(00:00):
Momentum is a gamechanger in your business.
(00:02):
It allows you to reach your goalsfaster with less effort over time.
And momentum is that invisible force, but you do have to be intentional
about creating it, maintaining it.
And advancing that momentum . Thebeginning of year momentum.
Ah, it refers to that positive energyand that drive that we often feel
(00:27):
at the beginning of a new year.
Momentum and motivation to set thosegoals, make changes and actively
pursue our aspirations and goals.
And our online business goalswith renewed focus, determination,
and we want to be productive.
(00:47):
But sometimes it's hard to break outof that stagnant energy to reclaim
some of that momentum that we needto make 2025 our best year yet.
I know all about that.
In fact, I also know that momentum is animportant part of our online business.
(01:09):
It is a game changer.
It allows us to reach our goalsfaster with less effort over time.
And momentum is that invisible forcethat we use to propel ourselves forward.
But we also have to be intentionalabout creating it, maintaining
(01:30):
it, advancing that momentum, and sometimes even changing it.
After the thrill of the holidays,Christmas and the new years, sometimes
it's hard to get back that momentumand get back in the swing of things.
Maybe you've set your businessup to run on autopilot or you
(01:53):
took a break over the holidays.
And each and every time we dothat, it is just so exciting.
It's hard to get back into thatmomentum that our business needs.
In this episode, I'm going tobe talking about the importance
of momentum in your business.
And I'm going to give you the twoways that I create momentum in
(02:13):
my business that allows me to beexcited, to grow my email list with
more leads and create more revenue.
So if you are determined to breakout of that stagnant energy and
step into that beginning of yearmomentum that will carry you on
throughout all of 2025, then tune in.
(02:38):
Hey, hey, welcome back to thekingdom revolution podcast.
I am excited about this episode.
One reason why, because I know whatmomentum can do for your online business.
And I'm going to give you a few waysthat I create momentum that creates
excitement and that fire inside to keep.
Going forward because sometimes Wedo get into slumps and I hear that
(03:03):
a lot from my clients inside thebusiness by God's design Academy,
they say I feel like I'm in a slump.
I don't know what to do I'm not excitedanymore and we can feel that way when
we're not doing the thing when we'renot Helping the people that were called
to serve and one of the fastest waysactually I'm going to give you that
(03:25):
example is Later on in this episode, butthere are a few ways that you can create
momentum fast in your online business.
I'm going to give you one of thosein this episode today and one that
takes a little bit of a longer periodof time to create that momentum,
but the payoff is so much higher.
(03:47):
But have you ever noticed that whenyou're in a slump that you keep on
waiting, you're waiting or, and yousay, I'll do it later, or I'll start
when X, Y, Z happens, or I'll take thatleap when the timing is just right.
And waiting has a cost.
It's the opportunity missed.
that momentum lost.
(04:09):
It's the time that you can't get back.
And I don't want thathappening to you in 2025.
That's why I'm here to give you my top twoways that I create momentum in my business
and I tell my clients to do the same.
Because what would waitinganother year cost you?
(04:29):
Right, as we're stepping into thesecond or third week of 2025, what would
waiting another year to get to whereyou want to be in your business, to have
a successful, profitable and impactfulbusiness by God's design, a business
that is making impact and income thatis bringing in consecutive changes.
(04:49):
2k to 5k or more a month that allows youto leave that corporate career to be home
to raise your warriors for the kingdomthat allows you to do whatever insert that
what you want it to do for you and yourfamily as well as creating that kingdom
impact here on this side of heaven andkingdom wealth so you can give more bless
(05:11):
more change those broken and corruptsystems pour into those non profits or
bring more of that thing that you wantto see more of on this side of heaven.
What would waiting anotheryear to do that cost you?
The celebrations are winding down.
The new year is already here and youmight feel a little lost, unsure of how
(05:31):
to get back that momentum, or maybe evena bit confused on where to even start.
And our God is not a God of confusion.
He has already solved allof your 2025 problems.
Think about that.
He's already solved them for you.
He already knows the exact lifespan ofyour business He already knows where he
(05:52):
wants you to go this year He knows itall you just get to step into and be in
alignment with his business assignment.
Alignment with where hewants you to go this year.
And if it hasn't worked yet, one of thereasons why is because it's not by God's
design yet, which means it's not inalignment with your kingdom assignment.
(06:16):
That's not what this episode is about, but that is a plug for the Live launch
that I will be hosting later thismonth, either January 20th or the 27th.
I haven't nailed down the date justyet, but one of the days we'll be
talking about a business that isby God's design and what does that
mean and what does it mean to be inalignment with your kingdom assignment.
(06:39):
So make sure you're on my email list.
If you are not, grab one of the resourcesin the show notes and get on my email
list so you're notified when I post.
when the call to business livelaunch will be taking place.
So you've probably reflectedon the 2024 wins and lessons
and things that you've learned.
You've set those intentional goalsfor 2025 and dreamed big with God.
(07:05):
It created that vision.
And now you just need thatmomentum, the kind of momentum
that makes 2025 your year.
There are three phases of momentum.
One, creating momentum.
This is by far the hardest phase, whichis why so many people don't make it.
(07:26):
They just don't becausebusiness needs momentum.
Phase two is maintaining that momentum.
Consistency is the key toachieving and maintaining momentum.
We're talking about how you can createconsistency with the two ideas that
I give you later in this episode.
And then the third phaseis advancing that momentum.
(07:51):
So it's no secret that momentum isan important part of your business.
This can lead to a more motivated team.
When you have a team or if youhave a team, higher productivity
for yourself and your team andgreater customer satisfaction.
Momentum also helps businessesadapt to change, create and
(08:15):
seize new opportunities.
Without momentum,business growth can stall.
Momentum is a gamechanger in your business.
It creates the excitement insidethat you need to push through
the hard or difficult seasons.
It allows you to reach yourgoals faster with less effort.
(08:36):
Momentum is that invisible force, but we have to be intentional
about creating it, maintaining it.
and sometimes even changingthe direction of that momentum.
Have you ever seen a landslide start?
It could begin with that single snowballor one or two sheets of snow but as it
(08:57):
pull is pulled downwards by gravity itgets bigger and bigger and it starts
to go faster and faster and before longit's moving at the speed of a locomotive.
And speaking of locomotives,at rest, a train can be kept in
place with almost insignificanteffort, with little or no effort.
(09:20):
A train can remain there in place witha little wooden block under one wheel.
That's it.
But when a train gets going and themomentum picks up, it can smash through
a five feet concrete wall and keep going.
These examples show momentumin a purely conceptual state.
(09:47):
And they point to one.
When something begins moving theright way and continues like that,
it's going to build up speed.
And if it stays in that directionwithout letting anything interfere
with its forward motion andmovement, it becomes fast.
(10:08):
Unstoppable.
That, my friend, is momentum.
And that is the momentum thatyou need in your business.
Great, Kristen.
How do I achieve thatmomentum in my business?
Well, my friend, I'm glad you asked.
There are quite a few ways that youcan create and maintain and advance
(10:31):
momentum in your online business.
For me, I've discovered Two keysteps that ignite momentum across
my entire business, and that excitesme and gets me fired up again.
And the real power comes when you canrepeat these two key things I'm going to
(10:53):
be talking about in a loop, which allowsyou to create consistency in your work.
And what you need tohave continued momentum.
The first one is achieving momentum inyour business through virtual events.
This one takes a littlebit of a longer time.
(11:15):
The next example, I'm goingto give you a simple one.
something that you can actually take andimplement tomorrow, but achieving momentum
in your business through virtual events orsummits is something that's going to take
a little bit of a longer time, especiallyif you've never done that before.
I teach in my summits with impactprogram that you need 90 to 120 days
(11:36):
to host your first virtual event.
Now it can be shrunk in a littlebit of a shorter time period.
If you don't have a larger event, like25 or 30 speakers, you can have a small
event of just 10, five or 10 speakers.
And that's something that you can doin a relatively short period of time.
(11:58):
However, in order to actuallyachieve the momentum in your business
through utilizing this collaborationstrategy of a summit, your virtual
event needs to be positioned strong.
It needs to be positioned strong inthe marketplace and you have to have
everything in order, the right speakers, the right topic, the right theme in
(12:20):
order to do these next couple of thingsthat I'm going to be talking about.
So please, if you are interestedin hosting a virtual event or a
summit, contact me or look at theSummits with Impact program that I'll
have linked up in the show notes.
Don't try to do it on your own.
Please don't.
I say this over and over and overagain, because you can see the top
(12:41):
of the iceberg, but you can't seeunderneath it and everything that goes
into play with hosting a virtual event.
And then you walk away and you'relike, Hmm, that didn't work or summits.
They don't work.
No, they work when they aredone correctly, my friend.
All right, let's get into thethree key steps to building
(13:02):
momentum through summits.
Collaboration sparks connection.
A summit brings together speakers, their audiences, and creating an
atmosphere that's just electric andthat's exciting for collaboration,
adding value to other people's audienceswhile helping them grow their email list
(13:25):
and leveraging each other's expertise.
Area of expertise willestablish you as an authority.
It'll establish your credibility andexpand your reach exponentially, which
results in a growing email list andenergized community and warm leads
that are prime for your future offers.
(13:47):
That is where the momentum is created.
That right there is key.
Engagement is key.
It fuels excitement, the live natureof summits, whether it's live or a
pre recorded interview keeps attendeesactively engaged through chats, Q and a
sessions, prizes, interactive sessionsthat I teach you how to do that inside
(14:09):
the summits with impact program.
And then every touch point builds trustand excitement for what is coming next.
The result, an adrenaline rushfor your audience and for you, I
might add, building anticipationfor your post summit offer.
This is one of the best strategies toincorporate throughout your quarterly
(14:34):
marketing cycles, whether it's a smallor a large virtual event, that will
allow you to build that anticipation foryour post summit offer for that launch.
Even for your beta foundingmember program, I love helping
my clients launch a summit.
And then after the summit launch andopen doors to their beta founding member
(14:56):
program, because that momentum hasbeen built that increased email list.
And that no like, and trustfactor has been built.
And it is just.
a snowball that continues to grow thatleads you to your best launch yet.
And those conversions createa carry over momentum.
(15:18):
The momentum peaks when you transitiondirectly into that post summit launch
or conversion event, like a workshopor a three day challenge, because you
already have these warm and engaged leadsthat are ready to take that next step.
So conversions naturally follow.
The result is sales of your signatureoffer or your founding member offer
(15:40):
your founding member membership, orwhatever that next tier product is.
And it creates continued buzz foryour business and your events.
So the momentum loop of how you keepthis ongoing momentum, the magic of
a virtual event or summit is how itsets you up for this ongoing momentum.
(16:03):
You have the pre summit energy.
You build excitement with the speaker, the announcements and the registrations.
And then you have that summit peak, ahigh energy event that drives growth,
connections, and trust in your, you, your brand and with the other speakers
as well, then you have that post summitconversion event, which leads them into.
(16:27):
Your offer.
So leveraging the energy to launch yourbeta founding member program, or that
next offer, and then recycle and refine.
You get to reuse the summitcontent and connections, either
forever green growth, or.
In order to host future events, that content that you have
(16:48):
created is something that can berepurposed and used again and again.
Plus you also have already created anasset that can be reused throughout.
That year, you can do the same virtualevent with different speakers, or you
can take a look at your signature offer, your B2Y, I call it, and you can pluck
(17:11):
out something else from your frameworkand host another virtual event around.
You already have the assets created.
You just change up the title, the tagline, and make sure it's
positioned well, and then go throughthe summit speaker search again.
And host your event, which repeatsthe process and helps you create
(17:32):
a momentum loop throughout theyear in your online business.
Why do I feel summits is the number onestrategy to create sustainable momentum?
Well, list growth, a summit can doubleor triple your email list, giving
you a larger audience to nurture andserve, and then launch post event.
Your authority is increased collaboratingwith expert speakers that are thought
(17:57):
leaders in your niche, in yourindustry that have complimentary
solutions that help your ideal clientwill accelerate your authority.
And that connection You're going tobe able to share experiences deep in
your relationships with your audience, creating long term loyalty, not to
mention the same thing with your speakers.
(18:20):
You will get post event invites to theirpodcasts or their events that they host.
You become top of mind to them when youhave a position, strongly successful
event that creates a win, win, winfor all involved, a win for them.
They build their email list, a win foryou, you build your authority, your expert
(18:41):
status and your email list and a win foryour ideal client who gets value from
all of the guest speakers and resources.
Also, it creates a revenue boost.
You will have all access passsales from your email list.
All Access Pass that youhave for your virtual event.
(19:03):
So it has a cash injectioneven before your virtual
event goes quote unquote live.
And when you merge into that post summitoffer that will convert most of the time
higher because the attendees are alreadyengaged and primed for your offer.
So summits In my mind is the numberone most powerful momentum starter.
(19:26):
And when used correctly and strategically, they will carry you throughout the year
with increased new leads, increasedauthority, and more conversions.
The second Strategy that I use.
This one is what you canactually implement tomorrow.
If you want to is achieving momentum inyour business through Q and a sessions
(19:48):
or complimentary coaching sessions.
So offering a few, a free Q and asession or a complimentary coaching,
isn't just only being generous.
It creates.
Momentum that energizes your audience, strengthens your authority once again,
and sets the stage for future growth.
(20:09):
So let's unpack how thestrategy can create waves of
momentum for your business.
So the three key steps to buildingmomentum through complimentary sessions
is one it gets you in front of yourpeople hosting live Q& A's or offering
complimentary coaching sessions createsdirect personal engagement This is the
(20:31):
number one strategy that I utilize when Ifeel like I'm in a slump especially during
launches or sorry In between launches, Iwill host these complimentary sessions.
Each time I've hosted a complimentarysession, I've had at least
one person join my hire ticketprogram because I add value.
(20:52):
I spend time with them.
I am coaching them livein a container on zoom.
And then they know once they optinto that coaching session that
I'm going to make them an offer.
And I do that.
Either during our coaching session,I let them know what's available, but
then I send out personalized emailsto each and every single one of them.
(21:17):
And I let them know what offers orcontainers that I have available for them.
Now, I do this in a group setting.
By no means I'm askingyou to do this one on one.
It's a group complimentarycoaching session.
So, you can call it anything.
A pop up party.
A coaching party.
You know, make it fun.
(21:38):
These sessions allow you to demonstrateyour expertise, show your heart
and your heart to serve, and meetyour audience where they are at.
The result is you build trust, excitement, and real connection
with your audience, which will turnthese cold leads into warm ones.
The second thing it allowsyou to do is listen and learn.
(22:02):
These interactions give you invaluableinsights into your audience struggles,
their questions and desires.
It's real time feedback that helpsyou refine your messaging, create
offers that will resonate withthem and generate testimonials.
You are going to askfor a testimonial after.
(22:25):
Those sessions, which youcan use for social proof.
So the results of this is that you'regoing to uncover exactly what your people
who are already on your email list need.
They feel seen, they feelheard, and they feel supported.
It is that simple.
Invaluable.
(22:45):
The third thing it's goingto do is inspire action.
When you help someone have an aha moment,a transformation, or a quick win during
this complimentary session, you willignite excitement and motivation, not
only in them, but yourself as well.
Those small transformationsinspire those participants to
take that next step with you.
(23:07):
Whether it's a paid offer, joining aprogram coming inside of a test, or coming
inside of one of your paid containers,or sharing their testimonial, or, you
know, Or being one of the first thatsign up for your next live launch.
So that result is you have engagedand excited prospects that are closer
(23:27):
to taking that next step with you.
They're eager to deepen theirrelationship with you and work with you.
These are something that you canPut inside your marketing calendar
every month, every quarter.
I like to do them just when I feellike I'm in a slump and I just
(23:47):
need to get in front of my people.
It excites me.
It helps me have that creative energyand it's a great market research to
hear what they're struggling with now.
Now, and find out who is actuallyon my email list, who is going to be
reading those emails and saying, yes,I want this complimentary session.
(24:09):
Now you may find that you'll have certainpeople that will sign up again and
again for that complimentary session.
And those are yourreally warm to hot leads.
And you may have to put some restrictionsbehind how many times they can sign
up during a month or a quarter.
I'll leave that all to you.
You know, your business.
And I also give them a form to fill outbefore they come on to that live session.
(24:34):
So I know what theywant to, to talk about.
So you know, there's some work thatneeds to be put into this, but this is
something that you can actually implement.
And start promoting tomorrow.
If you want to, and the momentum loop, the beauty of complimentary sessions
is how they keep that momentum rolling.
You can have that pre session buzzby promoting your Q and A or free
(24:56):
complimentary coaching opportunityto create excitement and attract
new leads from other Facebookgroups or from your social media.
And that live energy, you get todeliver a high value session that helps
participants and leaves them wanting more.
And even when they get thereplay, they can listen in.
(25:17):
And when you, when they hearyou coaching other people,
they have aha moments as well.
And that post session engagement, orthen you can use their testimonials.
You can tag them in your testimonials.
You can have those photos.
Follow up offers or quick wins tonurture participants into paying
clients and you get to refine andrepeat and use their feedback to
(25:40):
refine your offers and messaging forfuture sessions or future offers.
Why do complimentary sessionscreate sustainable momentum?
Well, they're trust builders.
It gives your audience a tasteof your area of expertise.
It builds trust and positionsyou as the go to expert.
It's their market research goal in mind.
(26:02):
Every question or concern that theyvoice becomes data that you can use to
shape your offers and your messaging.
Testimonials and social proof.
The outcome and feedback tocreate compelling testimonials
or case studies is invaluable.
And it's a pipeline filler.
It's going to fill your pipeline.
When you think of that customerjourney of where people come on your
(26:25):
email list and then where they arebefore they purchase your program,
these sessions are going to bringthem closer on that customer journey.
And they often convert participantsinto paying clients because they've
already experienced your value.
And then when you promote it, if youdecide to promote these things, just
besides your email list, it's going tobring people into your email list as well.
(26:48):
In one way that you can amplifythe impact is create a fun theme
for your coaching sessions.
Focus on maybe one specific problemto solve in the Q and A session.
You can do it Anyway, you want to, you canalso use the replay and repurpose sessions
into evergreen content, like blogs orpodcasts, episodes, or lead magnets.
(27:12):
Even I have actually extractedthe transcript of one and dropped
it into descript and asked the, Ithink it's the under Lord feature.
It's probably AI in descript.
to extract key takeaways orextract their pains or pain points.
And it's actually given mecontent to create things from.
(27:35):
I also will be in the process ofcreating some small video scripts
from that as well to use as content.
So the content or the repurposingthat you can take from these
complimentary sessions.
There's no limit.
There's no end.
A little disclaimer there.
If you're going to use these peopleon a video or repurpose, you may have
(28:00):
to get their consent or approval.
So know that.
But what I like to do is have just theaudio of their question and then just me
coaching behind that and the visual of me.
All right.
So complimentary Q and A's orquotient sessions are a win win.
Your audience gets help, you getclarity and the momentum that creates
(28:24):
and drives your business forward.
So I have given you thefirst two phases of momentum.
Two ideas on how to create it, and I'vealso interweaved in those how you can
maintain momentum from being consistentin implementing those strategies.
(28:44):
And if you remember in thebeginning of the episode, the
third phase was advancing momentum.
To advance momentum, you get to focus onsetting clear goals, taking consistent
action towards them, celebrating smallwins, managing your time effectively,
eliminating distractions, maintaininga positive mindset, and essentially
(29:06):
keep moving forward with focusedenergy and build upon your progress
by taking the next small step.
Steps.
Before we close out today, I want to giveyou some common mistakes people make that
stop them from building this momentum.
One, they try everythingwithout reviewing results.
This is one of the most commonmistakes I see from people and
(29:29):
my clients who are trying to hitthat next level in their business.
Or they're just startingout with their business.
They're going in a bunch ofdifferent directions all at once.
And this actually decreases momentum.
I call it the strategy hopper of,Oh, that looks like it worked.
Let me try that.
Oh, that didn't work.
And let me try this.
Let me do a bootcamp or a webinarinstead of a three day challenge.
(29:51):
Oh, look, she turned hers on evergreen.
Let me try to turn mine inevergreen and run some Facebook ads.
They're all over the instead ofsticking with what they're doing.
One thing in reviewing the results, makingsmall changes and then doing it again.
So going in a bunch of direct differentdirections, trying strategy after
(30:14):
strategy actually decreases your momentum.
So what to do instead, say laser focuson one approach and do it consistently,
then measure the results so that youknow if it worked and if it didn't work,
make small changes and do it again.
Instead of throwing a bunch of spaghettiat the wall and hoping something sticks.
The second common mistake that stopspeople from building momentum is
(30:37):
having huge bursts of effort or hugebursts of the email list, like from
a summit or a virtual event or anycollaboration strategy, and then it's
followed by ghosting your audience.
Trust is a key part of marketing and ifyou're not building a relationship where
your audience can trust you to show up,then you're not building that momentum.
(30:59):
There are ways that you can show up.
after you have your huge burst of efforts.
And I understand after hosting an eventor having a three or five day live
launch, sometimes our energy is depleted.
So take a day, a day and a halfto, to fill your cup again.
(31:22):
And then make sure that those huge burstsof efforts where you just brought in some
amazing people, or you've just had thislive launch or whatever it is that you are
going to continue to show up consistentlyfor your audience to create that momentum.
And one way that you can do that,I already gave you that strategy
(31:43):
is to have and host Q and A partiesor complimentary coaching sessions.
The third mistake is only giving yourselfcredit when hitting a massive goal.
You're never going to create thatresiliency that's needed and self
trust that you need to keep showingup and believing in yourself and your
mission and your movement that you'recreating on this side of heaven if
(32:06):
you only celebrate the big goals.
, it's just not going to happen.
You're not going to be resilient.
You're not going to be an integrity toyourself and have that trust because
there are thousands and thousandsof tiny victories every single day
that allow those big goals to happen.
So what to do instead?
Have clear priorities each andevery quarter, each and every
(32:27):
month, each and every year.
This will help you keep up with whatyou actually need to have happen in
your business and where you're going.
Having clear priorities eachand every day is going to tell
your time where it needs to go.
Creating consistency on a weeklyand monthly basis means that you
choose one marketing channel tofocus on and pour your energy
(32:52):
into that one marketing strategy.
I call it the power of one framework, and we'll be talking a little bit
about what that is and what that lookslike at the call to business live
launch later this month in January.
Doing one thing consistently insteadof eight things randomly is going
to be infinitely more helpful.
(33:12):
And it's going to feel wayless of an energy suck too.
The next thing to do is celebratesuccesses and failures on a regular basis.
Celebrating failures is a greatway to lift the weight off them.
Lift the weight off your shoulders.
Remember, every failure is a lessonthat you needed to learn that's going
(33:34):
to get you closer to your goals.
Just like those successes are as weclose today's episode, I want you to
think about what actions you can startto take today to create momentum in
your business for 2025 and how you cancreate consistent momentum that advances
(33:58):
you closer to your year end goals.
and where the Lord is taking you for 2025.
If you are interested in the Summitswith Impact program and hosting a virtual
event in quarter one or quarter two of2025, that is going to rapidly increase
your business momentum, then you cancheck out the Summits with Impact program
(34:23):

Yes, I will give you 20 percent off.
If you decide to choose to implement asummit for your business momentum in the
first part of 2025, you get access to me.
(34:43):

plan, host, and positionyour first virtual event.
In fact, you actually get this programfor life and each and every time that
you host a virtual event, you get togo through it and you get to have me

utilizing my Summits with Impact.
You get me.
You get human interaction.
I just don't leave to do it on your own.
