I know you've probably been lookingfor me and trying to figure out
why it is that you haven't receivedan episode in a couple weeks.
And I am doing something that I am goingto ask you to do this holiday season.
I am going to ask you to be present.
I want you to be with your family.
I want you to spend time with yourself.
I want you to enjoy everythingthat the holiday season brings.

Not only for you constantlygiving to other people, but
also pouring into yourself.
One of the things that I alwaystalk about when I first started my
business is I want to slow down myobligations at the end of the year.
I want to take things off of the calendar.
I want to see less clients.
I want to be more present with myfamily and I just want to enjoy myself.

I want to do the things that I want to do.
I love the holiday season.
I love everything that comes with it andspending time with friends and cozying
up with books and watching movies.
I love every part of it.
And this year I haveimmersed myself in it.
And there were times, I'm notgoing to lie, where I felt guilty

and I'm like, Oh my gosh, I needto get a podcast episode out.
I haven't done it.
I haven't been consistent, butthen I have to remember it's okay.
Everything is okay.
It's still going to be here when Icome back, and even though When it
comes to wanting to do something forourselves, we don't have to announce it.
I very much felt that it wasnecessary for me to come and let

you all know my loyal listeners.
I love you so much that I, I ampracticing radical self care.
I am experiencing pure pleasure.
I have this new job thatgives me so much time off.
So I'm about to be off for thenext couple weeks and I am I'm
going to do a whole lot of nothing.
I'm going to do a whole lot of staring inmy children's faces, in my partner's face.

I'm going to overhaul the house.
I'm going to spend time with my friends.
I'm going to love on myself becausetis the season not only for me to be a
giver, not only for you to be a giver,but also for us to give to ourselves.
So I wanted to come on here and just letyou know that I did not forget about you.

I have been doing some guestpodcast episodes that, oh my
gosh, are going to be amazing.
I have some different topics comingup that I think is going to be very
beneficial as we go into 2025 with thisbeing the year of rest, technically

usher you into that and help you withthat because I've learned It's really
hard Some people have no clue what itmeans to rest and some people have a
lot of anxiety when it comes to Restingbeing still and sitting with self.
