Happy 1 Year Anniversary to Next-Level You Podcast! I am OVERJOYED to be able to say that!!! This goal has been SOUL-FILLING for me from day 1 & hitting the 1 year mark feels so expansive! We spend part of the episode reflecting on my journey through the podcast: lessons learned and such. Ultimately though, I am diving into take-aways from a recent trip out to Los Angeles, California for a business retreat. The start of the trip was quite rocky, with some barriers that almost completely led to me derailing the whole trip. I share with you the entire travel fiasco and what lessons I learned from that experience. I really learned to be adaptable through it all. I share these lessons with you to explain the concept of fear-based resistance vs. genuine intuitive signs from God/Source/Universe when navigating life's challenges or making heavy decisions. I hope these lessons empower you to feel more confident in the future with your own decision-making skills.
