Diversity goes beyond skin and ethnicity. It’s age, gender, culture, and income level. A Black woman in menopause has a different experience than a white woman in menopause. Our DNA is different, our trauma is different, the way stress is carried in the body is different. That means the way we market has to be different too. I’m breaking down how to research, speak the language of the people you want to reach, and create content that truly resonates.
