How trusting your intuition plays a role in finding joy

Host Jenn Phipps interviews the host of The Art of Finding Joy, Miss Jenni Russell, live from Berlin. Jenni shares how trusting her intuition has led her to great things. This trust in herself has allowed her to accept change as a part of life. She knows change will happen so you may as well have a say in it. She recalls what life was like when she stopped listening and found she was driving herself down the wrong road of life and how that ultimately was a detriment to her health.
