Here we talk about the very real struggle of being part of, “The Sandwich Generation” - the increasingly common reality where moms are in the middle of caring for young children and elderly parents at the same time. Lindsay helps us understand how to support aging parents, how to catch the early signs of caregiver burnout, and why prioritizing their own self-care isn't only okay, but necessary.
