In season 3, episode 15, I am speaking about why faith is important. Faith gives us the strength to withstand in hopes that something better is around the corner. Having faith is needed to propel us to become the best version of ourselves and to get us to the place we want to be. There will be days we may feel like the not-so-good version of ourselves or the worst version of ourselves, so we need faith to live with the expectation that it won't always be like this.
