- Naming the Revision Strategy: Explicitly stating the revision strategy being focused on in the lesson.
- Modeling: Demonstrating the specific revision strategy with hands-on examples.
- Collaborating Through Conversation: Students work together to apply the strategy.
- Applying Revision: Students use the strategy within their own writing.
- Sharing Results: Students present their before-and-after revision work.
