As a small (l) Libertarian I am very inclusive of others and I try to always actively listen to other points of views, perspectives and personal stories of others. This has shown difficult for big (L) Libertarians in the Libertarian Party. Kevin Warmhold the host of American Liberty Podcast and host of the new podcast The Exchange launching in January talk about how more and more Libertarians are fed up with the old Guard and its grip on the Party and are standing up for the true message of Liberty and spreading that message to all.
