Bradley Roth (00:32):
Hey, everyone.
Welcome back to another episodeof the, not most people
podcasts.
This is your host Bradley, andthis is the show for those
allergic to mediocrity.
Group think and following thestatus quo.
It's going to be a little bitdifferent from our typical full
length guests episode.
This one is kind of a special.
In depth announcement that ifyou have been with us, if you've

(00:56):
been listening or tap it in withnot most people for any amount
of time, You're definitely gonnawant to stick around.
It's not going to be super long, but, uh, Awesome stuff about
the, not most people summit.
And that is what this episode isall about is just kind of
filling you guys in on what thatis.
What's included why you wouldwant to go or not.

(01:17):
Just all that kind of stuff.
You know, this is really a bigturning point for not most
people, things are reallystarting to happen.
Not most.
People's really going to be.
Quote unquote, on the map afterthis one.
And if you want to be a part ofit, definitely stay tuned
because I'm going to break downthe event.
Overview the speakers topics.
The flow of the weekend, different opportunities,

(01:40):
sponsorships, tickets, everything that you could want
to know.
And additionally, if you arelistening to this and you're
like, all right, Cool.
I'm interested.
I want to learn more about moreof a visual person.
You can head over to NMPsummit.com and I got pretty much
everything there.
That you could want and I'mgoing to be breaking down.
Most of what's there.
Here in this episode.

(02:01):
So without further ado, let'stalk about the, not most people
summit kind of how it came tobe.
This is the technically thefourth live event for not most
people.
But the first three were all,not most people lives and the
format of those events was justa Thursday or Friday evening.
From about six to 10, startedwith an hour and a half.

(02:24):
Of networking.
Then we did about an hour, hourand a half of, you know, I got
up and I spoke for a fewminutes.
Uh, You know, I'm not much of apublic speaker, but.
Uh, give a little background onnot most people and that are
live podcasts with a liveaudience, and those have been
amazing each time I've beenblessed with the guest.
And then more networking hangingout after.

(02:45):
So we've done three of thosefirst one was last July.
Then September and then mostrecently.
In March.
So following those up, I said, okay, those are great, but it's
time to evolve, time to move tothe next level.
And this was just something thathad kind of been on my mind for
a while.
And the pieces were juststarting to come together for
it.

(03:05):
And there's no time like thepresent.
I had a very short window, uh,of kind of putting everything
together, you know, usually.
Summits events of this size orplans?
Well in advance.
You know, six months plus, and.
We're doing it here in about 90days.
So.
A whole lot of stuff going onbehind the scenes, but.

(03:26):
Man the way it's looking the wayit's, it's a headed.
I'm so excited.
And you'll see why in a second, the speaker lineup is just out
of this world more than I evercould have hoped for.
And, uh, yeah, so that, that'sreally the, kind of how it came
to be just, uh, Kind of feltcalled for it.
You know, I don't have any sortof like big high-end.

(03:47):
Backend upsell for the event oranything.
It's just going to be purevalue.
Just bringing people together.
Like-minded people giving themthe tools.
Giving you the tactics to becomenot most peoples to create that
on common life.
And this is probably going to bea once a year thing.
It's going to be happening inArizona here in may.

(04:08):
The dates are May 19th throughthe 21st.
If you're able to be at thewhole event.
We also have, uh, options if youcan just make it for the
Saturday.
So I'll get into those in a fewminutes.
But that's a essentially.
You know, if you want to checkyour calendar.
That's the gonna be the timeweek before Memorial day
weekend.

(04:28):
It's beautiful in Arizona thistime of year.
And, uh, anyways, I'm going toget into kind of the, the
format, the structure of theevent.
We have, uh, maybe you'refamiliar with it.
The, not most people five tothrive.
That's kind of our.
Our framework that we usebecause there's five things that
I believe most people in thisworld are not, and that is

(04:49):
happy.
Healthy wealthy growing andfree.
And those things all kind ofreally interrelate to each
other.
I have a visual representationof it, which I know if you're
listening over audio right now, that's not the, uh, Uh, not the
best, but, and the way it is isif you picture a circle, And

(05:11):
around that circle is dividedinto three parts.
It could be a triangle too, Iguess, but happy, healthy, and
wealthy.
Right?
Kind of like that health, wealthrelationships triad.
That we've all heard about manytimes.
Most things fall into that.
So happy.
You know, where that's yourpurpose, achieving fulfillment
relationships, that kind ofstuff.

(05:32):
Than wealthy.
Yeah.
First thing that comes to mindis, is financial or material
wealth.
But, um, you know, just beingable to escape the rat race and
also having a wealth of time andfreedom and.
All these other things, youknow?
And so you know, so that's thesecond part and then healthy.
You know, for not healthy.
Mentally physically,emotionally, spiritually.

(05:55):
You know, everything else isgoing to kind of fall apart.
So it's just those three partsof the triad.
And in the middle.
Is growing most people.
Simply aren't growing.
If you're listening to thisshow, you're probably someone
who's growth, minded, growthfocused.
And the growing is what feedsthose three areas of happy,
healthy, wealthy.
And so the more you grow, thebigger the circle gets.

(06:16):
And you need all three of thoseareas to be kind of semi
balanced.
Uh, whatever that means for youin order for your, your life to
be.
As the circle gets big.
That means your life's gettingbetter.
And That's kind of the visualrepresentation, then the free
part.
You know, if you don't havefreedom.
Um, and if you're not free to dowhat you want, if you're not.

(06:37):
Free from addictions.
Um, if you don't have freedom ofspeech, right.
All.
There's a million different.
Underneath that circle is freeand that creates the base.
The more free you are, thebigger and wider and thicker.
That basis.
And that's, what's going tosupport that big life that
you've built that uncommon lifeand allow you to live it.
If you're not free.
Then you, you know, you could doall these things, but at the

(07:00):
end, you're not going to be ableto exercise the life that you
want.
And so there's, there's, youknow, I could go into more
depth, but.
That's kind of the roughstructure.
And so a lot of events are.
Very niche.
In which case, you know exactlywhat they're about, where we
tend to be a little bit.
All encompassing in a sense herewith not most people, but I
didn't want to just throw abunch of names on stage and, uh,

(07:24):
you know, just.
Try and sell tickets based onnames.
I mean, Obviously that helps, but you see a lot of.
Events where you have.
A lot of different speakers andbig names, but they don't like
tie together in any meaningfulway.
They're just kind of.
It's it's like, there's not adepth or cohesiveness.

(07:44):
There's just a dozen differentspeakers speaking for 30, 40, 60
minutes, whatever.
And then at the end they havetheir kind of thing that they
share that they do.
And this I wanted it.
Makes sense and, and make surethat we're hitting all five of
those things.
And so.
Right now, there are fivespeakers.
I'm not including myself in thatfive.

(08:04):
I'll speak first.
Lay the groundwork for them tocome in and really do what they
do because all of them areworld-class speakers.
We may have a sixth.
Uh, waiting to see on that.
We'll keep you.
Keep you guys locked in withthat.
As a details emerge, butessentially.
Those five speakers are going tocorrelate directly to the five

(08:25):
to thrive.
And so.
I'm going to give you guys kindof a little bit of background on
these speakers.
First one.
Uh, growing, which is, I thinkreally the foundation of all of
it.
If we have Princeton Clark, Hewas a guest for the first.
Now most people live event.
Back in July of last year.
And I think it's episode 60something.

(08:45):
If you want to look that up.
And it was just a phenomenalepisode, he is.
You know, he was great as apodcast interview, but he's even
better as a public speaker.
He's been doing it for 20 yearsand he can just light up a room
and move you.
On a deep level, like very, veryfew people can.
And even though he's well-known,I considered him relatively
undiscovered in the kind ofspeaking personal development

(09:08):
world.
So.
Uh, if you know him, you'realready excited.
I can guarantee it.
So Princeton Clark.
Brand is evolved mastery.
He helps humans basically unlocktheir potential.
And master themselves and theirlives.
So.
He is going to do the growingportion.

(09:28):
And then we have Carlos Rayez.
Carlos was actually the guestfor the second.
Now we'll see a live event andjust absolutely brought it.
He's become kind of a goodfriend of mine lately.
And.
Man, I can't say enough goodthings about him.
And he is a powerful speaker.
He has a very, very strongstory.
Of how he came over.
You know, illegally from Mexicoas a kid and his mom and.

(09:52):
Really is the epitome of theAmerican dream kind of came with
nothing and now has aconglomerate of businesses.
And just an incredible story.
You know, he'll be doing thehappy portion, which we all
would really want to be happy.
He may be the keynote closer.
We'll see.
We're not sure yet, but.
Uh, just a very powerfulspeaker.

(10:12):
If you know who he is.
You're excited as well.
And then we have Andy Elliott.
Covering healthy.
And Andy Elliot is, I guess, specifically known for his.
Fastest growing sales trainer inthe world.
Right now, he's out local toArizona and man like his.
The culture and theirheadquarters at the Elliott

(10:34):
group has company is.
Unbelievable everyone.
There is an incredible shape.
The energy is on point and he isa very, very powerful
communicator.
He will have you ready?
To run through a brick wall andhe's also you know, in his
forties and probably about 8%body fat due to shredded.
And he's going to be talkingabout the importance of health

(10:54):
and how that really isfoundational to all the other
areas of success.
And so another one that if youknow who he is like your.
You can't.
Then we have candy Valentino andcandy.
Valentino has been recently.
You know, blowing up.
She's been on the ed, my lippodcast.
Just had a book come out.
That's a best seller.

(11:15):
And, you know, she started withnothing and she's been a
founder.
I have multiple companies thatshe's exited philanthropist.
Has her own communities and herbook is called wealth habits.
And so there's really, I can'tthink of anyone better right now
to talk.
On the wealthy part of the fiveto thrive.
So.
Super excited for that.

(11:36):
She's a, she's a powerhouse.
And if you guys, again, don'tknow who she is, go look her up.
If you know who she is, you'reexcited for her to speak for
sure.
And then, uh, the last speakerthat I'll share with you guys
right now is Ian Smith.
And.
If you don't know him, Go checkthem out.
If you know them, you reallyknow them.

(11:57):
You know, he's someone that'sreally.
I guess made a name for himselfover the last couple of years
with COVID and the lockdowns.
Everything and.
When they were trying to shuteverything down, uh, he was in
New Jersey.
He owned a gym and he decided tokeep the gym open.
Kind of, regardless of what theywere trying to enforce with the

(12:19):
lockdowns and shutting down ourgyms and stuff.
And he.
Opponent of freedom and standingagainst.
Tyranny and kind of unjust lawsand that kind of thing.
And so.
Again, one of those reallypowerful people who, if you know
him.
Like you'll come just to seehim.
And that's one that man, I, Inever would have expected to be
able to have speaking.

(12:40):
At this summit, but I'm justfeeling super blessed that he's
going to be there.
And, uh, yeah, so that's kind ofour speaker lineup.
I got more content, more links, more in-depth bios for all of
them on the site.
But that gives you kind of aoverview.
Of each of them.
So, and then obviously I, Ithink I mentioned it, but, uh,
if I didn't, Ian's going to becovering the free portion, you

(13:03):
know, just couldn't think ofanyone.
As a better fit there.
Uh, and then the structure ofthe event, the overview.
The way it's going to look is.
This is a Friday through Sundayevent, but can also be just a
Saturday event.
And so I'll walk you through itFriday night.
We have a all levels groupworkout at true fusion in north

(13:25):
Scottsdale.
So this is basically a gym rentout whether you are like haven't
been to the gym in years, oryou're a fitness fanatic.
This is going to be somethingthat's going to work for you.
Everyone's going to sweattogether.
We're gonna kick things off.
A little bit differently thanyour typical summit or event,
right?
This is not most people.
So we have to do things.

(13:45):
Kind of differently, you knowwhat I mean?
So we're going to suffertogether a little bit, nothing
too crazy, but that'll geteveryone energized.
We'll get people checked inthere.
And, uh, there also be a littlebit of time for kind of
socializing, networking, gettingto know people after the workout
is over at the gym.
So.
That's going to be a really funFriday evening to kick things

(14:06):
off.
That's going to have everyoneenergize in the right mindset to
come into Saturday.
Which is the main day of thesummit.
This is where, uh, all of ourspeakers are gonna speak.
We're having it at the vault of,uh, Scottsdale.
Which is essentially a giant.
I guess technically a warehouse,but it's beautiful inside and

(14:27):
houses.
Uh, dozens of exotic luxurycars.
Lamborghini's Ferrari's classiccars, all that kind of stuff.
So creates a really uniquebackdrop and a memorable.
Than you.
Like when I saw it, I was like, all right, this is, we're not,
most people were doing thingsdifferently.
Like this is the place.
So really, really cool spot.

(14:49):
It doesn't have a stage in therenormally, but I'm bringing in a
full.
Top of the line, a V set up.
You know, screens, lights, bigstage.
All that kind of stuff.
So it's going to be top-notchproduction-wise and, uh, that's
going to be the main spot.
So that'll be from nine to five.
We're going to have all of ourspeakers there.

(15:10):
Lunch will be.
So.
Our ticket tiers.
We have three different tiers.
The base one, the GA.
Gets you to the main summitevent on Saturday.
So that gets you like 9:00 AM to5:00 PM.
All of the speakers.
And that's essentially it forthe G GA.

(15:33):
Then we have the summit pass.
So the summit pass gets you theFriday night workout.
The Saturday main summit.
The Saturday night, Sundaymorning activities, which are
going to explain in a minute, and then the VIP gets you all
that plus of more.
And one of those perks ofgetting a VIP ticket, which we
only are going to have 30 ofthose.
So they're gonna be verylimited.
I do expect them to sell outpretty quickly.

(15:55):
Uh, because we are stacking thevalue with those.
One of the main things is that.
During that Saturday.
Everyone who has a VIP ticket isgoing to enjoy a catered lunch.
At the event space.
With the speakers.
So again, we have like five, sixspeakers.
30 people.
So really, really Strong ratio.

(16:16):
Like you're going to getFaceTime with the speakers.
And these guys are, again, likewe're talking a lot of 10 figure
entrepreneurs here.
So people that you really, really want to connect with
Kandi, Carlos, Ian, like allthese guys are connected to
people like at the highestlevel, so great connections
chance for you to really get toknow these people.

(16:38):
One-on-one uh, so that's, that'sa perk for being a VIP.
Everyone else will kind of, uh,have other options.
We may have food trucks, butthere's a million places to get
food.
Nearby.
So.
We'll have lunch break.
Afternoon session and thenending around five and we'll
transition everything over toelevated seltzer, which is a

(16:59):
craft.
Hard seltzer bar.
In north Phoenix.
They've been involved in thelast couple.
Not most people live events, providing food and drinks, and
they've just been amazing towork with and their.
Their space is really cool.
So we're going to have the full.
I have an outdoor courtyard withstring lights.
So really cool setting at night,a big open space that we'll have

(17:20):
just for our group.
So it's going to be.
And it's gotta be a heck of anight.
Uh, six 30 until I put 10 30 onthe schedule, but who knows?
We may go a lot later than that.
We'll see.
Uh, and that's just going to bea time for everyone to network,
to hang out, to build thoseconnections, to keep the
momentum going from the day withthe speakers and, uh, food will

(17:43):
be provided potentially somedrinks.
We're still working that out.
But it's going to be an awesometime and something you won't
want to miss.
So again, summit passing, VIPmembers will have access to
that.
And then Sunday morning, we'regoing to have an attendee
brunch.
So this will be another chancefor people to come together, to
keep building on thoseconnections.

(18:04):
And that will again, be forsummit pass and VIP holders.
I don't know exactly wherethat's going to be yet.
We're still working out thosedetails, but, uh, can promise it
will be another great time.
That'd be probably 9:00 AM toaround 11:00 AM.
Maybe a little bit later thanthat.
And then.
You know, VIP's, like I said,we're given, we're given you

(18:25):
guys a lot.
We have the lunch with thespeakers and then Sunday.
The brunches where the event'sgoing to end for a summit pass
holders.
Sunday afternoon.
We are taking H a bus up to lakepleasant.
With the VIP's and we arechartering a private boat.

(18:46):
For the afternoon, doubleDecker, 55 foot boat with a bar,
uh, you know, speak, everythingthat you can think of.
And we're just going to have anincredible afternoon out.
You know, swimming, hanging out, networking with, you know, the
other VIP.
So really high quality people.
There may be a couple ofspeakers on that boat ride as

(19:06):
well.
So it's just going to be anincredible experience there.
And then that is where the eventis basically gonna end.
So.
Full full weekend.
Lots of connections.
Uh, lots of time.
'cause like for me, I I've beento a lot of events.
And if you're listening to thisfor your regular listener, you

(19:28):
probably have too, but.
You know, a lot of them he'llconnect with people kind of
between sessions or afterwards,but.
I wanted to really give people alot of opportunities to walk
away with some life-changingconnections, a.
Because that's where I found thevalue to be.
At events, you know, obviouslythe speakers are going to
provide immense value, but, youknow, to build on that and, and

(19:50):
have opportunities.
Uh, to get in front of otherlike-minded people and build
those connections is.
Invaluable like this whole, thiswhole event for me.
The only way I'm able to pull itoff.
I don't have a big following.
Everything is just leveraging alot of these relationships that
I've built over time.
Uh, whether that's what thespeakers with the guests with

(20:11):
sponsors with, you know, different venues, like all kinds
of things.
So I know how valuable that isand how valuable that can be for
anyone.
And especially when it'slike-minded people who are not
most people who are growthminded, success minded, like I
guaranteed millions of dollarsof business is going to come out
of this between people.

(20:32):
Uh, whether that's referrals, whether that's, you know, people
find a new customers, clients, business partnerships.
Great things are gonna come outof this event and I can't wait
to see.
And so in addition to that Youknow, if, if you're wondering
like, okay, is this for me?
Do I go I'm out of town.
Very detailed and you can get,and you can find this at.

(20:53):
NMP summit.com.
Is a detailed out of townvisitors guide.
So we went on Google maps, welaid out, you know, Okay,
hotels, you got budget hotels.
Mid-level luxury.
Recommendations in there.
We've got a bunch of differentrestaurant recommendations.
If you want a golf while you'reout there.
We have, uh, places listed forthat hikes site seen everything

(21:14):
that you could need.
If you're coming out and you'relike, you know, is it worth it?
What do I want to do?
Where do I stay?
Where do I eat?
All that kind of stuff.
So.
We thought of, you know, as muchas we can for you guys and have
that available and then.
Really, uh, beyond that.
A couple other things,sponsorship opportunities.
You know, if you guys want toget in front of a room.

(21:38):
That is full of like-mindedpeople.
Uh, if you want to get exposurefor your business.
I've also included some reallycool perks, such as novels
people, Alliance memberships.
And, uh, opportunities to get onthe podcast and.
We even have.
The option for the higher levelsponsors to like part of that

(21:59):
sponsorship will sponsor.
People.
To get a scholarship to come tothe event who otherwise would
not be able to afford it.
So.
That will be made available aswell.
So if someone is like, You know, going through a tough time or
just as in a place to be able toattend the event, I will have
the opportunity for them toapply.

(22:20):
You know, explain theirsituation, why they want to go.
And then because of.
There's a handful of people willbe able to attend the event.
Uh, for free on Saturday.
So.
That's something that I'm reallyexcited about being able to.
Bring some people who otherwisemight not be able to go.
And then also I know.
Once you get to those like kindof higher levels of business and

(22:43):
stuff.
Uh, being able to give back andcreate impact and.
Help other people.
Bridge that gap to success.
Is important.
So I know.
That that's something thatappeals to a lot of people that
appeals to me.
And so.
Well, there's several differentsponsorship packages.
There's also unique kind ofone-off opportunities as well.

(23:04):
Like if you want to sponsor.
The boat ride.
That's an option.
If you want to sponsor thebrunch, like we CA and, and
there's different things thatcome with that.
So, If you want to.
Get the sponsorship packet andlearn more about that.
Please emailmeBradley@notmostpeople.net or
again.
Summit at now, most people.

(23:25):
Dot networks as well.
You can find that on the site.
So.
You know, I don't want to keeprambling and going on here.
I know I'm coming up on 25minutes, but.
Yeah, it also, depending on.
Liebert tickets.
Will fifth.
So if you're listening to thisapp after April 5th, Uh, you
know, that's, that's kind of theprice things are, if you're, if

(23:46):
you catch it before.
Awesome.
But again, we have the threedifferent levels, so.
In addition to what I listed, like the different parts of the
event, every.
Attendee will have access to theprivate Facebook group that is
just for attendees.
So you'll be able to connectwith people who maybe you didn't
get to connect with, or like, you know, you forgot to grab
their number or something.

(24:07):
You'll be able to access.
Everyone through the Facebookgroup, which will be really cool
as well.
And then.
Everybody will get a swag bag.
Uh, I can't release details yet.
I don't want to ruin thesurprise, but everyone wants to
get a swag bag.
That's more than just like yourtypical stickers and logo pens
and that kind of thing.
So you'll be getting some realstuff in the swag bags for

(24:27):
everyone.
Especially the VIP's you willhave the deluxe swag bag.
So our regular swag bags wouldbe deluxe swag bags at your
typical event.
But, uh, you know, We're tryingto do everything really bigger
and better as much as we canhere.
So.
I promise you that will be a tonof value right now.
The.
Ticket prices..

(24:49):
I'll I'll let you guys checkthat out@mpsummit.com.
It's all in the show notes.
Uh, let me think.
Did I forget anything?
I really.
Again, it's just going to be anincredible event.
If you can make it awesome.
If you can't make it.
You know, I would so greatlyappreciate it.
If you shared it with someonewho.

(25:09):
You think would get benefit outof it?
You know, if you're like, ohman, I can't make it, but I know
my friend.
Might be able to go, or mybusiness partner might be able
