Such a privilege to be here.Thank you so much for having me,
(01:16):
Michael.
An amazing life you've had. Ialways like to start at the beginning.
Where'd you grow up?
Toronto, Canada.
That I can. I almost detectedthat in the accent.
Really?
Almost.
Did you catch the A when I wasspeaking to you?
I got the a. I got the A.Well, I'm glad to have you guys as
(01:41):
a neighbor. I'm glad to haveCanada as a neighbor, and I'm glad
that you're here. So Iappreciate you being here, what you
do for the world. And. Yeah.So again, we'll kind of delve a little
bit deeper into yourbackground. And I. I know I told
you, I'm. I'm a retired policesergeant, so I won't go too deep
in your background, but we'llpull out all the good.
T. Whatever's required thatwill help your awesome audience.
(02:05):
Whatever supports. Done a fewthings. Police officer isn't one
of them.
There you go.
To get to this path, that'sfor sure. And thank you for doing
what you do, by the way. It'sjust delighted to hear your story.
It's beyond delightful. I'mgrateful for our mankind.
I'm grateful. I'm grateful. Soyou grew up. You. You grew up in
(02:26):
Canada. And what would you. What were your parents like? What
was your family? I can bebrothers, sisters.
Sisters. Yes. Great parents. But the thing is, this is the one
thing I've always wanted todo, Michael and I never believed
that I could do it. I. But Iknew it was my path.
You know, it's. I think thatwe all. I mean, we all have purpose
(02:49):
in life. We always. We all, asa child growing up, we all think
about what do I want to be? DoI want to be an astronaut? Do I want
to be a firefighter? A policeofficer? What do I want to do? A
CEO, an entrepreneur, a realestate agent? Or somebody that changes
somebody's life? And it soundslike you wanted to, from a very early
age, want to change people's lives.
(03:12):
I did. And to be very honest,it would be my ego to say I'm the
one changing it. They are theones. That's how powerful you are.
And if I could share one morething, it would be that your own
divinity. There's a spark ofdivinity in everyone listening in.
And what I wanted to do,Michael, was to rah rah people. Very
loud voice. I always knewthat. Very enthusiastic, naturally.
(03:35):
A gift from God. And you, youmay have heard Zig Ziglar say, motivation
doesn't last. It's likebathing. Right? You got to do it
every day. And this was theexact same concept when I learned
these laws from Bob Proctorfrom the movie the Secret. And I
realized, wow, there's so muchmore than motivation. That's when
(03:57):
the whole journey took off in.In a different way and come back
to you. So that it can be. Iwon't go on. Because this one line
can go on for an hour.
Yeah, these kind ofconversations, we could talk for
days. Especially we speakabout this, empowering people and
giving people the opportunityto really understand from their inside
(04:19):
out of what they canaccomplish. Their mind, their body,
their soul, connecting andjust moving forward in a good way.
You radiate a passion for thatand for life. So I, you know, I think
that in itself is defining. Was there a defining moment that
sparked your drive for thisinformation? I mean, you did it as
a young child. Yourinspiration was from a young child.
(04:41):
What or who inspired you to bethis way?
When I get asked thisquestion, I've had many mentors.
The number one human who'salways believed in me is. Is my dad
has been and is forever willbe my number one inspiration. And
Michael, mentorship andcoaching has been a true game changer.
(05:02):
So I made one powerfuldecision right before COVID had hit.
We didn't know in Toronto yetat the time that I would retire from
real estate. That was my lastcareer before I jumped into this,
which is not a job really. It's My divine purpose and childhood
dream and one decision. And Ihappen to attract through what I
(05:22):
teach. Also the law ofattraction, manifestation. The number
one ReMax worldwide, which bythe way, happened to be in my back
yard. They're a Toronto realestate company, not ReMax. ReMax
is American, but they're aToronto, what is it called? Franchise.
And they filled up all of myspots during COVID and the rest is
(05:43):
history. Basically, we're herefive plus years later.
And that's amazing. I mean, especially coming from the. The.
That era of COVID It changedmany people's lives in so many different
ways that you came out of itwith at least some positivity and
something that you could giveback to other people, which I think
is like a brilliant, justbrilliant. But I do have to ask you
(06:04):
about this because I had it inthe opening, in the research I did.
From fire walking to silentmeditation retreats. Fire walking.
We have to have. We have to.We have to go there.
I hope I don't disappoint. Itwas easier than it sounds. Should
I take that out of my biomoving forward?
No, no, no. This is. I thinkwe all have the opportunity. Firewalking
(06:27):
can mean many things. We don'thave to walk across hot coals to
be firewalking. We could bemonitoring, walking on life. Our
lives can be firewalking on aregular basis or daily basis, trying
to find out, making sure wetake the right steps at the right
time, in the right place, inthe balance that we've got. So. Yeah.
Can we jump into that just a little?
(06:48):
Absolutely. That was a greatway. You used it as a symbol as well.
I had done it with TonyRobbins, by the way, but I agree.
And of course with Tony. Doingit with Tony Robbins. What a better
way to kind of. To step intothat, right?
Yes, 100%. He's amazing.Absolutely. What are we diving into
(07:11):
now, Michael, with the fire walking?
Yes, fire walking andmeditation and how that changed your
life or how it impacted yourlife at such a point that you were
able to share it with others.
My goodness. That meditationat the time was the toughest thing.
It's been a few years. Veryconfronting because you learn so
much when we don't have thispiece of machine, Michael, and we're
(07:34):
not attached to the Internet. You're out in the wilderness, you
can't speak to anyone for 10days. You need to dress modestly,
no makeup, you can't look atanyone's face. Being at the time,
I wasn't as kind. I was morepolite. If you will or nice. My dad
would call me Mrs. Nice. Itwas like so rude for me to not say
(07:56):
thank you to someone if theyopen the door or not have eye contact.
It was a very confrontingexperience. But I truly believe that
we grow just like a diamondgrows from. Well, a coal becomes
a diamond. Everything growsdue to discomfort. And that's really,
that was one of the, I thinkfew things or many things I should
(08:19):
say I've done that have mademe on purpose uncomfortable so that
I can actually expand further. And I highly recommend anything that
makes anyone uncomfortable toactually embrace because that is
where all of the magic lies.
Do you think that was the mostchallenging experience in your personal
growth journey?
No. What I do believe that's agreat question. Thank you, Michael.
(08:43):
Is that where infinite spirit, spirit is for expansion. Where energy,
energy can't be created nordestroyed. There is no status quo.
It's a big life. We're notmoving forwards, we're moving backwards.
So I do believe that at thetime, it was since then by the way,
very recently. And I'm notrecommending this. Please do it.
I'm not a doctor, I say I'm amindset dog. I'm not a by, you know,
(09:05):
checking with your doctors forwhoever is interested. I did three
recent back to back 10 day, noeating, like fasting, those were
the toughest. But I keep doingthings that are outside my comfort
zone to actually push thelimits and they become harder. At
the time that was like maybesix or seven years ago. That was
(09:26):
the hardest thing. Absolutely. But then I've done multiple other
things since that aren't in my bio.
No, I mean I agree with you. Ithink you know that in ourselves
and fear, fear moving forward. What role do you think fear plays
in personal development and,and like how do you overcome it?
Because I know that most ofus, when you embark on a new journey,
(09:46):
even we get, we get stuck ina, in a rut or we get stuck in a
mode. It's. We get up at 5, wemake a cup of tea or a cup of toffee.
We then go about, you know, getting ready for work or we do everything
is methodic but we're always,we're always afraid. Like as you
said a minute ago, to stepoutside the box, basically. So what
(10:10):
role does fear play inpersonal development and how do we
overcome that?
Huge, huge. Michael, I lovethe questions you're asking. Thank
you. I myself lived in victimconsciousness for most of my life,
Michael, and it likes to comeand visit. So it's either victim
Consciousness, which fear ispart of. Right. That's the ego or.
(10:30):
And we're in Victorconsciousness. So the question you
asked is such a great onebecause it plays the biggest role
because most are literally inthe story of stuck. You said stuck.
Stuck is a story. None of usare really ever stuck. Energy is
constantly moving. And if wefeel stuck, I don't want to diminish
that. Of course it's possiblethat we feel it. We could just engage
(10:52):
in asking ourselves and being.Going into inquiry, if you will,
compassion, curiosity, to knowwhat is it about the situation that
is making us or having us feelstuck and fear, they say, and I think
Zig Ziglar is one of them, isfalse evidence appearing real. So
we really always want to goback, Michael, to what we want. And
(11:12):
I'd like to come back to youand maybe dive deeper into that.
Because when we create thatvision and all. Everything I teach,
by the way, is in the Bible. Idon't teach the Bible. I don't teach
theology. Right. It sayswithout a vision, the people perish.
So once we have that vision, Iliterally just taught it to all of
my groups this morning. Again,we're pulled by the future, fulfilled.
(11:34):
We're not living in fearconsciousness. But if we're not aware
because awareness is all thereis, then of course, you just turn
on the tv. That's all you can.If you just do that, we would be
in fear consciousness all day, every day. So I can literally go
on for days or hours aboutthis alone. I haven't been asked,
by the way, on a podcast aboutthis. Yeah.
(11:57):
What are some practical stepsthat someone like that we can take
today to kind of overcomethat, to kind of maybe move past
that? Because, you know, weused to do this constantly. We changed
our patterns in doing this. We'd get up, we'd do our thing, we
turn the tv. The first thingthat come on was the TV and the news.
And then we got caught up inthe news. And even before we start
(12:20):
our day, my wife and I, beforewe start our days, we were locked
into that. That's what we did.But then Covid changed our lives
as well, too, because it gaveus an opportunity to breathe and
to pause. And, you know, mywife was working five days a week.
It was driving an hour or moreto work in traffic. That was horrendous.
An hour or more coming homestressed, you name it, and she was
(12:43):
able to work from home for twoyears. And it changed the perspective
on what life means and thework life balance in such a way that
we restructured our morningsso we don't get up in the morning
every morning, immediatelyturn on the news. Now closer to the
time she goes to work. I haveto admit, being honest, we have to
turn it on because we need toknow traffic. We got it. We have
(13:04):
to know kind of what's goingon with traffic because it, it takes
her. We're about 35 miles fromwhere she works. So in the traffic
here is very, very busy. Butit, it, instead of getting up and
doing that, we got up, we tooka cup of tea, we went on the back
patio, we watched the sunrise, we listened to the birds, watched
(13:25):
the, you know, thehummingbirds and listen to the birds
in the yard, the rabbits andeverything running around and talk
to nature for a little bit. Itwas amazing. So, yeah, I think that
we as individuals have to makea choice and take a practical step
in designing the life we love. Correct.
(13:45):
I just love what you justshared about you and your wife. 100%,
Michael. This is the only way.Otherwise, it's the follower. Following
the follower is one of myfavorites. Earl Nightingale is one
of the godfathers of personaldevelopment. And both of my mentors,
the one in real estate, MikeFerry, he still has one of, if not
(14:07):
one of the biggest real estatecompany out of Vegas, real estate
coaching company and BobProctor, both have worked directly
with Earl Nightingale. Theywere both their companies, were both
my mentors. And this is theonly way. If we don't design it,
it's just gonna. We've alreadybeen programmed, Michael. You know
this. Every day I'm waking upand becoming more consciously aware.
(14:31):
I just shared this with all ofmy coaching groups this morning.
And I say today because I'mback from a whole week off and I
wanted to remind them of theirdivinity, but also how many lies
we've been told. Hey, go towork your entire life, Take a couple
of weeks off, a coupleholidays, if you're lucky, go to
the gym and die. Basically, that's. That's the programming around
(14:51):
the globe. This one I'm sopassionate about. But they're real
big lies. And our thoughtsbecome our beliefs. And in the word
belief is lie.
Right?
And they're limiting us, quitefrankly. We're. We're allowing them
to limit us. But now thatwe're aware, for whoever is listening
into your brilliant podcast, your brilliant messages here on all
(15:13):
of your episodes, is to reallywake up to their divinity and to
know that if they can just putpen to paper, Michael, that's the
first step. From there, everything Just like your wife designed
it. And I can go overpractical should it come up. Supercharged
shifters is what I call them.You. You and your wife have practiced
a few of them from what youshared. Those are brilliant.
(15:33):
Let's do that. Can we talk? Can we touch base on that for a second,
please?
So, I, I love what you said.We talk to nature. I think that's
the way. That's. That'sdivinity. God. I, I use the word
interchangeably with energy, higher source, infinite intelligence,
universe. It's within us, it'severywhere, it's omnipresent and
literally in nature. That'swhere we're happy. So the minute
(15:56):
you go outside, you'll noticeI just came back from a 60 minute
walk myself. Is your nervoussystem is reset and you're calm and
you're happy, which is ournatural state. And whoever's listening
in, don't believe a word Isay. Just look at a baby. A baby
is born in the perfectvibration that was you when you were
born. And then all of thestories came in, all of the lies,
(16:18):
all of the bs, if you will. Sosupercharge shifters. Nature is a
fast way. Movement is a fastway. Whether it's a gentle walk,
whether it's going to the gym, whether it's jumping on your trampoline,
any sort of movement, any ofyour hobbies that make you happy.
I love that you mentionedmeditation, turning these devices
off for first thing in themorning and last thing at night.
(16:40):
Specifically, Michael, whenwe're at our groggiest state, that
first thing in the morning andlast thing at night is when our subconscious
is at its most receptive. It's, of course, never sleeping,
it's awake 24 7, it's hearingeverything all the time. But it's
most receptive then. So if wecan shut these things off, start
with an hour. If an hour istoo much, start with 30 minutes,
(17:02):
start with 30 minutes atnight. You said you live in a state
of gratitude and appreciation. That is key. That is literally key
to appreciate everything andeveryone. That is fantastic as well.
I can go on and on. I won't just.
I think those are great. Ithink it's an opportunity for people.
It's a start. And I think, youknow, each one of us have an opportunity
(17:22):
to, you know, to embrace atleast a start. If you don't take
that first step, then, thenyou don't achieve anything. If you
just stand stagnant, then youdon't go anywhere. You just stay
in the same spot. So we haveto take that step, these things that
we just spoke about, thesesteps that we just spoke about, is
(17:46):
an opportunity for us to moveforward. How do we maintain balance
between adventure,contribution, and emotional development
as we're doing, taking eachone of these supercharged steps that
you're talking about? Becausewe have to balance. I mean, we all
see my mind's racing about athousand miles a minute. We have
(18:07):
to balance. We have to learnto balance. My wife and I were lucky
because we'd already been intomeditation and we've already understand
chakra. We already balance. Wealready understand the connection
to the universe. So we tookthat opportunity to get a deeper
connection with that. Some ofus have to do what you had just said.
You have to stop and pause andtake a breath and really understand
and learn how to do that. Butmy wife and I learned to balance.
(18:31):
So now she works a hybridschedule. For example, she works
two days from home, and sheworks three days at work. And it
works for us because we get abetter balance in life. How do we
as a whole, as a society, howdo we maintain a balance like that
between what we want foradventure and a contribution towards
personal development? Becausewe all want to move forward, we all
(18:52):
want to get better. We allwant to improve our lives.
Yes.
Did I talk too fast?
No, not at all. Not at all. You're perfect. Thank you, Michael.
I would say the first step,and I know I'm repeating this, it's
a step that I can't tell youhow many coaches had me on their
podcast this year, Michael. And bless them, they're beautiful
humans doing beautiful workaround the globe, and they haven't
(19:15):
put pen to paper. So I reallywant to go back to that. We really
have so much more in controlthan we think we are. Like, we're
co creators. So it would startwith that, well, what does a balanced
life look like for you?Because what may look balanced for
you may not be so for me. Andthat is the first step. When you
write it down, life by designthat. Create that. What does that
(19:36):
look like when you wake up?How do you want to spend your days?
And then from there, what youwant to do is really step into inspired
and aligned action. And it'smy. My favorite framework is be,
do, have. And I can go intothat because that's one of the fastest
ways to feel balanced. Becausesometimes our lives may not be balanced,
(19:57):
but we can bring. We. We. Weare the calm in the midst of the
storm, if you will. We may notfeel it, but we have that power.
And I know you believe it, butit's really gaining that awareness.
Michael, first. And awarenessstarts with this great conversation
right here. And then there areso many free resources to take inspired
(20:18):
action from there and to keepmoving forward so that we can keep
the momentum going in thedirection we want versus the opposite.
But I would really urge peopleto really take pen to paper with
zero considerations of time,of money, of time that has gone by,
that maybe, oh, I think it'stoo late or it's too much. Nothing
is too late. Nothing is toomuch. You're on your own timeline,
(20:41):
not the lies that they taught us.
Right. And help us understandthose individuals that are listening
or, and. Or watching. When yousay take pen to paper, would you.
Would you consider that asjournaling and. Or writing down what
we want to. What we want to doto be authentic living ourselves,
(21:01):
how we would understand whatour purpose may or may not want to
be or what our objectives areor how would we do that?
This is a perfect question.Yes, thank you for asking, Michael.
It's. It is journaling, butnot journaling in the sense that
we hear about it. It's puttingpen to paper into how. What kind
(21:21):
of life you want from the timeyou wake up to the time you go to
sleep? Who do you want to wakeup next to? Where do you want to
wake up? What kind ofcontribution do you want to make?
What kind of fun life do youwant to have? What kind of travels
do you want to have? What kindof legacy do you want to leave behind?
And write it all down in thepresent tense? Because the subconscious
(21:42):
only understands the presenttense. And then remember, creating
it is one thing. The secondstep is repetition. Just like when
we were babies and toddlers,we. We learn how to walk through
repetition. And our parentsdidn't give up on us, thankfully,
if we took us a little longer.Right? It's the same concept. Just
like how we started to ride abike when we were kids. We still
(22:03):
know how to. Or how we drive, get our driver's license, and we
never forget how to drive. It's the same concept. So what is
most. And I. I'm not anaffiliate of this company, and I
should be. I've referred themto so many people. There's an app
called Think Up Michael, andwe can record our vision. I've done
that on it. So once you putpen to paper of everything you want,
(22:26):
how you want to feel, howyou're dressed, your travels, your
legacy, your contributions, you record that on the Think up app
and you listen to it everysingle Day I was literally listening
to it on my walk. So youcombine various supercharged shifters.
Here I am getting sun, beingin nature, getting my steps in, listening
to my vision, being in thepresent at the same time, and being
(22:48):
alive and. And feeling.Getting ready for our podcast, of
course, and feeling the energyof my wishful, fulfilled. Which is
the vision.
Right. So what happens if wehave. Life sometimes throws a curveball,
so to speak. Not just becausein sports terms, but really life
throws unexpected challengesat us. How do we stay motivated and
(23:10):
inspired during thoseunexpected challenges that, like,
step in our way?
This is such a deep question. How much time do you have so we don't
stay motivated? We don't. Iwill. I will. On paper. Without going
diving into it, I am myselffacing a few challenges as we speak.
It's not about not having thechallenges. It's about the work that
(23:32):
we do. Going inside versusliving from the outside in. It's
very easy for me, by the way,to sit here and talk about it, but
it's the practice, right? Justlike anything. Michael, this is a
fantastic question. I hopethis is going to help so many of
your awesome listeners. It'sliving from the inside out. So instead
of reacting to what is goingon outside, we're actually responding
(23:54):
and we're going inwards toactually use one of our higher faculties,
which is imagination, by theway. This ties in with writing, our
vision, and then we canliterally visualize what we want
instead of. And athletes. Ilove that you actually threw the
sports terminology. That'sfantastic, because most of the successful
(24:14):
athletes we know are actuallypracticing this work. So they're
actually visualize winning. They visualize themselves on the
Olympics, you know, winningthe gold or whatever it may be that
they. They're going for. Sothat is one. One way of doing it.
Does that resonate, by the way?
It does, absolutely. I thinkthat we all. I mean, vision boards
(24:36):
are something that, you know,we hear about all the time. People
will see vision boards, they'll hear about vision boards.
Some people know how to do avision board. Some people wonder
what is a vision board? Ithink vision boards help us understand
it's a blueprint. It's ablueprint for what we want to succeed.
A blueprint maybe where wehave come from and a place where
we can go to and how we wantto achieve it. And I think visualizing
(24:58):
something gives me theopportunity, at least from my perspective,
the opportunity to understandwhat my goals are and how I want
to reach them. So help us.Help us understand that a little
bit yes.
So let me go over. I said, putpen to paper. You said, is that journaling?
I said, it's like journalingbecause you're writing. That's the
(25:19):
story of your life the way youwant it with no considerations. Okay,
that's one. Now you can takeimages out of that and create it
into a vision board. So, wow.I wanna, let's say lease or own this
car. I wanna own this house,or these houses, these vacations,
whatever it may be. It'susually material stuff, which is
(25:42):
fantastic as well. That'sgreat. Or. And it could also be your
career path and yourcontributions and legacy as well.
In terms of pictures, there'sanother app. Again, I'm not an affiliate.
They're fantastic. They'recalled Mind Movie. And you don't
have to purchase that. Thereare free versions of it as well where
you actually put all of theseimages instead of a static board
(26:04):
or your iPhone, which I alsorecommend, so that you get to see
it in a movie. And it's ashort clip, actually, if you have
an iPhone. For whoever has aniPhone, and I'm sure Android has
its versions. I'm justfamiliar with iPhone. The imovie.
In a minute, you just add afew clips of the images that you
want because the subconsciousis constantly and consistently being
(26:26):
fed. So we want to make surewe feed it with. With abundance,
with peace, with joy, withlove, with harmony, versus what it
is already being fed, whetherit's by turning on the news or whatever
conditioning there is from Godknows where the past.
I think the iPhone is. That'san interesting concept. I use my
(26:48):
iPhone for, you know, takingnotes. I use my iPhone if I'm driving.
Well, just to be clear, notwhile I'm driving or if I'm sitting
in the passenger seat. I usenotes to say, hey, if I got a thought,
I write it down really quick.I say, terry, take a note. And then
it takes the note for me. AndI can always go back and kind of
(27:09):
revisit that. Taking littlemini movies is a brilliant way. I
think of re. Kind of re. We'reall visual. I mean, everybody's.
You. You and I both knowpeople are visual, people are audible.
People do both. But everybodylikes to watch a movie. It's just
a movie about what we wantand. And what we want to see within
(27:32):
our lives, right?
Yes, yes. You're basicallyeither going to condition yourself,
program yourself, or life hasalready programmed you. And I love
how you said we're visual andauditories. So you can actually add
a nice high Vibe song to thatas well, you could even add your
affirmation. So you'reactually watching the images, seeing
(27:52):
your affirmations, chantingthem at the same time, and then listening
to your favorite high vibesong. It will literally get you pumped.
Yep, yep. Get, get it, get it.Get excited. Get excited. What are
some of the biggestmisconceptions about personal transformation
and like the need to unlearn?Because you just talked about how
we're in. As we grow, we learncertain aspects of our life and sometimes
(28:17):
we're stubborn about changingthose learning patterns. Sometimes
we don't know how to changethose learning patterns. So maybe
can you help us understandsome misconceptions about doing that
for ourselves working.
And this doesn't. Not onlyMichelangelo, you're also Michelangelo
(29:05):
native. So there's nothing foryou to become your already perfectly
aware. The difference betweeneach one of us. How to always say
this is the difference betweenyou and I to you, my dad and I is
(29:28):
awareness that fit. And it'slike living, let's say, the most
luxurious building in thelike, the most luxurious life. So
the person has enormous levelof conscious awareness. They don't
even know that there'ssunshine outside. They don't. They're
not even concentrating there. That there is, you know, luxury or
(29:48):
there is sunshine or it's anice building, let alone.
It's the. It does make sense.I think that, you know, sometimes
(30:44):
we. And I had to learn it.Everybody has to learn this, I think,
at some point in theirlifetime. You know, when I was faced
with challenges of my own andas we had that conversation earlier
and my community understandsand my life changed in an instant.
My life changed in an instant.I was going on 17 years on the job
(31:04):
and I was a sergeant going totake a lieutenant's test. And I was
faced with the reality that Imay be in a wheelchair for I'm a
dad of two wonderful, intelligent young ladies and. And
I'm a husband. My wife and Iare together. Were together 36 years.
Had to think just a second onthat. But it's been a while.
(31:28):
Yes.
And you know, it. It's. Youstart, you. You reflect on things
like this, especially whenyou're built with challenges and
whether or not you want tomake a choice in life as to either
move forward or. Or staystagnant. We always, we. There were
times I was angry, I wasdepressed, I was resentful. I mean,
you name it, it came about tome and I know that there's others
(31:51):
out here looking for the sametype thing Even when you're trying
to redefine your purpose or tofind new purpose, or if you're stuck
in a job or if you're stuck inlife, how do we do something? It
took a lot of patience, a lotof introspect within myself, family,
friends, and help. So ifsomeone is feeling stuck and unfilled
(32:13):
from their perspective, whatdo you think the first thing that
they need to do? The firstthing I did was ask for help.
I would definitely reach out.I love what you did, and your story
is just. Thank you for yourservice, dear sir. That's just fantastic.
I shared the first step, bythe way. There's a caveat to the
(32:35):
first step. So I'll share thesecond step to actually having everything.
So it always goes back toknowing what you want, despite. So
whoever's going through theworst circumstance right now, know
that is happening for you. It's not happening to you. I learned
that from Tony years ago. Andit's. It's becoming clearer and clearer
every day. How true it is.We're not victims. Everyone listening
(32:58):
in this is divinely thatyou're listening into this beautiful
Human Souls brilliant poetrypodcast. It is by law that you're
tuning in. Right? And you'renot a victim. That our conditioning
may have thought made usbelieve that we act like that. Who
you are is a victor. You'reGod's highest form of creation. You're
(33:18):
this universe's highest formof creation. And Bob Proctor would
always say that the differencebetween animals and us, as beautiful
as they are, are two things.Mainly, we can speak and we can think
more. Most of us aren'tthinking, Michael. And we're thinking
just like on autopilot. Soit's not actual thinking. And most
(33:39):
of us aren't using our wordfor us. We're using it against us.
So if we can just stop thatloop. And it all starts with awareness.
Of course. It's easy for me tosit here and say that, but let's
get crystal clear, first andforemost on what the desire is, what
the wand is, what thejuiciest, wildest vision is. From
there, we don't get thatvision. We get who we're being. So
(34:01):
that step number two is goingto be crucial, Michael, in us making
a powerful decision just tostart acting, not. Not faking. I
don't like that saying. Theysay, fake it till you make it. That's
a lie. It's acting as if. Soyou're gonna start acting as if you're
not stuck. If you're feelingstuck, write it out, what are you
(34:22):
feeling stuck about? But thenwrite out what you actually want.
Because contrast in the law ofattraction is a beautiful thing.
A lot of people cave becausethey're unfortunately in victim consciousness.
They think life is happeningto them. Contrast. Let's say we have
days of sunshine, then all ofa sudden we have. Or you guys are
having a heat wave. All of asudden. If you get a day that's,
(34:43):
you know, 80 degrees insteadof the 120, right? It's going to
be like a bray of sunshine foryou on that day. Right? The opposite
is true. Where let's saysomewhere is very cold and all of
a sudden it becomes warm, orlet's say it's sunny. Every day we
get rain. That rain ishappening for us. And what can we
learn and how can we use thatas a gift to become that individual?
(35:07):
Really, we already are. It.It's a twist of words to. It's unbecoming.
All the lies and all of theprogramming and all the beliefs,
the limiting beliefs, if youwill, that we have to so that we
can consciously become awareof the divinity that is you and that
you are me and that we are all one.
That's brilliant. That'sbrilliant. I think that it's an opportunity
(35:28):
for us to be able to growwithin ourselves. And when we grow
within ourselves, we helpthose around us grow as well. I think,
personally, I think it's kindof. We're all connected, right? So
I think that, yeah, I thinkthis works this way. I could, I could
talk for, I don't know,another couple hours.
Yes, we'll do, we'll do parttwo, part three, if it works for
(35:49):
your. For you. I'm beinginvited for two and three elsewhere.
So if it serves, I was goingto say it off the recording. I'll
say it now since you know it.
I think it's an opportunityand an opportunity to inspire people
and motivate people. I thinkthat we all have that within ourselves.
You just have to be able tofind that little spark, that little
fire and to open that. Youknow, my spark, my fire was my daughter
(36:13):
leaning down saying, I wantyou to walk me down the aisle and
lit a little spark under me.And, you know, I haven't looked back
since. And for the record, Iwould have done it for my youngest
daughter. I will be there formy youngest daughter because of this.
But you always have to havethat little spark, right? You have
to have that motivation, thatinspiration, that ability to see
(36:35):
the spark in order to grasp itand then pull yourself forward So
I know that you have someprograms and some things that people
can reach out to on yourwebsite and can help them to reach
that and to understand whothey are. Can you tell us about that?
Yes. Thank you so much,Michael. I am super passionate about
my programs because I've beenheavily investing in coaching, and
(36:57):
they're all fantastic coaches.Michael, something I haven't shared
with you. The missingcomponent was that no one was there
daily. So the mastermind iswhere I am literally with my people
every single day. Just likeyou and I are meeting on. On camera
right now. We're in and out 30minutes every day. It's called the
mind gym. And basically justlike, you go and you work out. I've
(37:20):
had a trainer for over 20years where I work out with him three
times a week. This is the sameconcept five days a week there with
me, and we're on live camera, and we're literally doing the work
that you and I just did. We'rejust diving deep, deeper, because
some of them have been withme, I'm happy to say, going on to
their eighth year. So before,I was actually supercharged with
(37:41):
Susan. They started for free.I started charging them. They stayed.
I upped their investment. Theystayed. I upped it again. They stayed.
This January, they renewed yetagain. And this is the power of the
work. It's like theirconscious awareness is growing every
day. And the other one iscalled Manifest Mondays. It was born
out of necessity for those whodon't want to be either heavily invested
(38:04):
with their time or money or bethere daily. It's work to be there
daily. It's a privilege. Theycan be with us every Monday. Monday,
it's 30 minutes. It's calledManifest Mondays. And you asked about
one of the. What are one ofthe lies or the misconceptions is
that manifestation takes time.Manifestation doesn't take time.
It takes alignment. So thatMonday call is for money Mondays,
(38:28):
Mindset Mondays, MindfulnessMondays. It's all about creating
momentum. Momentum Monday, sothat people can start their weeks
off with being supercharged. And then until we meet again the
following Monday, those arethe two programs. And for those precious
souls who want to be in freestuff as well, I offer a lot of freebies.
(38:52):
Like every Monday, I do afreebie free Facebook Live. Michael,
in our private Facebook group, which is completely complimentary,
I did one this morning, andwe'll do one on Friday on IG at Supercharge
with Susan. Every Friday, youcan ask any peak performance mindset
manifestation questions. It'scompletely complimentary. Especially
if they're coming from yourend. I'm roll up my sleeves. I'm
(39:17):
delighted to be of any service.
That's brilliant. And you havea website supercharged with Susan
and that's Susan with a Z.
Susan with a Z. Yes, that'scorrect. S U, Z, A N. Thank you.
Oh, absolutely. And I'll makesure that there's. That's in the
show notes and it's on thewebsite or the webpage that's dedicated
to this episode in specific. So they have an easy way to click
(39:38):
it and just come right to you. It's been brilliant. Again, I would
like to have you back. We canmake a part two, part three or what.
Whatever it takes to be ableto help everybody out here in this
community to kind of take anopportunity to expand their life.
But this is one more thingbefore you go. So do you have any
words of wisdom?
(39:58):
Yes, I would. I don't know ifthey're words of wisdom, but it's
one more thing before I go isfor you to. For you. And that's anyone
any precious soul is to. Andto really get curious about yourself
and your own divinity. Thisisn't a dress rehearsal. As far as
we know. There's one go. Ibelieve we're limitless souls. We
(40:20):
never really die. We're alwaysgoing to be alive in the soul sense.
But physically we're just herefor a brief moment. We created living
to 150 in my billionairesclub. Even that is not even a blip
in the grand scheme of things.Right. We create it. You're laughing.
We. I may drop dead today.Right? Or may. May I not say let's
(40:41):
say let's.
Let's not. I don't want to putthe episode up and say this is in
memory of. We want to say thisis for you to be inspired.
Yes, yes. But really just be.Be. Be the star that you are. Bob
Proctor would always say stopacting like the. The extra. You are
(41:02):
the star. Like just show up asthat. Because there's just. You're
literally one of one Michael. That's you. Right? And everyone listening
in. That doesn't take awayfrom you. And it took 1 in 400. Listen
to this. You may have heardthis. 1 in 400 trillion. For you
to be here. Like pinch yourself.
(41:22):
But that's. That's amazing.
You're the miracle of allmiracles. Basically. How do you want
to spend your days? How do youwant to invest? How do you want to
feel? Let's just jump on thecourt and swing full out life on
your terms. Let's design itthe way we want it, not the way we've
been programmed to.
That's brilliant words ofwisdom. You weren't sure it was wasn't
(41:44):
but it's brilliant words ofwisdom. Susan, thank you very much.
I really appreciate it. Ithink that what a wonderful opportunity
we have. And I'll make surethat everything's in the show notes
so that we we can make it easyfor everybody to connect with you.
Thank you. And I will have youback on so we'll continue the conversation.
Would be delighted.
