"Your body needs that downtime"
In this week's solo episode I encourage listeners to do some deep personal reflection on embracing a slower pace in their business. I am sharing my insights as I am learning to embrace this myself while I've been on maternity leave these past few months. I also take some time to challenge the glorified hustle culture. I talk about how this season of rest has transformed my relationship with productivity, self-worth, and learning to be more present in everyday life. I share about the mental shifts that came from stepping away from constant productivity and how the downtime helped me to reconnect with my intuition and future vision. Whether you are a business owner, a new parent or someone feeling burnt out by the work grind, this episode will encourage you to give yourself permission to slow down--and remind yourself that rest IS productive!
