As we come to the end of the year, it’s a great time to reflect on what did and didn’t and set goals for the year ahead.
I must confess, though, I’ve never been very good at setting and sticking to goals and plans. As a big-picture thinker, I tend to find the smaller details boring and like to just ‘go with the flow’.
However, after 20+ years in business, I’ve discovered that goals, plans, and structure really are my best friends and help me stay on track, working on things that matter, vs. getting distracted.
So today, I want to help you (ok and me) get you thinking about what’s in store for your business next year.
PLUS, I have a free workbook for you to download to map out your game plan.
