Kristine’s strength is her breadth of experience in all facets of development. She's developed numerous multifamily and mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, including over 6,500 apartments. A graduate of the Rollins College Hamilton Holt program, Kristine is VP of Development for Bridge Investment Group and has started her own development and consulting company with a focus on multifamily, build-to-rent, and townhome communities throughout the sunbelt region. She’s also a member of the leadership team in the Atlanta chapter of Contractors Closers and Connections. Listening, and learning how to best connect and communicate with a team of many disciplines has been the key to her successful collaborations.
