Episode 6 with Charlie

"It's not a fad. Women were just missed."

Diagnosed at 44, Charlie is currently a COO for a large ecommerce business. She discovered she shared similar experiences with that of her boss who is also neurodivergent, and without them she would not have sought a diagnosis. Charlie is currently studying and training to one day pivot into counselling, alongside reiki and accupressure. She works with a naturopath to help her brain work even better, without relying solely on medication. She is a loving wife and mother and enjoys swimming, rain, hail or shine as it keeps her sane and grounded! Charlie led great conversations with me about having Dory moments and 2 brains. I related a lot to her experiences, let me know if you do too!

If you live in NSW, you can find Charlie's Facebook Group for Northern Beaches - ADHD Women here.
