Podcast vznikl jako jeden z výstupů výzkumného úkolu 02-S4-2021-VUBP Bezpečnost práce ve vybraných oblastech sociálních služeb, jehož zadavatelem je Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí ČR a řešení se ujal Výzkumný ústav bezpečnosti práce pod vedením Mgr. et. Mgr. Josefa Senčíka.
Výzkumný úkol se věnuje problematice BOZP u zaměstnavatelů jež poskytující sociální služby. V rámci tohoto projektu byla provedena celá řada terénních šetření, především kvalitativního charakteru. Na jejich základě byly identifikovány problematické oblasti. V případě terénních sociálních služeb tak nelze pominout téma fyzické bezpečnosti terénních pracovníků. Z tohoto důvodu byl natočen tento podcast, ve kterém je možné vyslechnout diskusi Petra Hanuše a Romana Štědrého. Jedná se o diskusi zástupce za oblast sebeobrany a za oblast terénní sociální práce.

- Mgr. Petr Hanuš, ředitel Sekce sociálních služeb, Sekce neziskových organizací a Sekce kultury, Unie zaměstnavatelských svazů ČR. Vystudoval Sociálně právní akademii v Praze (1993) a Zdravotně sociální fakultu Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích (1998). Jako sociální pracovník začal profesní kariéru na Lince bezpečí, kterou v letech 2000 až 2004 vedl. Od roku 2004 pracoval na Ministerstvu práce a sociálních věcí převážně na odboru sociálních služeb v různých pozicích, nakonec jako ředitel odboru a zástupce náměstka ministra. Od roku 2014 pracuje jako ředitel sekce nestátních neziskových organizací a sekce sociálních služeb UZS. Současně od roku 2015 je ředitelem odborných sekcí Asociace poskytovatelů sociálních služeb České republiky. Od roku 2012 je také předsedou sektorové rady pro veřejné služby a správu.
- Mgr. Roman Štědrý, vystudoval Vysokou školu tělesné výchovy a sportu PALESTRA a Univerzitu Jana Amose Komenského. Jedná se o experta v oblasti sebeochrany, zvyšování odolnosti organismu, zvládání limitních situací. Působí také jako dlouholetý instruktor profesní sebeobrany a bojových umění zaměřený na taktické řešení, chování a výcvik limitních situací a zvyšování tělesné odolnosti. Dlouholetý instruktor bojové a instinktivní střelby, střelby pod tlakem. Certifikovaný člen a instruktor osobní ochrany s licencí I.A.P.P.A. (Mezinárodní asociace osobních strážců).
Realizací uvedeného podcastu byl pověřen Dan Tržil, který je současně i moderátorem podcastu. Pomáhá klientům využít audio obsah pro budování komunity, networking a získání nových zákazníků a je tvůrcem podcastu Proti Proudu, kde zpovídá úspěšné české osobnosti z různých oborů a rozebírá jejich cestu na vrchol.
