In todays episode I sit down with Dr. Saara Haapanen. Saara has a background as an international elite athlete and Olympic alternate, Dr. Saara is a seasoned expert in helping individuals live happier, healthier lives. Armed with degrees in Kinesiology and Health Promotion, and Sports and Exercise Psychology she's an internationally published researcher in optimal human performance and motivation, featured in Forbes Health, Shape, and many more.

In our conversation Dr. Saara and I discuss the formula for making massive mindset shifts for lasting lifestyle changes. We talk about the framework anyone can use, and role play a few common scenarios so that you, the listener, can see how this will work in your own life. In a very spontaneous moment, Dr. Saara actually begins to coach me on some mindset shifts I am making.
