In the first episode of our "Hello, Freedom! Summer Road Trip" series, you heard Rece and Liesl Dunlap share their family's story of how God helped Rece overcome Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). It was during this journey that Liesl recognized the grip that food and negative body image had on her life, moving her to seek help.

In this episode, Liesl shares with FINDINGbalance Executive Director and Old School Food Freedom host Chrissy Kirkman how the Lord illuminated hope for freedom from disordered eating bondage, the challenges she faced when choosing to seek help, and how Christ-centered community and biblical truth made all the difference in her ability to walk in true freedom.
