Building a framework that you can use anytime, any day, any situation.


More importantly, a Reflective Framework Having a model or framework encourages a structured process to guide the act of reflection. Leads to positive action. Creates less stress, overwhelm and frustration.


Here is one to give a try!

What, So What, Now What


  1. What - Reflect and describe the current situation or circumstance? What happened or What is happening? Be as objective as possible.
  2. So What - How do I feel about this? Describe feelings, ideas and analysis of the situation, circumstance or experience. What impacts the way you view it(What lens are you viewing from)?
  3. Now What - What are you willing to do about it? What did I learn? What can I apply? This is the action step, the let it go or do something about it.


"Motion creates emotion"


Changing your physiology means changing your mental state and breaking your negative patterns. Great physiology, therefore, leads to great emotions, and that is one of the keys to getting unstuck. Foster a positive mental state and get unstuck by changing your physiology!
