Dr. John Delony is an author and the host of the Dr. John Delony radio show; He's also a consistent guest on Dave Ramsey's daily show and podcast. In his book Redefining Anxiety he addresses the fact that some things are going on in our mind and body that we need to pay attention to. 

Achievements aren’t bad, but they shouldn’t be used to measure how valuable you are as a person. Your value comes from something much higher than what you achieve. But so often, high achievers place so much emphasis on achieving that it comes at the expense of their being.
