Spring is in the air and for us here at NNVoS with yours truly, Tony Nesbittt, that means…Peepers!
Now let me tell you a little story that I file under “Signs of Norm.”
When I choose these tapes and archive them digitally, I set a timer, start the process and walk away. When it’s time to take copious notes and write my open and close I’m hearing it for the first time.
The chances of choosing an episode from April that would have Norm playing the peepers is high. The chances of that episode being exactly 30 years to the day, April 2nd, 1995, that I went on my quest to record peepers for 2025? With car passing by as well? Methinks, rather slim.
And that’s what has happened this week as I was out recording on April 2nd, 2025.
Thanks for stopping by again for a visit, Uncle Norm.
