“Oprah Winfrey has a coach. Phil Mickelson has a coach. Bill Gates has a coach. So, why shouldn’t you have one?
Whether it’s a personal coach, a sports coach, a business coach, or a career transition coach, successful people enlist the assistance of these professional specialized resources. The more successful you are, the more you realize that you can’t be an expert at everything. We are all students and we’re constantly learning and growing–a coach provides the safe environment, the challenge, and the accountability to allow you to reach your maximum potential. Perhaps this is the reason that 47 percent of organizations see coaching as essential to their executive decision-making process according to a Right Management Consultants survey, and their research shows that this number grows every year.

A coach does three important things:

• A coach creates awareness of what is and what could be possible for you
• A coach provides the education and environment you need to examine areas of your life that hold the answer to your future; and,
• A coach holds you accountable for your goals, needs, and expectations”

Tamara Loring:

“Gosh, there are several things a coach can do. Right? First and foremost, what they do is they create a safe space where you can learn and you can educate yourself about what the possibilities are.”

Marissa Frois:

“I’m sure that there are those of you out there that are thinking that all sounds great but I don’t need a coach. That’s not for me, working with a coach isn’t gonna get me any more fruit than where I already am. I could do a lot of this on my own. And I really want to challenge that thinking a little bit. There’s a phrase in this chapter that I absolutely love. And it is knowledge is the only weapon against fear. Fear simply dissolves in the face of information, facts and knowledge. ”

Hey Pam peeps Welcome back to the possibilities
options and dreams podcast withthe entrepreneur source, where
we empower individuals toidentify, pursue and achieve
their dreams of selfsufficiency. Melissa here I am
in studio with him in studiowith Marissa Freud's, our CEO

(00:50):
and integrator. And TamaraLoring, our brand ideologists.
So I am the member relationshipstrategist here at the
entrepreneur source. I work withall of our franchisor members,
helping them with any supportfor the duration of their
membership with the entrepreneurentrepreneurs source. Marisa let
you introduce yourselftomorrow. So excited to be here.

(01:10):
My name is Marissa fois. I amthe strategic integrator here at
CES, I kind of get to do alittle bit of everything. I've
been here for 11 years, and I'vejust enjoyed the ride. So far. I
love working with our coachesand hearing all of the fantastic
client testimonials and storiesthat we get to hear. So really
excited for the topic today. Butbefore we dive into that, too,

(01:31):
I'll hand it over to you to do aquick intro as well.
Happy to thank you. Yes, I'm incharge of ideology here at the
entrepreneurs source always leftbecause it makes me giggle. What
do I get to do what I get toIda, I get to dream, I get to
think about what is possible.
And I can't even imagineanything more invigorating to
think about a better andbrighter future one where we all

(01:52):
feel empowered and living ourideal life. So that's what I get
to do.
Awesome. Well, I'm so excited tobe like when I'm with Marissa
and Tamara. It's just a lot ofenergy and always a good
conversation. So today, we'regoing to be talking again, we're
going through our book, yourcareer 2.0, a survival guide for

(02:13):
the battered career and investorsyndrome. And we've covered a
lot of topics up to this pointall about what's holding you
back obstacles in your way. Whatare your dreams, what's your you
2.0. So if you're wonderingabout any of those things, you
can go back to previousepisodes. But today we're going
to be talking about chapterfive, which is the coaching

(02:34):
experience, no need to go alone.
And I feel everything up to thispoint has been phenomenal. But
this is a topic we all love. Wecould talk about this for hours.
But today we want to dive intowhat is coaching as it pertains
to the entrepreneur source. Whyis it important? Who can help?
How can it help you. And sothat's why I'm so excited

(02:57):
Emirates and Tamara here toreally dive in deeper to
coaching, which is the core ofwhat we do. So I'm gonna pass it
over to you Marissa and kick itoff here that up. Thanks
so much, Mel. So the idea ofcoaching or working with a coach
hopefully isn't a foreignconcept to those that are
listening in. And there's manytypes of coaches, whether it's a

(03:20):
sports coach, a business coach,or a career ownership coach,
which are the coaches that wehave here at CES, but really,
we're all students that areconstantly just learning and
growing and just looking to dothat day in and day out. But
before we move forward T can yougo over really what the
definition is of a coach, whatcoaching really is,

(03:42):
yeah, the best definition I'veheard off at and that Terry
actually introduced us to is alittle bit of a mouthful, but
let me read it to you. It isempowering someone to become
intellectually engaged in afuture result that is good for
them, and then getting them tocommit to take action to achieve
that result. So there's a lotpacked into that one statement.

(04:03):
But that is the essence of whatcoaching can do for you.
Yeah, absolutely. And people maythink they they know what a
coach is what a coach does, butI just want to make sure we're
really buttoning that up. So canyou go over what does a coach
even do?
Gosh, there are several things acoach can do. Right? First and
foremost, what they do is theycreate a safe space where you

(04:26):
can learn and you can educateyourself about what the
possibilities are. It's aboutcreating awareness. A coach's
role really isn't to tell youwhat to do or what to think. But
they'll challenge you to lookinwards. Many times people think
just tell me you know whichdirection should I go? But
that's not what coaching iscoaching. Trust that you have

(04:49):
the answer within yourself, evenif you don't think you do know
what you want. It helps you todo some soul searching. So what
you'll find is that a coachwon't tell you that there
direction to go. But they'll askyou great questions that will
allow you to discover maybethings that are holding you
back, maybe limiting beliefsthat you have that you didn't

(05:09):
even know that you had. A coachwill ultimately challenge you to
greatness and help you seebeyond your blind spots. And
yes, by definition, when youwork with a coach, be careful
what you're asking for, becausethey're going to challenge you
to get outside of your currentcomfort zone. And my ultimate
favorite of what a coach gets todo is they help you explore and

(05:31):
think and dream about what'spossible.
Absolutely, absolutely. And I'msure that there are those of you
out there that are thinking thatall sounds great tea, but yeah,
I don't need a coach. That's notfor me, working with a coach
isn't gonna get me any fruitthan where I already am. I could
do a lot of this on my own. AndI really want to challenge that

(05:51):
thinking a little bit. There's aphrase in this chapter that I
absolutely love. And it isknowledge is the only weapon
against fear. Fear simplydissolves in the face of
information, facts andknowledge. And I think it's safe
to say that if you aren'texperiencing a little bit of
fear, when exploringpossibilities, or going through
a change or trying somethingnew, then maybe you just aren't

(06:14):
thinking big enough, right? Fearis common, and that's okay. So t
really challenging that thinkinga little bit. Can everyone and
anyone really benefit fromworking with a coach or having a
coach?
The answer is yes. But noteverybody is open to coaching.
Right? So sometimes peopleengage with a coach because they

(06:35):
want to hear what they thinkingand feeling is validated. Right?
Just told me that I'm right, that I'm on the right track
here. So that is not whatcoaching is. But if you feel
like, gosh, there has to be abetter way. Or I'm feeling
stuck. Or maybe you park yourego for a second and acknowledge
that I cannot be the expert ateverything in life or you know,

(06:57):
I cannot necessarily feelconfident about everything. And
if you're humble enough torecognize that you don't know it
all, it's what you learn. Afteryou think you know that all that
really counts, then you canbenefit from coaching. So yeah,
if you're not 100% happy withthe trajectory of your life, if
you think there has to be more, there has to be a better way. I

(07:19):
think you can benefit fromcoaching. Wouldn't you agree,
Matt?
Yeah, 100%. And as you'resaying, like, I always go back
to kind of that like the fit, like coaching in fitness, like a
personal trainer, or someonelike that. And I think that we
all can agree, we settle intocomfort zones. And whether you
know it or not, there's alwaysroom to grow and to go past

(07:45):
that. And it's not even. It'snot like you have to make any
major decisions, or anything.
It's just like, don't you want?
Wouldn't it be great to knowsomething you don't know right
now? Like, what if you knew thatand then it then impacted a
future choice or the future liketrajectory of your life, if you
want to even get in that bigpicture. But what my question

(08:06):
is, why not? Like why not talkto a coaches,
you have nothing to lose andeverything to gain
when even if you think about themost successful people on Earth,
right? The most famous actor, athletes, actors, I don't care,
even the president, right.
Everybody surrounds themselveswith mentors or coaches. So if
those people can benefit fromcoaching, who am I to say that I
already know it? All right, soyeah, no, I mean, coaching is

(08:29):
for anybody who wants to makemeaningful progress in their
life.
And I was gonna just add tothat, too, like a coach isn't
there. I think when people feellike they're gonna judge me
about my past choices, or whereI currently am, or I feel maybe
ashamed that I am where I amright now. But a coach is there
to just help you see past whereyou are, and see past fears and

(08:51):
misconceptions and all thesethings. It's, like you've said
to start out, it's a safe space.
Like, there's no, like, No,nothing's attached to that
there isn't a judgement. Andactually, I know it's not
covered in the chapter. Butthere's a big difference between
a therapist and teacher or evena coach, a therapist may focus
on the past, like, why are youthe way we do? As a coach? We

(09:13):
won't dwell on the past todetermine our future we're
forward facing, right. So Icannot undo the past. The past
is the past. Yes, it alwaysreminds me of the Chinese
proverb, when was the best timeto plant a tree 20 years ago,
when is the best next time now?
So coach will say, okay, whatcan we do to create a better
future? We'll take the past intoconsideration, but we won't
dwell on it at all. Sofor sure, good segue into the

(09:36):
next topic I would like todiscuss and that's trust, right.
I'm sure that's a big one forpeople just exploring the next
steps and working with a coachand the trust factor is a biggie
for moving forward with thatnext step. And I think the last
couple decades and maybe eventhe last couple of years, many
of us feel like we've lost maybea little bit of trust. Just in

(09:59):
the institutions andorganizations we've considered
to really be leaders, whetherthat's our government, Wall
Street media, just to name afew. So as humans we're looking
for and really craving leaderswe can trust and rely on. And
individuals that truly have ourbest interest in mind. So t,

(10:19):
what are your thoughts? And wetalk a lot about this in this
chapter, but what are yourthoughts on leadership,
relationship and opportunity, even, especially as it pertains
to trust,ya know, you I mean, you need
all three, right? So, if youdon't have leadership, if you
don't know who can lead you outof this mess, or help you get to

(10:42):
where you want to go, you'remissing an element, it but you
know, so, so leadership isimportant. But if you don't have
the relationships with somebodyyou could ultimately trust, if I
don't trust that you've got mybest interests at heart, if I'm
thinking, you're trying to pushme into something that's not
maybe good for me or my family, then there is no trust. And

(11:03):
without that, I cannot actuallyrecognize the opportunity, it
may be right in front of me. Butbecause I don't trust your
motives, I may not be able tocapitalize on it or go forward
with it, right? Because thosetwo other elements are missing.
So I think leadership, relationship opportunity are all
very important in order for youto be in a position to actually
think about your thinking andgoing back to what you were

(11:26):
saying, not feeling like I'mforced to make a decision or I'm
experiencing some pressure, butjust truly dreaming and thinking
like when you were a kid andfailure wasn't an option, right?
And just thinking about what ispossible. But that can only
happen if those three elementsare in place. So yeah,
leadership relationshipopportunity is so important. And
I am not surprised in today'sday and age where, you know,

(11:48):
people are feeling let downmaybe by corporate America, they
feeling let down by some of theinstitutions, they trust that in
the past, right, whether it'sgovernment, Wall Street, other
type of institutions. So youknow, people are skeptical. So
it's very different and almostunheard of, in today's day and
age, to be able to collaborateor work with somebody who really

(12:10):
genuinely cares about what'sgoing to be best for you. So,
but it exists. I mentionedbefore that some people will
engage with a coach, notnecessarily because they're
ready to grow, but because theywant to hear that what they
thinking and feeling is right.

(12:32):
And I would challenge everybody, right? We already said that,
hey, if even the mostsuccessful, most famous people
can benefit from coaching, whoam I not to be humble enough to
think that I can change andgrow. So if you go into the
relationship, an organizationthat you can trust, and a person
that you feel has your bestinterest in mind, but then truly

(12:52):
having an open mind? Let's talkabout that a little bit, right?
Because it's easy. Like, if youasked me, Hey, TJ, you have an
open mind? Of course, I'm gonnasay, sure I do until you start
challenging the things that Ihold near and dear to my heart,
things that I perhaps value. Iremember when Terry and I would
have that conversation. Ofcourse, we work for the

(13:14):
entrepreneurs service, right?
And I said, Yeah, I would loveto be an entrepreneur, but I
don't have this idea or thecreativity to take something to
the marketplace. So okay, so youhave an open mind until you
think you cannot do something.
Right. And recognizing whatthose limiting thoughts could
be. Or I cannot be successful atsomething because I've never

(13:36):
done it before. Right? Anothermyth that may be holding you
back from actually reaching yourtrue potential. What are some
other famous ones that I see alot? Oh, knowing what you know,
love and enjoy will make yousuccessful, right? Why do so

(13:56):
many small businesses fail, then? If everybody like nobody
starts off thinking, Oh, this isnot going to work, but they love
it. Maybe they turn a hobby intoa business and then realize
something is missing. Socoaching can help you really
think about your thinking andhelp you reflect on things that
you weren't even aware of beforeyou guys want to comment on
that? Yeah, that last one is so huge. And I
think that's I mean, everythingthat you've spoken about,

(14:21):
obviously a coach would be superbeneficial and helping you
through just some of thoseobstacles, but the idea of doing
what you love and enjoy willmake you successful. I think
that's a trap that people fallin oftentimes trying to do it on
their own right, your go to is,well I love doing this or I
enjoy doing that. So obviouslyI'm going to be super successful
in excel at that. And if someonegoes down that path thinking

(14:42):
that's going to be what's bestfor themselves, their families,
their income, lifestyle, wealthand equity goals. They may
realize that they got themselvesinto a trap, right maybe they're
not successful, maybe they'renot able to succeed in it and
the way that they were when theywere doing it as a hobby or
something that they just enjoyRight. And so that idea of
working with a coach and lettingthem kind of challenge your

(15:02):
current beliefs and help you seesomething that you're not even
thinking of, is absolutelycrucial and oftentimes could
make or break what success lookslike in many cases.
And isn't it interesting in asituation like that, right? If
you follow, what's yourperceived passion and you tried
to, let's say, turn it into abusiness, the thing you used to

(15:22):
love so much now becomes thething you dread. And I've seen
the opposite happening to like, with so many of our clients, I
mean, 95% of our clients end upin something they never would
have looked at, or had lockedthat in prematurely dismiss. And
I just love those conversations, because they're like, No, when,
and how am I ever going to dothat, and then project three or
four years, and they've theirmajor influence or in the

(15:44):
community, they've created jobs, and what have you and people
like, and you're in the paintingbusiness, or in the home
cleaning business, who wouldhave ever thought that and so
the thing that they thought theywould hate, they now turn to
love because it's way biggerthan just the product of service
that they deliver. So, you know,a coach can really help you. I
mean, talk about getting out ofyour comfort zone, not only get

(16:06):
you out of your comfort zone, but really challenge you so that
you don't get stuck in what welike to call the definition of
insanity, doing the same thingover and over again, expecting
different results. I thinkEinstein gets credit for that
one, right? So you know, butit's so you know, if everything
in your life is working the wayyou think it should be, then

(16:27):
hey, maybe coaching is not rightfor you right now. But if you're
thinking there has to be abetter way, think about all
these things, keep an open mind, challenge your maybe what a
limiting belief, could you besuffering from definition of
insanity and thinking that youshouldn't feel fear, that is
something that's going to leadyou to just because it is scary,
or maybe you've got sweaty palmsdoesn't necessarily mean that

(16:50):
it's wrong, right? So a coachcan help you explore and educate
yourself in a safe space, sothat you can then make an
informed choice about what thebest path is going to be for
you. But thinking that once youhave that clarity, it's going to
be like, Oh, nothing to fear, that is something that is going
to elude you too. I mean, thisis where the four C formula

(17:13):
actually helps me personally.
Because, you know, in order tohave confidence in something,
there are actually three otherthings that have to happen
first, first, you have to make acommitment. Right? So if I have
that dream, and I see that, oh,my gosh, that's powerful, then I
need to say, Yes, I really, really am going to go after
this. I'm making a commitment topursue my dream. That is only

(17:34):
step one. Step two, then is Oh,my gosh, I need to muster up the
courage, what did I now reallysign up for that better,
brighter future that I say Ireally want? Am I willing to do
what it takes to get that, andthat is where the nerves come
in. Right? It's a little scary, because I've never done that
before. I've never experiencedthat kind of success before. But

(17:54):
once you take those steps, you'll start developing the
capabilities. And anything, think about anything that you've
done in life that was super, super scary. And then once
you've done that, you realizethat, okay, I didn't die. And
maybe it was a littleexhilarating. And maybe I'm
actually a little proud of that, right? Like, I remember you're
sharing the story of this publicspeaking?

(18:16):
Absolutely. Absolutely. And it'sfunny, we spoke about this in
one of our earlier pod podcast, and it's earlier in the book as
well. But I feel we have tohighlight the acronym for fear
because it's so true each andevery time it's false evidence
appearing real. And it's sotrue, that fear that builds up
in you and what you think thingsare going to be and what's

(18:37):
tripping you up. Oftentimes, when you get through it. And at
the end, it wasn't real, you didfine. And the more you do it,
the better it is. So absolutely.
And it never is as bad as youthink it's going to be right.
You're doing the public speakingpeople like I am so inspired.
You're like, oh my gosh, Ididn't even know what I just
said. But then you realize, like, Okay, if I can do that,
yeah, what else can I do in mylife? That is worth it right? So

(19:00):
don't try to avoid feelingscared or nervous. That is
actually a good thing. If youdon't feel it actually. Terrico
will always say, then you becomecomplacent. You should feel that
Jack more Yeah, then thisnervous feeling because the
nervousness just means thatyou're human. I've never seen
anybody make meaningful changein their life and just being
very complacent about it. Ifthat is the case, what did you

(19:20):
say this morning? That they'renot dreaming? They got an
absolutely, yeah, so yeah.
And I would add to that, to thaton the coaching side, like I
love the what was the first onecommitment? And that's 100% Like
we talked about open mind, wetalk about these limiting
beliefs you might have. So firstand foremost, are you willing to
commit to keeping an open mindand what I love too is the coach

(19:43):
is going to challenge you 100%but also they're there to like
be your encouragement as you'regoing through all these things.
So you don't have to feel theseyou know, this fear false
evidence appearing real butthese feelings are our you know,
this is what I feel thing rightnow. But your coach is there to
say, Okay, let's talk through itthis, this doesn't have to be

(20:05):
something that's crippling andholding you back, let's work
through it and look beyond it.
And that is very powerful.
Because I know, in my own lifefeeling those things, it's very
natural to say, You know what,I'm just gonna kind of stay in
my comfort zone, I'm gonna staywhere I am. And then you're not
you don't, it's very hard topush yourself out of your
comfort zone. So it helps tohave someone else doing that.
And then they can also help yousee, you remember when you did

(20:28):
that? Do you remember when youpushed yourself out of your
comfort zone? Do you rememberwhen you achieve that great
thing? You can do it? And sothat's the other part of it as
well is there there for supportand encouragement and like a
cheerleader almost, as well asthe, you know, challenging? And
thatpiece of it? Yeah, that actually
makes me think of two morethings, right. So there are
going to be days when you workwith a coach that your coach is

(20:50):
actually going to believe in youand your potential weigh more
than you do. And that'spowerful. Could you be doing
this by yourself? Absolutely.
But when you get scared, who'sgoing to be there to help you
see, that is what I'm thinkingand feeling really, really true?
Or am I just being a human beingsomebody who's going to be a
dream champion for you, somebodywho's going to believe in you

(21:12):
more than you do, you canprobably think of somebody in
your life to where you're like, wow, you know, I don't see what
they see in me, but because theybelieve in me so much, it gives
me the energy to to persevereand go for it. I want to make
them proud. Right. So I mean, that is a form of coaching also.
But the nice thing aboutcoaching is, it's not about

(21:32):
making a decision, because whatkeeps people in there, you know,
stops them in their tracks. It'swhen fear and doubt creeps in.
So coach can help you avoid thefeeling of making a bad or wrong
decision, because that's goingto never get you anywhere. But
realizing that I'm in a safespace, I'm going to learn I'm
going to get knowledge, I'mgoing to educate myself so that

(21:55):
I can get to a point where Ihave some clarity, and I can
make an informed choice. That isway less fear producing than
just knowing that oh my god, ifI screw this up, life, as we
know is gonna write, I know, overly dramatic, but you know,
sometimes in our heads, it'sthat real. So you know, a coach

(22:16):
can be there, you know, sometimes they'll get you out of
your comfort zone. Other times, they'll be there to actually
help you believe that you canactually do what you say that
you wanted to. But the importantthing, it's never the coach's
dream. It's always your dream.
And what you want to create yourlife, the income, the lifestyle,
the wealth and equity goals, needs and expectations that
you're pursuing. So a coach willa really great coach won't be

(22:38):
telling you a lot, but they'llask you a lot of questions. So
you know, there are a fewexamples that I can think of you
guys probably have heard thismany times. I think sometimes
they just roll off my tonguewhen I have a conversation with
somebody, they're like, are wein a coaching session right now?
Are you going to be sending me avision statement after that?
But, you know, I feel like ifyou're genuinely interested in

(23:01):
what makes somebody tick, thesethings are just things that
you're genuinely intriguedabout, right? Like how many
people get asked to think abouttheir life, five years, 10 years
from now or even what has tohappen both personally and
professionally in the next yearfor you to be happy with your
progress. Let's just focus onthat making baby steps, more
progress towards that kind ofchange. Other great coaching

(23:24):
questions would be you knowwhat, let's dream a little What
would you do if you knew thatyou couldn't fail? What would
that look like? Or you know, when people start saying, Oh, I
would love to do this, butthat's not possible. But what if
it was? What if we were to findout that that's not the case?
Would that make a difference? SoI just love that coaches get to

(23:45):
be in that realm where like Isaid, as an ideologists, we get
to dream and think and explorewhat's truly, truly possible. We
believe that 75% of our, of theadult population has a strong to
very strong desire to want to beself sufficient, but only 5% are
ready, willing and able to dosomething about that desire.
They're actually not greatcoaching clients for us, because

(24:07):
they think they already know itall. The people that are
actually scared, unsure, maybehumble, right? They don't need
to be necessarily suffering frombetter career better investor
syndrome, but they want theyshould at the very least have a
desire to want to make somemeaningful change in their lives
and be open to challenging thecurrent beliefs and their

(24:29):
current paradigms that may beholding them back. They're
actually the perfect personwho's a great coach and
candidate. So we, we don't wantpeople to self select out
before. We want them toexperience it and the journey
they can stop at anytime theywant to. But they will see if
there's value in the coaching.

(24:52):
And it's just that one step at atime because most of our clients
if you see where they end up andhad you ask them when we started
off Did you ever see that thiswas going to be the end, they
said Not in a million years, Iwould have thought, you know,
yeah, it just never would havehappened. So that's why I want
to make sure that it's not justfor those who are serious about
success, but those who areserious about making meaningful

(25:13):
change in their lives. Andadding to that, uh, you brought
this up right at the beginningto you when you read that
statement at the beginning aboutwhat coaching is, which I think
we should reiterate at the end, because it is powerful, but
where the coach not only ishelping someone or empowering
someone to be able to dream andask these big questions and
really pull out really trulywhat is it that someone wants

(25:34):
that maybe they've never thoughtabout? But also then to help
them take these steps to act aswell? Which is a massive piece
of it, as well.
Yeah, because every buddy candream. But if you're not doing
anything about it, it's whatvalue does it have? Right. So
the statement was empoweringsomeone to become intellectually

(25:54):
engage in a future result thatis good for them, and then
getting them to commit to takeaction to achieve that result.
And that is where you use thegym analogy, right? Could you be
exercising by yourself andeverything? Yeah, sure, you can.
And some people are disciplinedenough to do that. But the ones
who see lasting results are theones that collaborate or work

(26:15):
with an exercise coach orsomething like that, right?
Somebody who's gonna push youharder. It's that love hate
relationship? I cannot do onemore push up. Yes, you can. Oh,
my gosh, I just did it. Right.
So and coaching about yourfuture and about creating wealth
for yourself or a legacy foryourself, or even just the
income and the lifestyle thatyou're after? I mean, a coach
can absolutely help you achievethat. Is it always going to be

(26:35):
easy? Heck, no. Otherwise, everybody else would be doing it
too. Right. But is it worth it?
Absolutely. Absolutely.
Okay, ladies, hopefully thoselistening and just hear the
passion that we have forcoaching. And I hope that we've
challenged some of thosethoughts and beliefs out there
for individuals that thoughtthey could do it on their own or

(26:57):
wasn't quite sure what thecoaching experience was all
about. But let's move to finalthoughts. So T final thoughts
for you as we wrap up thisepisode, or?
Absolutely, if there wasanything that inspired you
today, definitely get yourself acopy of this book, because a lot
of great nuggets in there. Also,as I think about it, I think we

(27:20):
referenced Brian Clemmer. In thebook, also, he was a keynote
speaker, and he wrote a bookhimself. And I always loved the
header. It says, If how tos wereenough, we'd all be rich,
skinny, and happy. So it's notlike the information isn't out
there. But what is missing?
Right? It's aligning yourselfwith somebody who cares,

(27:41):
somebody who can coach you, tohelp you reach your goals, your
needs, your expectations, somebody who can help you tap
into what is possible, and allowyou to live the life of your
dreams. So you know, you ownyour own dreams, it is your
journey. But heck, you don'tneed to go it alone. You know,
we believe that everybody has adream worthwhile pursuing. So

(28:03):
align yourself with somebody whocan help you move forward.
Absolutely. So great. I'm gonnago back to something you just
said. And I want to reiteratethat. So a central
characteristic of our owncoaches is that they often
believe in their clients dreammore than they do. And we found
that to be true with manycoaches individuals work with.

(28:24):
So I want to wrap it up withsaying, How wonderful is it to
know that a coach has so muchbelief and what you can do,
oftentimes, they can see it andbelieve it even before you can
so and they will help coach youthrough that mindset and get you
to that mindset every step ofthe way. They will not let you
fail on the path to seeing yourtrue potential. So keep an open

(28:44):
mind when it comes to workingwith a coach and really just
enjoy the journey.
How am I supposed to follow upthose who. So when it comes to
coaching, and specificallycoaching here at the
entrepreneur soars. I just knowthat it is a group of
individuals who truly like youwere talking about trust, and

(29:05):
how that's almost a lost art. Ifyou want to say that these days,
where people are skeptical, butthe coaches of the entrepreneurs
truly care so much about theclients, the individuals, their
families, and helping them dreamabout their future. And we've
seen it so many times wherepeople come to the coaches, they

(29:30):
begin their coaching journey, and they're beaten down there.
They're the battered careersyndrome is, is something that
they experience and they'refrustrated, they feel a lack of
control. They have fears, theydon't know where to turn. And
after working with the coachesand going through that
experience. They and I've heardcoaches say it I saw my client

(29:53):
like a spark was ignited andthey got again this passion for
life and for their future andfor What they wanted to do, and
it was just incredible to seethem go from this, like, just
kind of beaten down, like justworn down to this, basically a
whole new person who's like, I'mso excited for what I get to do.

(30:13):
I'm excited that I get to takeback control of my life. And
that is something that coachingdoes, it's an actual, like,
visible change in a person. Andso that's my long way of saying
that I, the coaching is sopowerful and just to be again,
open to it. And that's, youknow, it's really all that it is

(30:36):
just being open to starting totake those steps.
If you allow it, it can be lifechanging. Yeah. So, so
let me so thanks for joining ustoday as we explore
possibilities, options anddreams. Keep an open mind and
remember what's possible
