(00:00):
Hey, hey, welcome back to the KingdomRevolution podcast I'm your host
Kristin Dronchi I'm so excited tohave a special guest with us today
One of my current clients Cassie.
She is a former school teacher nowhomeschooler of her family Five
children who she chose to birth athome and raise on their homestead
as old souls that want to disconnectfrom this interconnected world.

(00:24):
She loves seeing like minded womenexperience their own personal exodus
because Jesus radically set her freefrom years of bondage that gripped her.
Cassie mentors Christian women intobiblical freedom so that they can reach
the breakthrough they've been longing for.
Through her framework madewhole and her online mentorship.
Well, welcome Cassie.

(00:44):
I'm so thrilled to invite the listeners toa special event that you have coming up.
So in your words, tell uswho you are, who you serve.
Yeah.
Well, thanks for having me on the podcast.
It's been a pleasure workingwith you and I love working with
Christian women who know thatthey are in need of inner healing.

(01:09):
They're in need of breakthrough inthat emotional mental health world
from a biblical point of view.
And so yeah, I'm a wife and a mom offive and normally my schedule looks
like get up, take the little ones todaycare, come home, homeschool until about
lunchtime, and then fit in as much workas I can on the computer to keep trucking

(01:31):
forward to create this online business.
Yeah, you are a Perfect example of howwe can weave that into our daily life
because you know that God has a callingon your heart to help women heal, but not
just heal the outside things, but reallyget to the root of why they need that

(01:56):
inner healing and have it take place.
Biblically, so they can havea firm transformation, just
not a outside transformation.
So I love that about you.
When, let's go back, I think afew, probably over a year ago
by now, where were you beforewe started to work together?

(02:19):
What was going through your head?
What was going through your mind?
How were you questioning that calling?
Yeah, so I had actuallycreated the course that I'm now
promoting and trying to build.
I had actually createdthat before I even met you.
But one thing that stuck to me and thereason that I really was drawn to actually

(02:40):
reach out to you for your coaching.
in particular wasn't, you keptusing the words in your sales pages.
If you feel like you're duct taping yourbusiness together and that's very much
what it felt like, it was like, okay, there's so many resources out there.
You can just pick and pullfrom anything and everything.
And I've.
I felt like it was not all in one place.

(03:01):
I feel like I felt likeI was all over the place.
I felt like I, was putting it out thereand I would get a few leads and then
it would kind of fall, fall apart.
And I knew I wanted to put it onlineand I had kind of done that, but I
didn't like the way that I had done it.
It wasn't necessarily in a way that,I'm, I'm watching other people sell
their online course and it looks veryprofessional and I, I just wasn't there.

(03:25):
And so, I, yeah, I reached out to you notfor the course that I'm now promoting, but
for another reason, but I think that's thebeauty of it too, is that in working with
you, we started out one on one and now I'min the group mentorship and, just having
that set aside time to specifically thinkabout what I'm doing to go through the

(03:48):
material and really hone in on what it is,even though I had honed in on this birth
course that I was creating once I steppedinto this with you It still was a way
for God to lead me down the next path toget me onto the path He actually wanted.
Yeah, I love that you said thatbecause it's a work in process.

(04:10):
We don't see the next step.
We only see if we hold the flashlightin the darkness a few feet ahead of us
and we get to lock arms with Holy Spiritand the wisdom of our Heavenly Board
of Directors and keep walking forward.
And in order for most of us, I wouldsay almost 99 percent of us to do that,
we get to have a mentor or a coach.

(04:32):
I know how valuable it is for myselfbecause we're too close to our,
our blind spots and we're human.
We get inside, we're like, Ohmy goodness, I can't do this.
Or we start questioning ourselves.
So I love that you talked about that.
And.
The piece about duct taping ittogether, because I'm sure a lot
of women can resonate with that.

(04:54):
You're right, information is everywhere.
We can Google how to.
X, Y, Z, how to do this, but what itreally, what really is important is
tapping in and extracting that blueprint, the blueprint that God gave each and
every single one of us and having someonedirect us, Hey, stop looking in the
outside world, look back in and bring itall home to what he's calling you to do.

(05:17):
And I know.
In our conversations and messagingand things like that, talking back
and forth inside those differenttypes of containers, you've had
those moments and those breakdowns, like every single one of us has.
And it's always back to thewisdom and discernment that you
have and keep stepping forwardto bring that dream to life.

(05:40):
What we're going to be talking about soonin that event that you have but can you
talk a little bit about the support andtype of support that you did receive that
you feel would was beneficial personallyI think that we can either struggle or
For so many years and keep on strugglingor we can actually invest our time and

(06:05):
our money to go a lot quicker so once youdid that once you Made that transaction.
How did things change with yourmindset and the actions that you took?
Yeah, so it took me it's taken me awhile to really come to a place of
confidence And I can't say that i'm likecompletely there which maybe none of us
ever arrived there, but i'm definitelybetter than I was But it It helped

(06:30):
me to see number one, what was reallyimportant, how to reverse engineer, why
it's important to reverse engineer, whyit's important to hone in on our ideal
client, why we need to know who she isor who he is or who they are because.
You're no matter what topic you'respeaking on, which you had to help me

(06:53):
with this, even in the challenge that'scoming up, in a month it's, it is like,
okay, but you need to change the titlebecause you're not actually speaking
to your ideal client within the title.
And, and that we always want to begoing back to that because otherwise.
You're, you're never funneling in those, cause we can't just speak to everybody.
And cause we are Christians, sowe think that we can just speak to

(07:15):
all Christians, but no, you can't.
I mean, if you just put yourself inyour own shoes and you go to a podcast
and you start listening to thisChristian podcast and you're like, eh.
10 minutes into it, like, eh,it's really not speaking to me.
We're Christians.
That's good.
But like, I'm going to move on towhat really is resonating with me.
And so we have to, that just kind ofbriefing to another point, I guess, my

(07:37):
work is inner healing and finding thethings within us that God wants to get rid
of and refining and constantly pivotingright there, our mindset and our framework
and, so when I first started with you,I remember like not handling very well,
like you would critique the work oryou would help me, you were helping.
It wasn't like you're wrong and you'relooking at this wrong, but it was

(08:00):
very hard not to take it that waybecause it's like, Oh, you're you
come from a place of that where noone has been critiquing you and no one
has been helping you get it better.
And Maybe you even come from a backgroundand this is probably why, I felt those
pain points whenever we first startedwas because it just depends on, how
you're critiqued when you're younger too.

(08:20):
And so, learning this about myself,I finally came to this realization.
It's like, okay, why am I feeling this?
Like, she's not getting onto me.
Like I'm not in trouble because she'shelping my sales page be better.
So why do I feel like meltingdown and crying every time that.
I'm, I'm just simplymaking something better.
And actually really came to realizethat it was showing up in my marriage

(08:43):
and all kinds of other places.
So, that's just kind of a biggerpicture of how investing with you
funneled into other areas of life.
Yeah.
Oh my goodness.
We could go on a wholepodcast on that and how.
You're each and every area ofyour life kind of has to be in
alignment where God wants to takeyou in order for your business to

(09:06):
be successful, your marriage to besuccessful, because it's, it's crazy.
And I think we met at one of myvirtual events or my bundles.
That I hosted.
You were a speaker or a guest at I thinkthe Mama it's Time to Roar event, I think.
Yeah, that's where we first met.
And then you're like, ah, yeah, Iwant to eventually do this thing.
So then you, we worked, startedworking one on one together.

(09:28):
But it's interesting that you kindof talk about that because one of
your talks that you talk about is howyou have to where you get to share
your story, because that's wherethe inner healing will take place.
And sharing your storyhelps with that healing.
And isn't it crazy how things thatwe, we talk about and we coach about,

(09:50):
or we mentor, or we're going to helpour ideal client with are things
that we have to walk through and wehave to get that healing as well.
And God just works in such an amazing way.
It's, it's amazing to see you and allof my clients, how, and myself as well
as how we each have unique ways ofhelping the people that we're called

(10:11):
to serve, but we're also walking thejourney and we're sharing about it.
And you share a lot onyour podcast as well.
Let's drop your podcast.
What is that called?
So people can go find you.
Yeah, it's called Barefoot Faith, butit's spelled B E A R, so barefoot.
It is all one word.
It's not a misspelling, but it'sa play on words, as in mama bear.

(10:33):
And so it's speaking to,the mama bear within us.
But also the wild andfree spirit within us.
Yes.
I love it.
I'll we'll have that link in the shownotes as well And speaking of links you
have an event coming up One of the thingsI love to work with my clients is to
have that lead generation Where they'rebringing new leads in without being a

(10:56):
slave to social media Nurturing themand then bringing them into a launch and
sales conversion event and cassie hasput together Her event that she's going
to be hosting in the next couple weeks.
So talk to us about what that is
Yeah, so this one's called breakingthe silence Hearing god's voice so that
you can receive the inner healing youdesperately want Which is something

(11:19):
that kristen taught me always Knowingthat, so that what is the problem
and where are they going and thattransformation that they're gonna get.
And so, for me it was God'svoice that set me free.
Just that spoken, spoken word overmy life that just shattered all
the shame and all of the bondage.

(11:41):
And I've, I've realized that he'sgiven me a gift to hear his voice a lot
differently than other, other people.
People in the church.
And so, I need to, along with the innerhealing teaching comes the responsibility
to teach others how to hear his voicemore clearly and all the different ways
that God can speak because we're, we're,we We can get kind of in this mindset

(12:06):
of like, God speaks to me in this way.
Well, what if God's trying to speak toyou in that way and, and allowing our
relationship to transform and to evolvein the way that God wants us to, because
I know for me personally, I went through astruggle of thinking cause God radically.
Encountered me.
And so I was kind of likeElijah on the mountain.
Like I had always encountered God inthis, like, usually in this, I would

(12:28):
just really know that I knew that Iknew that God was really speaking to me.
And then there came a more ofthat time where it was like,
well, God's not in the fire.
God's not in the earthquake.
God's not radically speakingto me in this profound way.
Now he's speaking inthe still small whisper.
And I really had to hone in on thestill small whisper and what that
really looks like in my daily life.
So.

(12:49):
Yeah, I love that.
And you do have a gift forhearing from the Lord and that
Holy Spirit discernment inside.
So I know that it's going tobless so many women as they walk
through this event with you.
It takes place February17th through the 19th.
The link will be in the show notes.
So if you are a Christian woman who wantsto transform your quiet time, draw near to

(13:11):
the Lord and build that intimacy throughnew daily habits so that you can heal.
from those past wounds.
Break the silence and hear God's voice.
You are going to be so blessed bygoing through this with Cassie.
She's going to be talking abouther made whole framework and all of
amazing things inside this container, this event that she has taking place.

(13:35):
So save your seat in theshow notes before we hop off.
Is there anything else that you wouldlike to add to the women listening today?
Oh, goodness.
There would be so many things that I couldsay, but yeah, if you're just on the fence
and not sure where to go with somethingthat Kristen said to me a couple of

(13:56):
calls ago on our group call, I was askingher about, cause I was really looking
at where to house my courses and moveeverything over into different courses.
And she said, you've just got to startmaking those decisions from a kind of
a corporate, as if you were alreadysuccessful and you were that successful
business woman, and you've got tostart making decisions from that.
Point of view and from that standpoint.

(14:17):
And so that was really good.
I kind of have kept that atthe forefront of my mind for
the last couple of weeks now.
So I'll just share thatpiece of tidbit with y'all.
Yeah.
I love that.
And even you can use that inwhat you're doing as well.
And that inner, that woman thatwants and needs that inner healing
is make that decision from the womanthat God has created you to be in

(14:42):
the woman that you want to be in toomany times, , is that we're making.
Decisions from where we currently arein that state of mind in that that pity
or that frustration when we can actuallytake a step out of that and Look in the
future and see that vision of where thelord wants to take us That is where we
need to be making that decision from

(15:03):
that's really good Yeah,
so I love that.
Cassie, this has been absolutely amazing.
Once again, thank you so much.
And for everyone listening, please, ifyou're interested, connect with her.
All the links will be in the show notes.
Have an amazing blessed day.
