Dr. Jay S. Masserman, MD is a retired Orange County obstetrician-gynecologist (OB-GYN). He received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. Dr. Masserman practiced for more than 20 years, specializing in the female reproductive system, including the care for women during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.

Lauren Papanos, MS, RD, CSSD, is board-certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Her interests range from integrative nutrition, specifically regarding hormones, to metabolism, digestion, wellness, and beyond.
