The Authority that Determines the Role of Women

• The foundation of all truth as it relates to women (as well as men and children) is the Holy Spirit-inspired word of God which says “For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart” (in Hebrews 4:12 NASB).

• All scripture is God-breathed. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 (ESV), “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.”
