Best suana suit tops I've found yet. They are comfortable, lightweight and dont make a lot of noise. After just a handful of minutes of exercising or wearing in general, you'll be able to feel your body warming up and the heat the suit produces. Once you start to sweat it will start to bead up on your skin and you'll be dripping in hardly any time at all. This brand produced some good quality products that really do ignite your workouts. If you need some heat training this will get you acclimated. even of looking to drop some water weight or make a workout harder these will get it done for you. Im happy I found the brand. I use it to train for summer running and to get the benefits of a sauna with just wearing the top and not having a actual suana to use. It makes my workouts harder and I definitly feel refreshed after using it and then showering. The sweat really does pour off me.

(00:09):
Wanted to give a product review for the hot suits sauna suit
tops. I got two different ones.
Right now I'm wearing both. I'm starting to sweat already.
These things will warm your bodyup very quickly and you'll get
very hot in a short period of time.
I'd say within 5 minutes I can notice a lot of sweat in my

(00:33):
shirts. You can feel the moisture
starting to build up on my shirts within like 5-10 minutes.
That's when I'm out just doing the normal easy run when I'm
wearing this. I will say this right away, if
you're out there trying to do sprints or hardcore Teva runs,
you're probably only going to beable to wear this for 3 or 4

(00:55):
miles before you just get too hot.
It really does take it out of you and you really do get
overheated pretty quickly. So these things really do work
well, work fast and do what they're supposed to do.
This one talk about this one real quick.
This is the hooded version. So it's just like your typical

(01:24):
rain jacket. It's got things to cinch it down
to your head a little bit tighter.
This would allow your body to stay more enclosed so the heat
stays within your body and givesyou a better workout quicker.
So like if you're in a sauna suit, wearing a sauna suit top,

(01:44):
you know, can be able to like regulate yourself as quickly.
I put this up a little bit when I'm biking indoors.
I really don't wear the hooded 1and I'm outside just because it
does bounce around a little bit, being a little bit of a plastic
heat tight material. I'm not a big fan of that sound

(02:05):
or that movement. So that's why I stick with the
non hooded version for outdoor activities.
But for indoor when there's no wind and I'm just doing
something stationary, I'm just sitting down and wanting a
little bit of a more extra calorie burn just sitting around
the house. I wear the hooded version.

(02:26):
Both of them come with the elastic around the wrists and on
the wastes. We're going to leave this up
real quick. I'll just take it off.
They're both very fluid. What I mean that fluid is

(02:51):
doesn't restrict movement at all, so.
See, so if you're doing lifting, any type of like exercises, push
ups, pull ups, whatever the casemay be, if you're out running,
you're not restricted at all. And also listen, unlike those

(03:17):
cheaper sauna seats in the past, they're not loud at all.
It's very comfortable and it's also very lightweight.
So you're not wearing like 10 lbs of material trying to get
yourself overheated in a sauna suit.
This is very late. This is basically wearing

(03:39):
performance T-shirt long sleeve shirt.
That's what I would say it is weight wise.
Again, the only time you really hear the rubbing is is you know,
rubbing against the sides. The non hooded version is my go
to for outside as I said alreadyjust because without the hood

(04:02):
flapping around it does allow some air to escape.
Allows me to my body to breathe a little bit though the zipper
would allow you to just if you get too overheated you can zip
it down a little bit allow your body to breathe again and
recover. But this is just personal

(04:24):
preference. There's a bunch of different
colors of these things. The price points, like 30 bucks
I think is what I paid for the tops.
Each top I got a pair of pants, I think for 40 bucks.
With the top it was like 10 extra bucks.
I said what the hell. But I haven't tested them out
because I, you know, I don't like wearing pants and stuff

(04:46):
when I'm running or biking, so Ihaven't really used them.
But if they're anything like thetops, you know, they're going to
be awesome and they're not goingto restrict the mobility as you
see inside here. It's got this silvery reflective
material. That's what radiates the heat
back onto yourself and warms your body up again.

(05:11):
You're going to notice a difference within 510 minutes of
wearing this. You're going to start to feel a
little bit hotter. I would say probably 1520°
hotter within 510 minutes. So if you're really putting in a
hard workout, I'm not sure, but I would say that one day when I
was wearing it was like 8590° outside, it felt like 120 a 130°

(05:34):
inside. I was cooking.
That was where in this one. So you do have to be careful you
don't over exert yourself for over get too overheated because
you can drop a lot of water weight very quickly in these
things. Personally, I drop between like
4 to 6 lbs of water weight within an hour and that's just

(05:57):
on an easy run, so an easy pace run.
So if I'm going to do something a little harder, obviously I
want to sweat more, sweat quicker.
So you just have to make sure you're not getting dehydrated or
getting giving yourself like heat stroke or whatever.
But again, if you're looking fora really cool sauna suit top and

(06:20):
it works, it's effective, it's cheap and you're really going to
get your money's worth and get aworkout very quickly.
And if you're going to do some heat training, say if you're
like for summer running or you know, biking or anything like
that, just getting acclimated and trying to increase your red

(06:43):
blood cells, hot suits, sauce suit tops and pants are
definitely going to be your go to.
And if they're more or less handwashable, you don't want to
throw these in the washing machine.
It's what I do to clean these fill up the sink a little bit.
I just, you know, spit around and just get a little they come

(07:05):
clean once in a while. I might put a little soapy water
as well to rinse them off, but you don't want to put these in
the washing machine. Definitely not in the dryer as
well. So just let them hang.
And in the winter, I wore this, the zip up version only for
about a month and bite every dayin the basement with a good

(07:29):
sweat and it didn't stink at all.
So you don't have to worry aboutthat.
So it's like anti microbial and it's not going to give off a
foul odor as well. So that's another case plus
about these. So check them out if you get a
chance. Let me know what you think, but

(07:50):
I'm not going to be disappointed.
And I have tested these myself, so everything I'm saying is
things that I've noticed while wearing them.
