(01:29):
Thank you. Thank you forhaving me.
What an amazing journey thatyour life has taken and come about
to where you are at today. Sothank you for joining me here.
Absolutely, absolutely.
I'd like to start a little bitin the beginning, just this kind
of a brief. Where did you growup? What? And do you have brothers,
sisters? Siblings?

(01:51):
Oh, I grew up in Cincinnati,Ohio, and I had two sisters and I
grew up in a metaphysicalhome. Grew up as a Christian Scientist
and my mom danced and my dadsang and my mom's family was in vaudeville.
So, you know, a lot ofcharacters, lots of fun, lots of

(02:14):
really good. Anyway, I loveddance all the time and mom had, my
mother had a. We had a barnand we had a ballet mistress come
and teach in the barn. And ofcourse it was a makeshift ballet
bar along the wall and I wouldtake class with the adults and I

(02:38):
said, wow, that's it. I'mliking this. I'm six, I can't even
reach the bar. But you know, the music and the movement were evidently
part of my soul. I definitelyknew that that was something I wanted
to do. So continued to havethe metaphysical experience through
my, I would say philosophy ofthe Christian Scientists about mind

(03:03):
over matter and went to aChristian Science camp at age 12
and had a near deathexperience with a canoe accident
and really changed my life. Ofcourse, I didn't know it then, but
I knew that something had shifted.
An amazing opportunity. Ibelieve, wholeheartedly believe we
spoke about before we startedthat the creative arts have a profound

(03:27):
effect on our souls from theinside out. I think that from my
perspective, I think that bothmusic and dance are an international
language. You know, they'reunderstood across the world and they
contribute, I think, to ourhealing and so forth. How did your

(03:48):
artistic background in thatdance influence your approach to
energy healing?
Well, good question. Couplethings. I, you know, studied all
through my childhood and thenwent to Connecticut College American
Dance Festival, and I knew Iwas going to major in dance in college.

(04:10):
And this is a summer program. And there was a woman there who.
Her name was Margie Beals. Shewas an incredible improvisational
dancer from New York City. AndI was in her class, and she said,
fran, you're going to dance tothe saxophone by yourself. And, you

(04:30):
know, the conversation ofmovement and emotions and how they.
You can share that to anaudience so that the audience understands
what that human condition is.So it's a common thing that we all
experience. Which. What Iloved about dance was that that actually
did that without talking. So Iremember the saxophone player was

(04:54):
sort of improvising, I think, around my emotions, and I did. Did
this solo dance and startedcrying and fell to the ground. And
basically what happened wasthere was this evolution of emotions
coming out. I wouldn't sayevolution, just this process that
was coming out dramatically, but it was in sync with where I was

(05:18):
in my life. And I definitelythink that that, you know, progressed
in my understanding of how amI going to be as an artist and movement
and all that. So. And ofcourse, it's all energy, right? And
that's what I continued to. Tounderstand and majored in dance and,

(05:39):
you know, choreographed, performed, taught children. And the
funny thing is, is I wasteaching at a Montessori school in
Cincinnati, and one of theparents was a doctor, alternative
doctor, starting analternative center in Cincinnati,
and said, franny, you can seeenergy. And I went, really? What's

(06:02):
that? I actually know whatthat was, but I just didn't know
the formal thing. And so hesaid, I want you to start training
with Rosalind Priere, womanout of California, who was a medical
intuitive who taught me. And Imet her and I went, oh, boy, they
found me. So I've been healermany, many lifetimes, and all of

(06:25):
that sort of evolved. And so Iwas dancing and healing and dancing
and healing and doing both atthe same time.
Yeah, I love it. I love it, Ilove it. I think that, well, as we
just said a few minutes ago, Ithink that's an international language.
And especially in the healingaspect of life, you were given a.

(06:45):
A brilliant opportunity to beable to share that and teach people
as well. So I think that's a.That's a blessing. That's pretty
cool. Pretty cool. Prettycool. Had you. Did you go to university
or college or anything to be.Had you always wanted to be in the
dance field or within thatarena, had you explored any other

(07:06):
options for, like, psychologyor to be involved?
Well, it's interesting. Ialmost did a double major with anthropology
because I love the concept of,you know, I studied religion and
studied behavior and studiedmovement, and that made a lot of

(07:28):
sense to me. So it'sinteresting because I think the other
aspect and star point thathappened in my life, I went to the
Bahia and studied dance thereand all the, you know, African Brazilian
dancing and learned all aboutthe, you know, the orishas and how

(07:54):
they do movement and how they. They would come in, and they were
indigenous people that hadnever been to a studio, and they
came to the studio, and ofcourse, there's no windows, you know,
and because you're in Brazil, there's no money. There's nothing.
So but that experience on howthey would communicate and move their
hand on the floor and, youknow, explain what they were doing

(08:16):
as far as, like, communicatingwith the people on the ship. And
so this is black community.And. But it was fascinating, and
the rhythms and the ability toactually communicate through movement
and also heal. So that wasanother checkpoint that I was like,

(08:41):
okay, I think I'm going to dothis. So the combination of. Actually
the formal training of energyhealing with the medical world was
persistent and into this ideaof, well, this comes from way back
when this indigenous thingthat we all have is part of this

(09:02):
natural healing. So it justput all the things together, the
spots together, as far as.
You know, it's always nicewhen your passion and your love of
something combines with yoursoul and you just recognize it and
all the tools and whatever youneed is put into place so that it

(09:25):
allows you to be able to dosomething that you really love doing.
Yeah.
And they helped other peoplewith what you love doing.
Exactly. And, you know, thedance world is the dance world. There's
a lot of ego attached to it inany kind of, you know, theater, whatever.
And I'm not that. I'm thechoreographer, you know, I'm the

(09:47):
creator. I would rather serveand share with people what it feels
like to actually perform orhave a gift to Share with others.
So it's that kind of impetusof like, everyone has it, everyone
can do it, they just have toknow it.

(10:08):
Yeah. Kind of open up, openour minds and our hearts and our
souls.
Right, right.
I think unfortunately in, inour society, at least in America
and the conversations thatI've had over the last five, five
years, you know, I found thatunfortunately society and culture
sometimes sequesters thoseexperiences or those innate within

(10:36):
us. As a young child, youknow, that is not true. You can't
see that, you can't hear that, you can't feel that, and it kind
of sequesters it. And prettysoon as children, we just know to
push that down. And when welearn how to open that back up again
and release it, I think it's apositive thing because it gives us
an opportunity to be able toconnect with the universe in a different

(10:58):
way. So I appreciate what you do.
Yeah, thank you.
How did you mentioned earlierabout you had. Had the near death
experience? What kind ofeffect did that have on your life?
Is that something that helpedyou to, to recognize your energy
reading and energy healing?

(11:23):
How do I say this? I thinkwhen you know, you know, because
of certain circumstances thathappen and then you recognize something
in yourself, you don't quiteknow what it is. But I recognize
something, that somethinghappened to me that said, okay, you're

(11:45):
not ready, come back into yourbody. But what I brought back was
something more meaning that, you know, whether my soul expanded
or whether I had the abilityto. I mean, I've had all these different
meditative experiences where, you know, Jesus has come in and held

(12:07):
my hand and, you know, I mean,I have these things that just kept
happening. And I said, okay, okay, I'm in. You got me now.
Like a profound knock, knock, knocking on the door.
I mean, and you have to, it'slike, really? And they say, yeah,

(12:30):
really. So, you know, yeah,it's just these little experiences
and I think that all humanshave them. It's just how you may
remember or recognize it at acertain point and in your life. Maybe
when there's a crisis, it'slike, oh, what was that? Or oh, I

(12:54):
remember something aboutmyself or I'm going to bring that
part of me back in becausethat's something I remember or recognize.
Does that make sense?
Absolutely. I think it givesus an opportunity, hopefully to recognize
that we do have it withinourselves to have those experiences
as well as to communicate, youknow, with the, with, you know, what

(13:15):
is out there in the universe. We're all collect in my. I Mean,
I believe that we're all acollective. We all share, you know,
source, and with that, we allhave the ability to connect to that
source. And the fact that wecan do it on a regular basis without
having. Without, I guess, needing a degree to do it simplistically,

(13:38):
we all have the ability to doit. We all have the ability to learn
it. And once you learn it issomething that it just gets better
and better. Once you learn it,when you learn it, get that connection,
it gives you the energy thatyou need to heal. It gives you the
energy you need to be able tomove forward in life in a positive
way. So, yes, I absolutely getthat. What you. I know that you mentioned

(14:03):
earlier in your intro on someof the research I've done on you,
and you mentioned a little bitago about being medically, you know,
with the medical kind ofaspect of energy healing.
Do.
Do. How does that work? Canyou help me understand how you got
involved in that and how itbenefits people?
Well, studying with RosalindBrier out of California. She's a

(14:27):
medical intuitive, and shetaught me how to run energy on the
body. And it's just likedance, you know, you're moving energy.
If I wasn't moving with myfeet, it's the same principle. Everything
is energy. So as you learn tobecome an energy healer and work

(14:48):
on patients, what I wasgetting was this intuitive knowing
of what was happening in thebody, so I could actually see in
the body where the dysfunctionis, or I didn't even have to be touched
the body, I can do it virtual. And I just. It just increased and

(15:10):
increased and increased. Andof course, I thought I was crazy
at first, but no, it just keptcoming. So I'll give you an example
of how really the impetus ofthe Shiva method started. This was
before, right before I startedstudying with Rosalynn, and my father

(15:32):
died of cancer. And I thinkthe body responds. The body doesn't
lie. It really responds tostress. I had three small children.
My.
My mother slipping out. Myfather died. My sisters were in their
own lives. And basically I waskind of holding up the fort for a
lot of people, which I do. Andthat's. Anyway, my body broke down

(16:00):
and I got cancer. So I hadstage four cervical cancer. And my
doctor said, well, you need totake everything out because you're
going to die. And I said, really? I don't think so. So I got
another opinion, and I said,I'm going to work on myself in my

(16:21):
head. I'm going to do thisprocess of killing the cancer cells.
On myself and then, you know, visit another doctor and I'm going
to work with her and see wherethis, you know, where it goes. I'm
going to do both, but I'mgoing to do energy work every day
on myself. So the process ofkilling the cancer, you don't explode

(16:46):
the cell, you go inside thecell and you kill the cancer. One,
number two, cancer is youbefriend it. You don't have fear
around it. It's aninterruption in your life. Three,
you keep holding that positivenote that you are who, you just know

(17:08):
it and you do it every day. SoI had to do a process of three years
every three months to go seeher, and then two years every six
months. So I was clear, I hadone one procedure and then after
that, everything was fine. Soif I'm the guinea pig, and I'm the

(17:31):
guinea pig for all thesemethods and all these experiences,
then that's what's the impetusof the Shiva method. So when you're
asking, how does that happen, how do I know that? It takes practice.
It takes. The first thing youdo is get out of your own way. That

(17:54):
ego cannot be present. Sosomething else comes in and guide
you into the next place youput your hand on the body or next
place you see. So seeing isnot necessarily seeing. It could
be a knowing. So you know, feel, hear, see, smell, taste. So

(18:21):
all those senses are awake,so. So that you can actually visualize.
It's like da Vinci, sameprinciple, you know, the way he drew
a body, he understood how thesystem works. So this body is a perfect
system if we just allow it tobreathe and do what it needs to do

(18:47):
to heal. So that's theconnection of the conversation that
happens.
That's an interestingapproach, I think the energy, what's
the difference between that ormaybe the parallels for something
like chakra balancing or doesthat play a factor into energy healing,

(19:08):
how that works?
Absolutely. I mean, everything, all my movement is a
design. Movement around thechakra system, balancing the meridians.
So that's part of the Shivamethod. All the meditation is the
chakra system is in line sothat you can actually see the imperfections
or these sort of bumps in theroad so that you get your body back

(19:32):
in so that you can proceeddown a path of healing. So it's all
about alignment.
From that perspective, howdoes something like acupuncture,
I mean, I hadn't done itlately, but my wife and I were in
a consistent practice ofacupuncture for my rheumatoid arthritis

(19:53):
and you know, it gave merelief, immense amount. And it helps
me to heal every time I comeout of a surgery and such. I've got.
I'm not a guy to get tattoos. Okay.
Yeah.
But I've got like 36 littledots all over my body.
Yeah.
So when people go, look at mytattoo, look at my tattoo, I say,

(20:13):
well, you look really close.
Yeah, right, right, right.
There's a little tiny dot.
Yeah, well, so that thealternative center was they did a
thing called ace, which isacupuncture, chiropractic and energy.
So I was always the thirdperson working on that patient so
that the doctors and the. Iwould discuss what I saw and what

(20:36):
I felt and then brought theenergy in through the needles. And
then I would say, well, I seethis, this and this and how about
this next time, or, you know.
That kind of thing. That'swhat an amazing gift that that is.

(20:57):
Yeah, I think, I think, youknow, being able to help people and
to heal people and, you know,we all come into life and we wonder
what our purpose is. And, youknow, some of us are constantly seeking
our purpose and where weactually really fit into the scheme
of things. Some of us havebeen really lucky and been able to
find our purpose and what itis and embrace that purpose and so

(21:18):
forth. And it sounds likeyou've been able to find a purpose
that not only satisfies yoursoul, but you also help. You can't
see my hands movingeverywhere. Helps other people to
find their purpose in theirsoul and their, in their well being.
So, yeah, that's. I thinkthat's a profound opportunity for

(21:41):
this. It must be, must feelfantastic. Tell me what, how does
shiva come up, come about?Like, does it stand for something?
Is it, you know, how does thatcome about?
So I was channeling 3 o'clockin the morning, facing north, and

(22:02):
they said this word, shiva. And I said, what's shiva? And they
said, seeking harmony andenergy, voice and action. I went,
okay, so it's taken 20 yearsto sort of figure out what, what
the whole thing means. But Iknew that it was going to be something

(22:22):
that I was either going toteach, was going to a method, or
it's like this, you know, foundation of the work and that's
what it is. You're seekingharmony and energy, voice and action.
So whatever you doharmoniously will evolve into an

(22:43):
action that is in positivereinforcement of your life. So that's
the bottom line also. Thebottom line is love. And that is
always, always the bottomline. And that expansion of what

(23:04):
love Is it's. It's an energyin itself. And that anybody that
comes to see me, it's alwaysat the. I'll see the energy of the
person. I'll see that, youknow, their guides or whatever as
soon as the meditationfinishes and we hone in on what that

(23:25):
client needs. I work very, very fast because I just throw away
all the stuff that they don'tneed. Or I'm just saying we're going
to get rid of those thingsquickly because I don't want to waste
your time. I want you to findwhat that purpose and reason is and

(23:45):
that it's yours, not whatmine. That's really important is
that I'm just here to suggest. And then we. Then it's given to you.
The. The actual healing isdifferent for everyone. So it's.
But that's the. The idea, thefoundation underneath my perspective.

(24:06):
I think I said, well, again, Ilove the word opportunity. I. I embrace
the word of opportunitybecause I think we all have the opportunity
to be able to heal ourselvesand to understand how we have the
ability to do that withinourselves. It took me a little time
to really understand thatmyself and my journey. But once I
understood it, it allows me tomanage my health on a regular, daily

(24:27):
basis. Earlier you mentionedsomething about energy imbalances
and things like that. What aresome common energy imbalances that
maybe you observed and thenmaybe how you utilize that and you
kind of just touched upon it.But how do you utilize that for the

(24:48):
Shiva method? Is it just forimbalances or something as serious
as cancer, like you were saying?
Well, the other thirdcomponent of the method is enneagram,
which is the study ofpersonalities. And I had to do that

(25:09):
for two years. Study. He was agentleman who was Russian in the
early late 1800s, early 1900s.He studied body movement in all different
cultures. And he understoodthat we were all one. And he choreographed
this huge piece. And there'sone person in the middle. We are

(25:33):
all either heart types, mindtypes, or body types, but we're all
one. And of course, it'schanged from that into an analogy
of the personality. So why Isay that if you're analyzing your
shortcomings, so to speak, your egos, and you understand your

(25:56):
ego in a way that is you canlaugh at yourself what happens with
energy and the cues of howyou're running your energy. For instance,
I'll give you an example ofsomebody who's a head type, and they're

(26:16):
always up in their head. They're always thinking, analyzing,
worrying. They're veryconcerned with thought. So I never
ask someone who's a head typehow they feel. I ask them how they
think they feel, because thenthey're not caught off guard because

(26:43):
they're allowed to think. Sowe as humans have these self talk.
You know, we all do that. Sothat's another analysis. It's really
important to understand wherethe resistance is. So I look at the
resistance. I look at thebody, I look at the heart and look
at the mind, I look at thesoul and where the resistance is

(27:08):
to finding that part ofthemselves. So it's just like this
full little playing cards ofall these different aspects of yourself
until we whittle it down to,okay, well, you're going into the
ego, or how does that feel? Orare you dipping into someone's response

(27:30):
because they're evaluatingyou? Mm. So to catch that is like,
okay, no, no. This is aboutlove of self. This is about your
love. And we're gonna pusheverybody away. Your children, your
husband, your wife, yourparents, people who are analyzing
you. This is about you in this moment.

(27:55):
Do you think that. Are you anempath in that regard? Do you think
it's important to be an empathso you can understand those. Those
connections and the best wayto kind of work with them to balance
somebody?
Yes, I think, you know, it'slike. It's like breaking down all
these things to a simple, simple science so that we can. The

(28:21):
client can understand. If theclient comes in and it's just for
cancer, I will say, first ofall, you're whole. This is an interruption.
Look at this as that. Andlet's just say hello to cancer and

(28:43):
then start shrinking the cells.
Interesting approach. Youknow, cancer is a. It's. I'm glad
that you beat that and thatyou've overcome that. I lost my father.
He was 39 years old. He diedof cancer. My grandmother, my grandfather,
my two uncles, three cousins. My sister beat it three times. She's

(29:08):
had it three different times. It's, you know, the cancer in our.
In our environment, in ourworld, you know, from a personal
perspective is a really, really bad word because it's. You
know, I'm constantly. I'm notgoing to say I'm in fear of getting
it myself because I really tryto do my best to kind of take care
of myself. And I. I try to eatwell. And, you know, I don't say

(29:28):
try. I do eat well. And, youknow, I manage my rheumatoid arthritis
and some other things with mydiet and with meditation and with
Some more holistic approachesother than utilizing the medications
that they typically put you onfor things like that. So I champion

(29:49):
what you say about your mind, your body and your soul and the connection
we have to that in order toheal ourselves. Because I think that
we all innately have theability, like, like you brought up
da Vinci earlier, that we havecontrol over our bodies. We have
control of what we want to putin them, what we want to do with
them, and how we want that tohelp us to heal what we have gone

(30:10):
through. Earlier you had, Iknow some of your background in some
of the bio that was sent tome, that you've experienced some
ET contact as well. Did thathave any contribution to the way
that you heal and how you heal?
Yes, I think, I think it does.Or did, because I revisit it often.

(30:37):
Well, this is the same yearwhen I had the near death experience,
which is. I'm actually in abook. Her name's Atwater, last name
Atwater. She's studied thisfor years and I've been a case study
in which in her book. Sothere's this study of near death

(30:59):
experience and the ETexperience in the same year. And
that happened to me. Andbasically, long story short, there
was a light that came in andthese grays, little grays came into
the house, flew up in thefront door and I telepathically,

(31:20):
this, you know, knew that theywere there, but I was sick. I was
very sick. And they went to myparents room and I said, don't take
them. They went to my sisterand I said, don't take her. And I,
my other sister, I didn't hearwhat happened, but I said, take me.

(31:43):
So they took me and out thefront door and in their ship and
took something from my leftovary. And I think in turn gave me
the ability to heal with speedand a knowingness, a telepathic ability

(32:03):
to just know. And I stillbelieve that. And I, because I. Otherwise,
I don't know why I would justchannel things so quickly. It just
would come in so quickly andthere was no fear. There was a tall
gray and the small grays and Imean, there's so much now coming

(32:26):
out. So many people haveexperienced that.
I believe in theextraterrestrial. I believe in there's
other life within thisuniverse and that we have the, you
know, we have the ability tocommunicate with them as well and
so forth. I've hadconversations with other individuals

(32:47):
on this show that have hadcontact with them. I think that we
as human beings, the ones thathave had experiences like yours should
be grateful for thatopportunity because they've given
you insight and they've givenyou an ability to be able to kind

(33:07):
of take forward withinyourself to touch other people's
lives in a very unique wayfrom that perspective. So from that,
I have to say, they'relistening. Thanks.
Yeah, right. Yeah, there's no,I'm not. Because I think there's
no fear of death. I don't havefear of death. I don't have fear

(33:27):
of. It's like the vastness ofthe opportunity that we have is amazing.
It's all present and here forus to experience. And I just think
that we are living in mostamazing time.
I agree with that. Whatmotivated you to write your book?

(33:52):
Emergence?
Good question. So I wasteaching for years and channeling
for years and I would domovement and meditation and then
all these. Anyway, I had allthese techniques. I had piles and

(34:13):
piles of things I've writtenin paper. And somebody said, fran,
you need to write this down. You need to write a book. And I went,
oh, no, no, no, no, no, no,no. I went. And I was sweating and
I said, you're right. So itwas like this, okay, I'm going to

(34:33):
give myself a year and a halfand it's going to get done. And basically
it was channeled that I wouldgo into an office downtown with a
wonderful helper. This younggentleman helped me and would just
go into a channel and startwriting. And then I'd get up early

(34:54):
in the morning at 6 and startwriting. And basically it's about
the method. It's about love. It's about how we're all connected.
It's all about the chakrasystem. How do we clear what might
be holding you back? You know,it's very simple and it's full of
color and it's a lovely, youknow, lovely paperback. Lots of colors

(35:19):
and all the chakras and, youknow, all that stuff. So. So it's
lovely quotes. I'll read this. This is a. I opened this up. Usually
the first exercise of thisbook, if you have it, is to put it
in your own hands and put yourenergy in it and open it up and find
the page that you need forthat day. So this just came right

(35:44):
now. So I think I'll read it.I wrote forgiveness. Imagine forgiveness
as an impetus to freedom.Forgive and free yourself from all
the wrong you think you havedone. Patiently wait, allowing this
concept to arise and integratewithin you. Feel yourself letting

(36:05):
go of all judgment. When youare ready, release guilt, shame,
blame or doubt coming from youor others bring attention to the
inner voice. It can reveal thetruth and set you free to unveil
a deeper connection to thehigher creative self. Experiment
with the idea that divineenergy is always beside you, waiting

(36:26):
to be accepted. Breathe, listen, let go and live in love.
Treasure life's magicalexperience and witness all that is
while embracing the humanconnection and love and harmony.
So brilliant.
Thank you.
That's brilliant. I thinkthat. And profound for the moment.

(36:47):
I think that it's a messagethat a lot of us can take to heart
and, and kind of stop andpause for a moment and. And embrace
it. Yeah, that's pretty. Verycool. That book itself, obviously
it's available. I mean, we'lltalk about in a second, but I think
it's available on your. Onyour website and. Or on Amazon.

(37:10):
It's, it's. I have all thebooks with me, so I sign it and,
and send it to you. So.
Very cool.
Yeah, yeah.
Speaking of things like that, what kind of practical steps, some
practical steps that can yougive us to maybe take the time to

(37:32):
begin aligning with ourauthentic selves today? I think we
all kind of seek that. We'reall looking for that we're all looking
for the ability to say who amI really? Can you give us a few like
tidbits, A few little.
Yeah. Well, first of all, there's a free download of the Shiva
method, which is a really goodway to begin kind of going through

(37:54):
a process. It's free. I woulddefinitely take the time and be patient
with yourself to listen and totrust. Trust the process and know

(38:16):
that there are all aspects ofyou and many more to discover. And
if you look at the idea ofdiscovery and use that intrigue for
self discovery is part of.Also part of the process and beauty

(38:39):
that you find within, not fromothers telling you, but from within.
So trust, walk in nature, sayhello to your body, what your body's
doing in your heart and soul. But self inquiry is the biggest thing

(39:01):
and that's what the method isabout basically is that you're asking
those questions. There aremeditations on my website as well.
There are lots of really coolkarma cleansing, chakra clearing
and they're. They're notterribly expensive there, but they
get you started.

(39:22):
They gave you the tools thatyou. That you need. I think a lot
of us need to learn. I mean, Ilearned it. It took me time to learn
it myself, but I learned along time ago to listen to my body.
And I think that once youstart learning how to listen to your
body. It gives you an easier,as you just said, gives you an easier
opportunity to keep.Communicate with it and understand
what, what your body's lookingfor, what it's needing and what it's

(39:45):
asking for. What, you know, wedon't always sounds kind of a little
weird, but listen to yourbody. Yeah. When it's talking to
you. How do you, how do you,as an energy healer, how do you see
energy healing evolving in thenext decade or so? Do you think that.
And I hate putting this outthere, unfortunately, there's a huge

(40:08):
amount of negativity that hasbeen growing lately across the world.
And in regard to that, how dowe pierce that veil of negativity
to be able to understand, like, the evolvement of energy healing
and how it can help us.
Be aware of what you'reholding on to be aware of. You know,

(40:36):
this is a trick I do everymorning. And these things that we
have, these hands are healing. They are amazing. If you put your
hands on this center, which isthe heart center, and you push right

(40:58):
here so you're healing. Thetips of your fingers are not where
it's healing. It's right thereat the right below. So everything
has a chakra system.
Okay.
Even your fingers, youreverything, your organs, everything.
So if you think about this, accessing the heart and just take

(41:22):
a deep breath, then push ingently. That is the heart chakra
is about love and courage. Butalso behind that is lung. This is
the lung meridian. And this isabout grief. Okay? So what we're

(41:42):
holding on to is the grief ofloss. Now there's loss, there's grief
and then there's hurt. Hurt.So breathing, it's funny. What came
into me this morning was like,we have to breathe. We have to keep
breathing and breathing inthrough our whole body. And as you

(42:04):
exhale, exhale through yourwhole body. But this point, you know,
even if you touch there andyou cry and lay down on the floor
and do that, you're releasingthe tension because a lot of this
tension is not. Is coming fromthe outside and triggering you. So

(42:29):
even if you breathe and pushhere and just keep feeling the energy
going behind you and releasingthe lung and replace it with courage
and love, then that is animpetus, that's a tool. So I do this

(42:50):
in the bodywork. There's twovideos on my website. So even that
alone makes you kind of groundmore and be present into your body
or reaching out to go from outthere in, you're going in and looking
out and observing. Okay, sothank you.

(43:17):
I think it's again, that'sback to the opportunity. I think
it gives us an amazingopportunity to be able to connect
with ourselves and to balancea little bit. Sometimes we all just
need to pause and balanceeven. No matter what kind of a day
you're having, or if you'rejust starting out your day or you
need to pause and balance inthe middle of it, what kind of advice

(43:37):
would you give to someone whofeels like, disconnected from the
inner self or kind of seekingspiritual harmony? I believe in mind,
body, soul, connection, andwe've been talking about that throughout
the show. But I think that wehave to back to the balance word
we just said. I think we haveto all balance that. So what can

(44:00):
somebody who feelsdisconnected from inner self, how
can they reconnect that samemethods, or would it be something
different?
Well, the question I would askis this. What are you disconnected
from? I'm going to say thatagain. What are you disconnected

(44:24):
from? Is someone disconnectingyou from yourself? Are you disconnecting
from yourself or outsideforces? What is it? Once you understand
what the reason and you findwhat you're disconnecting from, then

(44:50):
you look at that and you say, okay, I want to feel connected, so
I must release that in orderto feel connected again. It's physics,
It's a science. It's almost aphysicality, but also a mental intrigue

(45:12):
question that you askyourself. So does that make sense?
It does make sense. That goesback to listening to your body.
Yeah, I think, you know, soit's. It's the same. It's always
the same principle. All of it.All of it, Yeah.
A lot of times I think that. And it is. It's interesting because,

(45:35):
you know, from an early age, Iused to practice martial arts. And
I think that the philosophiesin regards or to that helped me through
my lifetime in understandingthe connection between mind, body
and soul and listening to yourbody. And it allowed me through my
own journey of healing and myown journey with the operations,

(45:56):
for example, and both kneereplacements, I healed about six
weeks ahead of schedule. Andsame thing with my shoulders and
same thing with the foot. Andwithout the medications that they
wanted. Stuff down yourthroat. That's a very rude way of
saying that. But, you know, itwas constantly coming in with, here's

(46:18):
a Vicodin, here's a Vicodin,here's a Vicodin. I don't need the
Vicodin, thank you very much.I'm good, you know, kind of a thing.
So, yeah, it's just a matterof listening to your body. And I
knew if I was pushing myselftoo much, I felt it. If I was not
pushing myself enough, I alsofelt it. I got that balance and able
to again listening to my body.So yeah, it's profound. It's a great

(46:38):
way. Let's talk a little bitmore about how to get a hold of you,
the Shiva method, theintroduction, some tools that you
have on your website and yourbook and all that good stuff.
Okay, so my website is Franbaileyhealer.com and all those little
goodies are on the site. Andthere's the book, the meditation.

(47:04):
I often do if someone wants towork with me and kind of wants to
work quickly. I usually dolike three sessions, intense sessions
and we really do anintroduction of what it is you want
and then the next two arereally figuring out a pattern for
yourself, for you. So that'sreally been productive. And then

(47:30):
after that is a tune up. Soyou just come every couple months
or something and we'll usuallydo Zoom or I do in person. So there
are all kinds of goodies. Ifyou want to reach out and set up
a 15 minute discussion of afree call, that's fine too. You can

(47:54):
reach me through my website oryou can reach me fran bailey.shivamail.com
you can just email me allkinds of. There's bodywork and sort
of my history and of coursethere's the book and I can sign it

(48:16):
and send it. So all kinds ofgoodies, all kinds of stuff.
All kinds of good stuff. Saygood stuff can also find you on Instagram.
The handle is right there onthe screen for those individuals
that are watching. Friend, this has been a wonderful conversation.
I wish I could talk foranother hour. So many more questions.

(48:38):
But thank you very much forsharing your journey and sharing
your gift with the world. Ithink that there needs to be more
people like you with apositive outlook on life and sharing
that with people.
Well, I feel blessed and Ifeel honored. You know, there's a

(49:00):
decision that you make andmaking that decision when you say,
okay, I'm in, I'm here toshare and love and. But you know,
the thing is to remember thatwe're human and that we are not perfect
and we do make mistakes and wecan laugh at ourselves and have joy

(49:24):
and peace and those things areimportant to be human and experience.
So I always say that everyexperience is sacred. No matter what.
No matter what.
I think experience does twothings for us. It teaches us what
to do and what not to do.
Right.
Even when we fail, that is alearning step to understanding how

(49:48):
to succeed. So yes, now youmay have just answered this in actuality,
but I always end the show withthis is One More Thing before you
go. Do you have any words of wisdom?
Just remember that this divineenergy that's present is part of

(50:10):
you. You are part of thatdivine energy. And that the Remember
that you're not perfect, butyou're loved. You're always loved.

(50:30):
And that I always say this.Love those for what they do and what
they do not do. Love theirimperfections and love yourself for
your imperfections. Because, Imean, that's life. You just have
to be, you know, enjoy it. Sofill yourself with intrigue and interest

(50:56):
and zest for life and go for it.
Profound words of wisdom. Ithink we all should embrace them.
Embrace them wholeheartedly.Again. Fran, thank you very much.
I'll make sure all of this isin the show notes so people have
an easy way to find you andconnect with you. Thank you for coming
on the show, for sharing yourexperiences, and thank you for contributing
