June is Men’s Health month!
Men’s health is so important because as I shared in a previous Partners in Health and Biz episode - “Men Here’s to Your Health,” it’s so important that we talk about men’s health and how poor health practices affect the entire family.
The facts are that 1 in 2 men are diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, compared to 1 in 3 women. In this episode of Partners in Health and Biz, I interview the Reverend Jimmy Terry Associate Pastor of Cornerstone Church in Columbia, Md.
Pastor Jimmy helped me wrap up Men's Health Month by sharing what he does to stay healthy, while encouraging all men to get serious about taking better care of their health.
