With all of us currently having a lot going on in life, I think it's a good time to double-down on self-care. I frequently get very intentional about self-care when I know I'm at a point in life where I feel spread thin, my calendar is full, and life's demands start to feel overwhelming.

Self-care does not have to be expensive, and self-care does not have to be time consuming. In today's episode I will...

In today’s episode, I encourage you to work on areas of continuou...
