I have decided to take a little break for awhile from podcasting and a few other projects I have in the works.

These last few years, the last 2 specifically have done a major number on my mental, emotional and newly spiritual health.

I went through a LONG debilitating and painful grieving process, shed the old skin that was formerly me and under went a complete transformation from within and was dragged by my hair on an excellerated healing journey and spiritual awakening I never asked to be on.

It had gotten so bad and I had shifted and changed so much, it had started to greatly affect my marriage and home life.

I am first and foremost committed to putting my kids and my marriage first and doing whatever is necessary to ensure that.

So I think I am going to take a little hiatus from social media as well as podcasting.

Podcasting has actually had a huge positive impact on my overall health but I want to take a break because I pushed 16 episodes out very quickly and I think I deserve a bit of a break.

I am committed to spending the next little while making my husband the main focus in my life and of course my kids. ❀️

Thank you for listening and understanding. πŸ’—

All episodes are still up of course for whomever wants to watch and listen.

***Most recent Ep 15 & 16 of my podcast. "Play with your d!ck, not me"πŸŽ™ is now available to listen on #Spotify #amazonmusic #iHeartRadio and available to watch πŸ“Ί and listen 🎧 on #youtube***

I appreciate the positive feedback as always and please keep reaching out to me telling me how my podcast has helped you or resonates. I love getting those messages.

I will be back.

Be fucking kind.

Love yall πŸ’“

Hey, hey, hey, this is going to be real short.
I was just coming on here. For those of y'all that are not
on any of my social media, you probably didn't see my
announcement that I'm just goingto take a little break from
podcasting for a little bit. I'll be back.

(00:21):
I just feel like I deserve a break.
I pushed out 16 episodes pretty quickly.
I'm just kind of trying to rearrange some things in my
life. It's just been an extremely
stressful, excruciatingly painful emotional, mental,

(00:42):
spiritually, physically. I've just been struggling
immensely the past two years. There's been benefits to it, but
there's also been a lot of downsides to it.
And I'm just, I'm just currentlydealing with a lot of stress in
my life and I'm just trying to like sort it out.

(01:06):
Even though making this podcast has been very, very beneficial
for my health in all aspects. I just, I just need to take a
break and just kind of refocus and like pivot a little bit in

(01:27):
not even just pivot. I just feel like I need a break
that's all. Like, and it's my fucking
podcast. So I can take a break whenever I
want to, you know, so, but I'm still around.
This isn't the end. I am going to come back with
more episodes. We'll start with episode 17, but
I just, I just have some stuff that I need to take care of.
I'm still dealing with like car stress.

(01:49):
And so I just, I need to get past that and once that is all
situated and I know what's goingon, you know, then then I can
focus on getting back into this. But right now there's all the
stuff with my car. It's just making it very
difficult for me to focus on other things.

(02:10):
And I'm just, I'm just not really at peace right now
because I'm so stressed out. So, but I appreciate y'all
listening. Please keep sending me the
messages and the feedback and how my podcast has resonated
with you and how you've related to it.
I love getting those messages. I love hearing, you know, your

(02:32):
personal stories in relation to things that I've shared.
Like I love that people are sharing and getting the word out
about my podcast. Like I, I really, really
appreciate you all that, that have been doing that and liking
and subscribing and sharing and tagging me and stuff.
Like I really, really appreciateit.

(02:53):
Really appreciate it. So, but like I said, this is not
goodbye. I'll be back.
I'm around. So like I said, once I get my
life realigned to how I want it,I can go back to focusing on the
podcast, but there's just too many things hanging in the

(03:14):
balance right now. That's just making it really
hard for me to even feel motivated and excited.
So. But I know everything will be
OK, you know, so everything willwork out the way it's supposed
to. But I love you all and I hope
that all good things are happening for you in your life.

(03:34):
And as always, be fucking kind. So I'll be back.
Bye.
