This is part 4 of a 4 part series. The first video in the series was Living Life by your Personal Philosophy. The second in the series was How to Practice Zen in Daily Life. The third video was Fearless Life: How to Live? In this episode, Om Swami says that everyone should have their own philosophy of life and live their life accordingly. He says that it’s good if a person goes to bed in the night with the mindset that it may be their last sleep. A person like this is honest with oneself and is fearless. Only a fearless person can do something different in this world he says. Om Swami says that if one has discipline and a routine in the morning of not seeing the phone or TV etc then they will have more time for other beneficial things in life, for which earlier they did not have the time. Listen to the full discourse to get a proper perspective on this beautiful subject.
