Dr. Michelle Greenwell
Michelle's passion is to understand the body and its freedom to move and find joy. A dance educator for over 40 years, Michelle has experienced the love of dance, the joy of dance education, the pain of injury, the stress of running a business, and the bliss of watching someone happy and smiling because of the music and the dance bursting to get out through movement and expression. Dance Debut Inc began in 1988 offering formal instruction in such dance forms as tap, stepdance, jazz, highland, ballet, hip hop, lyrical and musical theatre, Over the decades Michelle overcame many movement challenges due to training challenges in her younger years, as well as the stress of being a business owner, a presenter and a performer. Her journey to wellness led her to understand the body in a more in-depth way as she trained in Touch for Health, Therapeutic Touch, NeuroReflex Integration, Tai Chi, and healing with dance, Michelle has a unique teaching style that inspires, motivates, and energizes her students and colleagues. With the conclusion of her doctoral degree in Complementary and Integrative Health in 2022, she complements her BA in Psychology and her MSc in Complementary and Alternative Medicine. Today she is presenting around the globe to audiences in Psychotherapy, Counselling, Business, Education, Dance, and BioEnergetic Wellness, laypeople, and professionals. Her experience with preschoolers, teenagers, adults, and seniors has provided a diverse background for her presentations, as well as an understanding of the different needs of each age group. She is currently sharing special programs for laypeople called "Movement Made Easy," to "Qi YINtegration" for those wanting to learn about the body and the biofield through energy medicine, to "Balancing Business" for Entrepreneurs, and "Movement and Music" for those wanting an online Tai Chi experience. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
