
And I thought, really, Ithought, well, what an interesting

(07:49):
concept.
Now I still left and I wentand bought a pack of cigarettes.
But I'll tell you, within onemonth I quit smoking.
So it resonated, I pondered, Iset a plan and took a course of action.
So it's Spirit.
I consider it my best friendand my buddy.

(08:11):
So what inspired you guys toestablish Divine Guidance Institute
and Wellness Center, Inc.
Ah, sure, you bet.
Okay.
There are two severe publiccrisis mental health and the blindsided
crisis.
Mental health is just what it is.

(08:33):
Right now.
There's 2 million people onthe waiting list in the UK, Keith,
waiting for mental health treatment.
2 million people waiting, youknow, half.
There's the, the percentage ofpeople with anxiety diagnosed here
in the US it's at almost 50%.
Okay, so it's off the charts.

(08:55):
The mental health crisis, thenthe blindsided crisis.
Blindsided.
It's in the news headlines weekly.
30 to 50 headlines per week.
I was blindsided.
They blindsided me.
I got blindsided.
Everything from yourcelebrities, your sports figures
to your modern day folk.

(09:17):
And since spirit is running24, seven on autopilot, dream signs
and intuition for constantdivine guidance, you can actually
use those tools to not getblindsided, to change your course.
Correct, make, make a course correction.
And if at the worst or at theleast, you know it's coming.

(09:41):
So it softens the blow so youdon't get knocked off.
If you knew something wascoming, you couldn't change it, it
softens the blow.
And so those.
Let me give you a couple quick stats.
400,000 women this year alonewere misdiagnosed with breast cancer.
Misdiagnosed with breast cancer.

(10:02):
800,000 medical misdiagnosisthis year alone, leading to serious
injury or death.
We're talking about medicalmisdiagnosis right now.
Let's go to employment.
74% of employers hire thewrong employee, end up having to
get rid of them.
And the cost of that is$240,000 per person.

(10:27):
Okay, now we can go to dating.
81% of people lie on theironline dating profile.
Let's go to the elderly, thenI'll throw it back at you.
$3.4 billion this year alone.
Financial scamming with theelderly, up 11% from last year.

(10:51):
So, Keith, it is rampant.
And people aren't using theirGod given tools, those higher, finer
tools of knowingness.
That's why we call it theancient way of knowing.
So you get warned and you can,you know, sidestep adversity.
So those crisis and thosestats, we were compelled, Keith,

(11:13):
compelled to start the nonprofit.
So I've had several people onmy podcast recently talking about
mental illness, especially inour country.
And the one thing this doctorkind of, I guess, made me aware of
is that we pay for physical issues.
We even have all kind ofsupport for physical.

(11:36):
Mental issues.
Physical issues.
But we do not take care of themental part of our lives.
And that's one of the areas, because there's no specific treatment
that you can say, you needthree sessions of this and we'll
pay for that.
So it tends to be inconsistent.
So tell us a little bit aboutwhat you do differently than just

(12:00):
a typical mental awarenesshealth people do, because I think
you were taught what you're onto is something very different than
let me go sit down and talkwith a psychiatrist for three or
four sessions and you'll giveme some prescription things to do
or medication to solve my problems.
Tell us how you're different.
Yeah, most of the docs thesedays are, they write scripts and

(12:23):
they do tests.
That's it.
So if I go to the va, youknow, I, they run a bunch of tests
and then they flip a bunch ofscripts, which really doesn't address
the cause at all.
And in many cases it causesmore problems because then I'm on
all these meds and they allhave these, you know, negative effects.
So.

(12:44):
But years and years ago, andthis is what's different about what
we do, when I got back fromVietnam, I had severe ptsd, Post
Traumatic Stress Disorder, butthey didn't know a lot about it in
1970.
And I had depression, anxietyoff the scale and nightmares, suicidal

(13:06):
ideation at least once a week, you know, literally hold a gun to
my head.
So I was on the way to the va,where else could I go?
But before I got there, I ranacross the U.
I found the Hue Hu.
And it's a toning technique.
It's a vibrational toning technique.
Goes like this.
I'll give you a demo just like.

(13:32):
And it's pronounced like, likethe name Hue.
And it said that it gets ridof all the.
Oh, and I was reading all the.
The background on the hue andit said it will address all these
different emotional issues,negative mental problems.
So I started trying it.
And in a very short period oftime, all the depression and the

(13:55):
anxiety and the nightmare, suicidal ideation abated, lessened
and pretty soon they were gone.
No doc, no meds, no therapy.
And that's when I knew forsure I had found a secret word.
Literally, I had found onemagic word because I thought, whoa,

(14:19):
what does this that quicklyand effectively and works maybe,
you know, it works just forme, but that's not the case.
And I'll go, let me gobiblical really here for just a second.
It's.
And it always intrigued me.
John 1:1, in the beginning wasthe Word.
Word was with God.
The Word was God.
And I used to.

(14:40):
In high school, I went to aprivate, private high school actually.
Joe Biden was there for a while.
So people go, you don't knowJoe Biden?
Oh yeah, I knew Joe.
Anyway, the Jesuits, it wastaught by the Jesuits.
And I used to ask them, father, what is that?
In the beginning was the Word, what is that word?
What is that?

(15:01):
They did not know.
And they all had PhDs and knowwell schooled.
But that word, as we found outwith our research, Nick and I doing
research over 10, 25 years, wefound out that word is Hugh Hu.
And that's what created everything.
And that is why it is soextremely powerful.

(15:24):
If it can create the universe,of course it can heal instantly.
And that's when we startedusing Hugh and wrote the book.
You know, just say Hugh onestep therapy.
Interesting.
Yeah.
From our, well, my theologicalbackground, we talk about John 1:1.

(15:45):
We usually connect that toJesus and him being the Word.
So he was.
Is a, is a perspective I'venever heard before.
But yeah, Keith, if I may.
Let me, let me just grab thebook here.
The word Hugh comes from theword human.
The Word Human in the OxfordEnglish Dictionary actually means

(16:08):
God.
Man, God within man, human.
So that's the origin of the word.
And in doing our research, wetraced it all the way back to Egypt
15,000 years ago.
They used to hue with theSphinx from dusk until dawn as a
society to.
To uplift the people.
And then in doing our researchfurther, we found the word hue in

(16:29):
14 different religions andtheir sacred book.
The word alleluia came fromthe word.
It used to be Allah hu longago in the, you know, in the other
version of.
Of the Bible.
And in the 14.
Hang on.
Right here we've got it.
The 14 different religions.

(16:49):
Oh, we've got a whole chapterdevoted to the history here.
It's really cool.
We did all of our.
Our science.
Vibrational therapy is whatthe hue is based on.
Vibrational therapy, workingwith the EEGs, the oximeter and vibroacoustic,
changing your atoms.
That's how the hue works mechanically.

(17:10):
Central nervous system atoms, subatomic particles uplifting and
harmonizing your.
Your atomic structure.
Just like in the olden days,Keith, when we used to tune up a
car and we would change thespark plug so it would run smooth.
The hue literally tunes upyour central nervous system.
And it works that way.

(17:31):
And then those 14 religions,if I may, we found the word hue in
their sacred book once again.
Buddhism, Christianity,Celtics, Druids, the Masons, Gnosticism,
Islam, Judaism, the Kabbalah, the Siks, the Sufis, Zoroastrianism,
and modern times, Ekankar.

(17:53):
The path of spiritual freedom.
We found that word in allthose religions, including the Oxford
English Dictionary.
So it's got the power of theword combined with that vibrational
toning, and that's why.
And using it with clients for25 years.
The cool thing, and I'll turnit back over to you, Keith, is simply,

(18:16):
I tell the people, don't stop anything.
Don't change anything.
Add the hue, add the hue towhatever you're doing, and you will
see before long, the hue comesin and it fills all the gaps.
Anywhere there's a deficiency,it comes in and heals, even, like,

(18:38):
so you don't have to programit like, well, I want to work on
cigarettes and anxiety and Iwant to be more loving.
And you just start hewing andit automatically.
It's.
It's amazing.
And you know, it.
It literally.
A funny story.
We were doing a show in yourdreams in New York.
We were the dream team, the talent.

(19:00):
And the director said, okay, cut.
We're taking a break.
And during the break, Cameraman.
One of the cameramen came overand said, wow, I heard you guys hewing.
I haven't heard that in so long.
And I said, really?
You're familiar with the human.
What religion are you?
What spiritual path?
And he said, druid.
I'm a druid.
And I said, wow, you're thefirst druid I've ever met.

(19:22):
What is a druid?
So it was really kind of funny.
But it proves the point thatit goes back.
The hue has been aroundthousands and thousands of years.
And I.
I even worked with it when wewere in Hollywood.
We were living in la, inHollywood, and one of the Lakers,
and I won't say who.

(19:43):
I won't.
Adam Famous, everybody knows him.
He came back to get his MBA atnight, and I was his counselor, so.
And he wasn't on the rolls.
They kept him off the rolls.
And I went into a room withthem and I said, so what's your,
you know, what's your concern?
Why?
What's your greatest fear?
He said, mike, I can't evenbelieve I'm here.
He said, I've got, you know, Iplay all the time.

(20:06):
He said, I've got family.
He said, I've got endorsements.
He said, oh, my God.
He said, I don't think I'mgoing to be able to do it, but I've
always wanted to do it.
It's a dream of mine.
And I said, okay, I gotsomething for you.
And I gave him the hue and hebust out laughing.
And he said, mike, are youkidding me?
I've got all these problems, and you've got me humming what the

(20:29):
hell?
And I said, hey, bro, don't.
Don't knock it till you try it.
He said, fair enough.
Fair enough.
Month goes by, we got to meetagain to see how the program's gone.
When I walked into the room,he was already there.
Just to tease him, I said, have you been hewing?
Before he could even speak, hesaid, have I been hewing?

(20:49):
My family's hewing?
He said, the coach has started hewing.
And he said, I'll tell you why.
Because it works.
The focus took my game toanother level because the coach said,
what are you doing?
And I told him about the Hugh.
He said, I'm going to start hewing.
So we know it works and itworks consistently.
Was that the Showtime Lakers?
Because if it was affected myPhiladelphia 76ers, and I didn't

(21:13):
like that.
This was about 17 years ago.
Yeah, yeah, that would havebeen my show.
That would have been theShowtime Lakers I messed up my 76ers
championship run.
Thank you so much for ruiningmy, my basketball dreams there.

(21:34):
Yeah, we need to share the huewith the 76ers.
There you go.
Maybe share it with some otherteams that are doing pretty bad.
So tell us, tell me about whatled you to write the book.
Trust yourself.
A personal roadmap for knowing.
Oh, the insanity.
The insanity factor.
And you know, we're built,we're all constructed the same way.

(21:56):
And then we've got dream signsand intuition which are on autopilot
within us.
Like, you don't pay to do it.
You dream every night, even ifyou don't remember.
Everyone's witnessed a signand, and a gut feeling despite their
faith or lack thereof.
Even the atheist dreams every night.
I love to say so we've gotthese things going on and they're

(22:18):
24, 7 autopilot, the way wewere built and constructed.
And, and just by tracking thedata then you see, like, you don't
have to go make life and deathchoices, just track your data like,
oh, I had a dream and let'ssee how it turns out.
And, and then, then you findout it was providing a pearl of wisdom.
Right.

(22:38):
And so the insanity out there,it, it's so much.
And we have this at ourfingertips and it's free.
It's like we've got, we can'tget a microphone, we, that's loud
enough.
Do you know what I'm saying?
Like, it's imperative.
It's built in.
When I was 24, I said toMichael, we're going to call it trust

(22:58):
yourself and we're gonnauplift humanity.
And I started laughing.
I said, humanity?
Are you crazy?
What do we care about humanity?
It's about her life, you know, and she's, she was down the road
already.
So it's, it's.
I, I feel I came in this lifeto do this, like to spread this message,

(23:19):
you know, so, so yeah, it'spretty cool.
It's a lot of fun and it'sbeneficial, you know, I think.
Yeah.
So there you go.
I love it.
I want to go back to somethingwe were just talking about because
I meant to ask this question Ithought about after I asked you that
question, when you mentionedthe, the hue and, and tapping into

(23:43):
that sound, the, the, therhythm of that.
I, I'm curious because I'veheard a lot of people talk about,
you know, metaphysics and howthe helping the body heal itself
and, and regulating energieswithin the body.
Is that a part of what thathelps the body to do is to kind of

(24:04):
regulate its energies bytapping into that.
I'm just kind of curious as Iwas thinking about that.
Yes, absolutely.
And you know what, I'm like,Nicole, I didn't share some vital
things.
I'm so glad you mentioned it, Keith.
Yes, absolutely.
And you know, here's the demo.
Inhale and on the exhale, inhale.

(24:28):
Hugh.
It's that simple, right?
The cool thing, you can do itout loud or silent eyes open or closed
while you're doing the dishesor while you're in a business meeting.
It's that user friendly and itis, it's your own pitches process
perfect.
So it doesn't have to be acertain frequency.

(24:50):
And once again it goes in andit, it fills all, all the deficiencies
it starts working on.
You know, I've had people likeon a methadone dose for eight years
and you know, I say add thehue, don't worry about the dose,
just add the hue and thenthey'll come back and a week later,
you know, I want to bring mydose down.

(25:10):
And they've been on a dose foreight years, like, and they're happy
with that dose.
And all of a sudden, you know,it's like the call of spirit, the
call of soul.
It starts waking things up andlike, and it, what it does, it, it,
it helps us end up strivingfor our highest self.
Our best version of us is what end.

(25:32):
That's the result.
The best version of us is what happens.
And let me, let me just addmechanically, here's a way because
you started to go down thatroad, I think, how does it really
work Site?
You know, scientifically whatit is is simple quantum physics.
And you know, everyone laughsand there's no simple quantum physics,

(25:52):
Mike.
Yeah, I know and I've beenstudying Quantum for maybe 20 years.
I just enjoy it.
But what it does is inquantum, quantum says all there is
really at the quantum level isa vibration.
Everything's a vibration witha different frequency.
That's why we're different individuals.
I have a different frequencythan you and you have a different

(26:13):
frequency than Nick andeverything's slightly different.
And the hue is that it's avibrational toning technique.
So when I, you, you, Iliterally begin to change the vibrations
of myself from the inside out.
And quantum physics stateswhen you change the frequency, you

(26:37):
literally change the reality.
It said, for example, sayyou're feeling depressed and you
know, everybody knows whatdepression feels like or maybe anxious,
extremely anxious.
And when I, you, you, ifdepression is at a 2 on a scale of
1 to 10, it takes me all theway up to a 9.
It's a different reality.

(26:58):
Suddenly, I feel balanced in harmony.
Wow.
I'm feeling joy.
Thirty seconds ago, I was.
I was feeling depressed.
I.
By changing the frequency, Ichange the reality.
And that's.
That's how it works at aquantum level.
And it's.
It's an interesting.
It's an interesting thingbecause quantum entanglement, everything

(27:20):
is connected.
So when I hue, I literallyreconnect and change the reality
of my environment.
That's interesting.
Mm.
I'm curious, you know, you'vebeen doing this for a while, and
we all love to hear success stories.
Can you think of a particularclient or situation that stands out

(27:45):
in your mind of someone who you.
Who you walked in and you'llbe able to help through the work
that you do?
Oh, we've got a.
Yeah, a whole lot coming tomind, actually.
The cool thing, you know, NBC,we've done a lot of television, as
you're aware of, and NBC camein several times.
They did an investigative piece.
They picked the clients, Keith.

(28:07):
They picked them.
And we did before and after, and we did one week in between.
So they filmed before and the problem.
And here's the prescription, the hue, and then they filmed after.
And like I said, they pickedthe people.
They were skeptical, very skeptical.
Hit the front end, which isgood, because if it's going to work,

(28:27):
it's got to work withskeptics, too.
Go ahead.
And so the one guy, the resultwas, you know, he's like, hey, I'm
not smoking as much.
And she.
She's like, you know, I'm just.
I'm making all theseconnections and I'm dreaming and
I'm remembering my dreams, andI started journaling everything,
and the connections are coming through.
So the tapestry, you know, sothat's just two examples in the.

(28:50):
In the methadone case.
Here.
Here's something.
A stranger emailed us fromWashington, and he said, I wanna.
I'm suicidal and I wanna kill myself.
Now, he's not our client, sothere's not much we can do at this
point.
He sends us an email, right?
The only thing I could do, wesend him the hue.

(29:12):
We gave him the hue technique.
And this is what he said.
We, we.
He.
We heard from him like a weeklater, right?
He says, hewing helped me getover that obsessive, oppressive,
urgent, seemingly hopelessdrive to kill myself and see other
options.

(29:33):
He had a plan.
He was going to jump intoCrater Lake in Washington.
And like that you can't getout of Crater Lake too easily.
And you know, Crater came, boom, boom type stuff.
So.
So you talk about suicide, which is off the charts right now,
left and right.
The hue, as Michael mentioned, that reality of that vibration and

(29:54):
that word human God, man, thatvibe does it literally, Keith.
It literally does not allow anindividual to kill themselves if
they are hewing.
And I don't mean in themoment, I mean if they've done, you
know, just, just hewing.
Because you can hew up to 20minutes a day, by the way, never
more than 20.

(30:15):
You could do like four or fiveminute sessions or a 10 minute session
here or there before bed orwhen they wake up or, you know, at
lunchtime type of thing.
And by changing that vibe, youliterally cannot kill yourself if
you're hewing.
Like, if one thing should goout for the people and it's, it's
because it violates soul.
It violates a spiritual law,Keith, to kill ourselves, you know,

(30:38):
and so you got that hue vibegoing on.
You can't do it.
It changes things to thatlevel to where it's, it's not an
option, you know.
So why only 20 minutes a day?
Well, actually, that's allthat's, that's all that's needed.
Okay.
It's that effective.
You know, if you do too much,it's probably like overload or like,

(31:03):
it tends to overload.
You know, it goes back to thatone liner that I like.
The truth.
You can't handle the truth.
And most people's state ofconsciousness, if, if they do over
20 minutes, 30 more, an hour,a lot of times things will come in
because it connect real literally.
It connects us with Holy Spirit.
The energy we go, tend to gointo it and we might come out with

(31:26):
an overload or too much.
So we, we want to temper itand do little bits and pieces and
it'll slowly fine tune usuntil we can someday do much more.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, people do more.
But you know, the cool thingis it's not necessary.
And that's, that's really thecool thing with time and, and people's
schedules and.

(31:47):
Oh, I keep wanting to saysomething and it keeps.
It is.
It escapes me.
Maybe it'll come back.
But, but yeah, so that suicidething and the anxiety, here's something
right here.
This is a client.
She's.
Now that I hew before bed whenI wake up in the morning, the Xanax
is still on the nightstand, the ashtray still empty, and the

(32:08):
Diet Coke is still unopened.
Like all of her favoritegoodies, right?
Cigarettes, Xanax, Diet Coke.
She didn't need them.
It's like it, it's, you're thebest version of you is what happens.
So.
Oh, and the coupling that occurs.
Oh, Keith, I gotta share thiswith the audience.
Share the, the coupling andenergy, the harmony that happens

(32:32):
with couples.
And we share this with all ofour couples.
You start hewing, like ifthere's a problem.
I'll tell you what, I'll tellyou what.
If JLo and Ben would havestarted hewing, and I don't mean
together, Hugh, although youcan hew together, but it's not necessary.
If they would have startedhewing, the most likely they wouldn't

(32:55):
have had to.
It wouldn't have led todivorce because it heals and brings
harmony.
We've got our own state ofconsciousness, right?
So if I don't vibe withsomeone, I don't vibe.
And you can feel a vibe whenyou meet someone, they got a good
vibe, a bad, a bad vibe type thing.
And so it's a state of consciousness.
It's actually called a quantum signature.

(33:15):
And we harmonize with peopleor we don't.
So if two people are in arelationship and they're having trouble,
you start hewing and it elevates.
The best versions come out andthen the harmony.
So it really healsrelationships at a miraculous level.
Keith, that's awesome.

(33:35):
So what are some of thebiggest challenges you have in what
you're doing next?
What's your next big projectthat you're trying to work on?
Well.
Oh, did you want to say something?
No, go ahead.
I was going to go ahead.
Yeah.
While we're working on, likeNick mentioned earlier, the mental
health field because it's sohuge and I, I haven't run into anyone

(33:57):
who isn't dealing with it atsome level.
So we're really trying tofigure all of the different ways
and sources to get the wordout there to you.
Because the hue is so quick,it doesn't require a year of therapy
or two years of therapy.
We call it one step therapy, actually.
And it's quick, efficient.

(34:18):
Now I've never.
This is from the heart.
And when we started thismission, I used to, I, we used to
say, one would share it likewe're going on a TV show or I said,
and you know, the producerwould say, well, I'm going to try
it, see if it works.
If it doesn't, well, we're nothaving you guys on.
And it's, I thought, oh, Ihope that works.
It's never ever not worked.

(34:38):
Every, everyone feels it.
And we're also stepping intothe field more of relationships right
now because it's, it's a wideopen door.
Also.
What I wanted to say, Keith,is we just started the non profit
in April.
So that's our newest, biggest endeavor.
You know, we need thedonations, we need global awareness.

(35:00):
That's, that's the real dealright here.
Even though we've been doingthis, like we said for a long time,
it's such a crisis that wesaid we need a non profit, we need
the message.
It's got to get out there.
The public, they're, they'rein dire straits.
So the global awareness and,and that's there, there's, that's

(35:20):
where we are.
There we go.
I love it.
So I love to ask my gueststhis question.
What do you want your legacyto be?
Ah, go ahead.
Divine Guidance Institute andWellness Center.
Absolutely.
And One Step Therapy.
You know, we're about to dosome peer review with, with the One
Step Therapy and get it, turnit into an actual modality.

(35:43):
Emdr, qb, qbt.
One Step Therapy.
So those two things.
Yeah, and the ancient way ofknowing dream signs, intuition as
a methodology.
The cool thing, Keith, you canprogram a dream at night.
You know, is my spouse cheating?
And you can ask, you canprogram a dream, you know, are my

(36:05):
kids doing drugs?
Should I move to Texas?
Is my deceased grandmother in heaven?
Is she okay?
You can ask these questionsand you will receive an answer.
You will receive divine guidance.
And let's say someone's alittle leery, right?
Or uncertain, they can ask again.

(36:25):
They can ask again.
You can say, okay, I had thedream and it showed me this.
I want.
I still don't know.
I need a sign.
I need a sign.
God, dmx, you know, Lord, giveme a sign.
I need a sign.
I need, you know, another confirmation.
And we call it a trio ofmethodology, dream signs, intuition.

(36:47):
And so it works this way asyou get your confirmations, it builds
your confidence in using yourtools with your connection with Holy
Spirit or your higher self, whatever you want to say.
And, and then it's, yeah, there you go.
And that's how I knew thatdreams were prophetic in many cases

(37:08):
and they were important.
I should be paying attentionto them because I was teaching college
in Texas sociology.
I'm a sociologist, but I'dbeen teaching for a while and I had
a real clear dream one night, very vivid dream.
And you know, luckily I wroteit down, journaled the whole dream.
And in the Dream there was agirl and her name was Nicole.

(37:29):
Had blonde hair, brown eyed, looked just like Nicole.
Flash forward three years, three years later, who walks into,
who walks into my sociologyclass and sits in the front row?
Nicole.
So that dream, at some point Ididn't remember it right away.
That's another whole story inthe backstory.
It took a while.

(37:49):
I was having deja vu.
Like wow, this looks familiar.
That already having seen andit's a forgotten dream, it's already
in our subconscious.
But that taught me howimportant dreams were.
And then when I walked herback to her car on our first or second
date, the license plate on hercar, the first three letters and

(38:09):
I'd never seen it in Texasbefore, it was krw.
They were the initials of myex wife.
And I went, whoa.
I knew at that point it was asignificant, it was a sign or you
know, what was the message.
Important relationship, pay attention.
My life is going to take it.
Take a right turn.

(38:31):
And it did.
That's so cool.
So I'm curious as ourlisteners are kind of tapping into
what we talked about today.
What key takeaways do you wantto leave with the audience?
All right, one magic word.
Just say Hugh again out loud.

(38:52):
Silent eyes open or closed?
They can experiment with it.
Don't take our word.
No, no, experiment.
See by the results, you know,See by the results.
And then, and then they'llcome to know because it sounds silly
and it sounds too simple.
Oh, I just remembered what Iwas going to say.
Keith, you know the om yoga and.

(39:12):
Oh yeah.
Okay people, there's, there'seven a section in the book the Hue
vs Ohm.
The Ohm only takes you to themental level.
That's why it helps withemotions and mental.
The hue takes you all the wayto beyond duality.
That's why it's best.
It's, it's a quicker version.

(39:34):
It goes beyond duality.
It combines the right and theleft so you have superior decision
making skills, superior accessand knowledge all blended.
So it really, it, it works onall these different levels.
So it's, it's quicker than the hue.
But people can experiment andthat's good.
Experiment and, and see what'sup for yourself.

(39:57):
And what was the other, whatwere you going to say?
We going to say something.
Take a good takeaway is to usethose inner powers because we already
have them.
Dream signs and intuition.
And our society today, thereason people are getting blindsided
in astronomical numbers isthey're using the left brain, the

(40:18):
data, the rationality.
We, we Work with a lot offinance people and, and talk finance
and go on money shows.
And you would think, what'sthe hue got to do?
And I just tell them, you'reusing your left brain, but you got,
you lost your money, you got blindsided.
How is that when you did allyour homework?
That's because you weren'tusing your intuition, your signs

(40:38):
and your, your dreams becausethey keep us right on track and something
doesn't feel right.
Even though the data says doit, if it doesn't feel right, it's
not right.
So, yeah, take that away.
Oh, you know what else we dohave for your audience?
If they, if they want, theycan go to our website.
We have a free mini course.
It's called the Dream Decoder Course.

(40:58):
They can sign up for it, it'stotally free.
And they'll, they'll startwith one magic word and they'll go
right into the Dream DecoderMini course to get them rocking and
rolling using the tools.
Then they can experiment andsee what results they get themselves.
And yeah, so, hey, so how does.
Audience make tech use of that?

(41:20):
Yes, they can just go to thewebsite, divine guidance institute.org
divine guidanceinstitute.organd it'll pop up, you know, dream
decoder mini course type thing.
And they can just sign upright there.
And of course, there's do ityourself books or donations or whatever,
or they can email us rightthrough the website too.
So if they have a question or something.

(41:41):
But yeah, the takeaways, onemagic word, the hue, and, and start
with the Dream Decoder Minicourse and before they know it, whoa,
things happen.
Quick, quick, quick, quick.
So, yeah, well, thank you bothfor coming on and providing such
an interesting conversationfor the audience.
I'm so glad we connected, Ithink through the summit, if I'm
not mistaken.

(42:02):
So, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Thanks so much for having us.
Yeah, thanks.
Fabulous.
It's been fun, Keith,appreciate it.
So give us the website onemore time as we close this out.
Okay.
Divineguidanceinstitute.org org.
Is that where they also findall the books that you guys have
written?
Because you have a lot ofbooks I see behind you.

(42:22):
Yeah, yep, yep, Everything'sright there.
All right.
Anywhere else besides the website?
Amazon or.
Oh, of course.
Oh, yeah, certainly Amazon.
Amazon and then our social media.
But, but that all links backto Amazon and the website.
So, yeah, so give us the namesof the books that you.
You'd recommend.
If someone wanted to kind ofget into this, where would they start?

(42:46):
Oh, well, okay, right here.
We got, we got one step therapy.
This is the one magic word.
Just say Hugh.
The universal panacea.
Then we got this goodie.
Trust yourself.
Master your dreams.
Master your destiny.
A personal road map for knowing.
Oh, Michael's grabbing the.
The manual.

(43:07):
This thing, this is kind oflike my all time favorite.
It's a manual.
The Trust Yourself System Manual.
The ancient way of knowing.
All the formulas are in here.
Maybe someone doesn't want to read.
Right.
They don't have time or whatever.
It's all a formulas laid out.
They can plug it in.
Boom, boom, boom.
For dream signs and intuition.

(43:29):
And then our, our favorite forcouples, Sociology of soul, spiritual
coupling.
Oh.
All kinds of good topics inthis book.
So.
So yeah, you know what I wouldsay if they, if they do just kind
of let, let their inner self, their higher self choose where they
want to start, you know?

(43:50):
Right.
And they can get to usingtheir intuition.
Right.
Right off.
Rip.
Hey, well, guys, thanks somuch for being a great guest on the
podcast and blessings on whatyou do.
Thanks, Keith.
Back at you.
Thank you.
Enjoyed it.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Bye.
