Being a person of color is hard, especially if you’re a first-generation American. Join me, Abby Sadoy, as I consciously try to navigate this world as a “failed” Filipinx nurse (family expectations, am I right?) and pioneer of a new generation. Welcome to Open The Light, a podcast of honest conversations filled with unique perspectives, special experiences, and amplified voices -- and maybe, even a teardrop or two.
