When we mess up, we might feel sad or embarrassed, but these moments are important learning opportunities to help us grow. This week host Naomi Wadler is talking about resiliency: what it is and how we can bounce back after a fall.  We speak to Olympic Hurdler Sarah Wells, who founded the Believe Initiative, an organization dedicated to encouraging young people to achieve their goals. She talks about the barriers she overcame, and how she’s helping kids to do the same.  It can feel hard to overcome times when you’ve been knocked down. Correspondent Luria Freeman shares some simple steps you can do to get back up and try again.  We want to hear from you!
