And today, we're diving into something brand new
from Blueberry called Guestmatch
Pro.

We're at the finish line,

at least for the beta release. But if
you ever feel frustrated
and if you're really
tired of looking to book the right guests
or trying to get yourself booked on other
shows,
well, you're not alone.
And, we got something special here. We built
Guestmatch Pro to to fix that.
So this is for podcasters, YouTubers, authors, coaches,

whatever. Guestmatch Pro is for any type of
creator.
And broadcasters.
Anyone that relies on interviews and collaboration
to grow their brand.
And we thought that having this open to
all creators
would attract a lot more
influential and interesting
guests. So it's

(01:29):
this is saying, it's designed for everyone, and,
we're really super excited to bring it to
you. Obviously,
we're gonna be, launching in beta for about
ninety days.
But Guest Match Pro is really this a
new creator connection platform,
and it's been designed from the ground up
to make it easier for people collaborate.

(01:51):
And, again, it's for creators who need get
who need guests for the show, our channel,
and guests who want to be interviewed and
or featured,
and our agencies
that are managing multiple clients who
want to get their clients booked.
And as Mackenzie mentioned, it's not just for
podcasters. It's for anyone

(02:12):
who uses interviews to build content or or
visibility.
And,
we've got a kind of a matching a
log rhythm
that,
matches
you to guest in similar categories.
And,
hopefully,
we'll match with relevant guest in just in

(02:33):
just minutes. But early days, we're starting from
zero zero, meaning no one's on the platform
except for those who've been testing it.
And, you'll see a few of our profiles
out there, but,
there is a bunch of stuff that you
can do in the beta.
I think my favorite part about the,
like, the whole thing is that you don't

(02:55):
have to actually be
a creator is that you can just
add a profile for yourself
as I wanna be a guest. And I
hope this means that people can, you know,
that people can find me so that I
can be a guest on their show.
So you're able to create whatever type of
profile you want. You can be both a
creator and a guest.

(03:17):
You can, you know, sign up as an
agency and then have your clients be listed
as either a creator
and a guest or I you know, either
or. There's
there's a different way that you can do
it, depending on what they're looking for.
That that algorithm is gonna match you
based on
a number of different things that you're gonna

(03:37):
answer during during the onboarding and all of
your profile settings. I think it's a
a good match
for a lot of people that are doing
any type of content creation.
Yeah. As Todd said, we're gonna have this,
available very soon in beta, hopefully next week,
and, you'll be able to build your public
profile for yourself or your clients if you

(04:00):
sign up as an agency.
You could choose your roles,
guest, creator, agency, or all three.
You can filter and match with others based
on shared interests, content goals. You can use
a built in messaging to communicate
and schedule your shows, bookmark profiles,
track connections, and, you can manage the whole

(04:22):
network or your whole network.
I will say one thing, though. We you
will be able to use your own booking
system. So if you're using Calendly
or,
what's that other one? Tidy. There's a number
yeah. There's a number of them.
So use your own use your own booking
link.

(04:42):
And, so that way that doesn't change from
your perspective.
One of the cool things is as a
Blueberry hosting customer,
you get all this for free.
On the beta, you'll, get it for free
for a limited time.
But, yeah, it's I think it's be great.
You know? And as a Blueberry customer, you

there's no extra logins or or, you know,
anything like that. You have to, you know,
set up your profiles and whatnot, but,
it, should be pretty straightforward.
But, again,
just so you're clear, and I think Mike
covered it, but
Blueberry
podcast hosting customers get this free for life.

(05:23):
And then all others,
Again, you get access to this for, I
think we're gonna probably do ninety days at
a minimum
and free beta,
and,
they give you a chance to test the
system. And, also, we, you know, ramp to
build
clientele. So the first thirty days, things probably
will be pretty thin on

(05:45):
on matches. Now this is just the beginning.
We're gonna be actively collecting feedback from
from all of you that that choose to
create a profile,
And your experience in Justin will help shape
the future features improvements,
including enhancements
to matching and filtering and collaboration tools. And

(06:07):
we we've already seen a few things in
our testing that
potentially can be updated, but when you build
something out with an initial vision,
you don't wanna get into the ninth hour
and make a lot of changes.
We've done a couple of, updates. We're really
super obvious,
But now is your chance to really explore

(06:28):
the platform, grow your network,
and be part of building the next great
tool,
for creators. You're gonna have the ability here
to,
to input this. But
as we said earlier, this is not just
for podcasters. I think this is, like, a
a thing that we need
to say again and again and again.

(06:50):
Yeah. It's for any experts in in a
field. You know, say you wanna get on
a radio show or a YouTube or
a or a podcast and be interviewed.
And, you know, the whole team here has
been working on breaking the system so that,
we get as many of the bugs out
of it before you guys get to see
it.

(07:11):
And, again, if if you're listening to this
and you are a potential
guest, and it could include a coach,
consultants,
authors on book tours, educators and speakers,
radio hosts, live streamers, agencies
promoting clients,
this is the platform for you. And, again,

(07:33):
it's you're gonna find that we will be
attracting all kinds of creators and all kinds
of guests,
to,
to to build their profiles on,
on the platform. And one thing that we
have set up already
is a great referral system.
And,

(07:53):
if you,
refer
clients and everyone that signs up for GuestMatch
Pro that's a guest or a creator that
signs up, you'll get a
a referral link in your first welcome email.
And if you share that link,
the very early days before we start charging
for this,
you'll get, social promotion. You'll be may mentioned

(08:15):
in the guest match pro newsletter.
So we've got the ability here for you
and to earn money as well.
So example, if you're a Blueberry,
podcast hosting customer and you refer,
a podcaster or a creator to this,
there when we start charging for the service
and, if they convert to a billing customer,

(08:38):
then, you will rent, win a not win.
You'll be rewarded a bounty.
For non Blueberry customers
that,
use the referral code,
you'll actually get credit towards,
your bill or you can take it in
cash either way.
So I think that's the exciting piece about

(08:58):
this is we've got a real strong,
referral program, and we hope that you'll use
that to help us,
build,
the audience here that is gonna be using
the service. So if you've already interviewed, let's
say, 20 or 25 people,
this might be something you'd want to email

(09:18):
to each of those previous guests that you've
had on your show and say, hey. Here's
gonna be a new way for you to
find a place to get booked.
Then you could very well, you know, rack
up some bounties very, very quickly
by referring those guests
and,
agencies as well that,
that come in.

(09:38):
Again, our goal is to be
set up in such a way that you
have a lot of control here and
completely transparent in the interface. But you're definitely
looking for
for lots of feedback.
We're pretty excited that that the team has
spent
a huge amount of time getting this built.
So,

(10:00):
it's our
first real true new product in many, many,
many years.
Yeah. Something I wanna say is, there was
definitely some inspiration for Guestmatch Pro from the
multitude of,
dating apps and websites that are out there
to try and match you. But I would
say that this is set up smarter.

(10:21):
You know, dating apps, a lot of the
time,
majority of them just work on,
numbers,
and they just send you anyone
with some type of filters. But this is
more of an algorithm of here's the the
information that you have put. Here's what would
actually work with someone else, not just, you

(10:41):
know, a numbers game of we have this
many people signed up. Let's just give them
anyone
and see if they like them and swipe
right type scenario. So this, I think, is,
is just a smarter version of something like
that. So if you're familiar with a with
a dating app, go in a little less
jaded on this one.
Yeah. You're not setting your dating profile from

(11:03):
35 to 55 and then,
hoping, you know, someone in that date range
likes you. We've really set this up so
that if you're doing a business show
and you cover, you know, six or seven
different categories within the business show and then
someone else is a,
wants to be a guest on a business

(11:24):
shows and they have similar,
backgrounds,
there'll be a a matching going on there.
So
we ask you as you're creating your profiles,
take the time
and really create a good profile
and do a good write up
as everything counts in

(11:44):
helping you get good matches. Is it having
a complete profile with the keywords, with the
categories,
is super important to
to get good matches. Now if you go
too broad
and pick outside of your category, which, you
know, can be done, but we don't recommend
it,
you're gonna see stuff there that,

(12:05):
maybe is not a good mix.
But if you're thinking about the type of
people that,
you want to interview and or the the
guest, the type of show you want to
be on,
taking that time to, creating that very accurate
profile,
putting bio information in,

(12:27):
making sure you're linking to your social sites
through LinkedIn, wherever else you have social
exposure
at. This all goes into
the, the magic sauce that is gonna help
you,
find more guests. Now we're gonna be looking
at this real real close as the numbers
grow
to see, you know, how well our, I

(12:49):
guess, for a better word, our algorithm
is working.
And, yeah, I'm sure at some point we'll
make some tweaks. But,
again, you're getting in on the ground floor,
and,
it's exciting to, to be able to bring
this to you. And we'll you're coming to
podcast movement. We'll be talking about this a
lot at the event as well.

(13:12):
And speaking of podcast movement, if you are,
you know, a die hard Blueberry fan and
really interested in this,

on how well you fill out your profile

just building up this user base that we

you to share this with your friends or
and, you know, community of content creators that
you know that are also interested in this.
I think it can be really good. I
will say one thing. The pricing is already
on the website, so you can actually look
at the pricing breakdown. We're working on, having
a flip or switch so that you can
see the delta between monthly and yearly.

(14:39):
And,
this will give you an idea. We've competitively
priced this. There's other
but I think the
the situation here really is is we know
that Blueberry
podcast hosting customers at a minimum,
this may save them some money by not
having to pay for service somewhere else

(15:00):
as we're giving this to you for free
as part of your
subscription to Blueberry and providing continued value,
to our service here. You know, and if
you're a podcaster at Blueberry,
you know, you probably do go on other
people's shows. Well, so make sure you do
your,
your guest,
profile as well. You know, it never hurts

to be on somebody else's show.
Absolutely. And I'll definitely be creating a guest
profile even though I don't do a per
se interview show
for one of my shows.
So there may be a chance that you'll
get me on your show if you're,
you're looking for a show or vice versa.
