His micro home pocket community is the first of its kind to be developed by an African American, the first in the US to feature modern aesthetics, and the largest community of micro housing in Georgia.
Booker is building something different, providing new options for homeownership, but more than that, South Park Cottages represent the development of neighborhood community and the opportunity to connect with our neighbors and the outdoors. They're also a move towards stabilizing a community and an economy that suffers the result of temporary rental housing and disconnected citizens.
