Paul Porter is CEO of Premier Franchise Management (PFM) and a bonafide American success story. His unlikely path and humble origins are truly remarkable but perhaps what is more inspiring is the organization he has grown. PFM manages four unique brands, Premier Pools & Spas and Pinnacle Pools & Spas which focus on pool construction, while its sister brands, Premier Pool Service and Pinnacle Pool Service, anchor the pool service and maintenance division. Collectively, PFM did over $700 million dollars in revenue last year, which by all accounting makes them the world's largest pool company.
