Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello friends, we are so happy to have you here with
us today.
We are lit up right now by whatwe are doing.
I'm so thankful that God hasshown us what he's shown us
about whole food, plant-basedliving so that we can share it
with you Right now insideAccelerator.
Things have gotten cranked up.
We're in our first week.
It is going strong.
It's exciting.

(00:21):
We're inside Accelerator rightnow with our newest members
getting them results, and thisis the most exciting part of
what we do.
I love being here with you, sharing these things with you,
because many of our members werejust where you are now.
They didn't know what to do.
They're online looking foranswers.
They found the podcast They'vebinge listened to.

(00:42):
All of them already startedgetting results before they
started working with us insideAccelerator.
I'm talking like cholesteroldropping from 280s to 218.
Wrap your mind around that fora minute.
Like in just a very short time.
What in the world, like Jareand I were saying yesterday,
what medication does that inthat short of time or at all?

(01:04):
God has put these foods here tohelp us heal.
According to Genesis 129,they're the foods our bodies
were originally created tothrive on, and you know that
these are the foods that heal.
If you're a mom or dad andyou're sitting there feeding
your child, what's the thingthat you see?
Moms and dads all the timefeeding their child and saying
eat this, eat this, take a biteof this honey, just take a bite

(01:27):
of this.
It's not candy, it's notprocessed food, it's not usually
even meat, it's usually thefruits and the vegetables.
It's because we know that.
We know that.
We know these are the foodsthat heal, even within ourselves
.
We just know, like grandma'stold us, and we know if we've
dug any into the research.
This stuff has been out, thefacts have been there for so

(01:49):
long.
But the hard thing is wrappingour mind around.
How do you do this in the waythat works?
Maybe you've tried plant-basedbefore and you're back here
looking for an answer, like manyof our other clients have done,
where they just can't figureout how to make it stick.
Well, thank God, we found theframework.
When you have that framework, you'll know how to make this

(02:10):
delicious and rapid and simple.
But you have to get your mindsetright.
You need to know how to set upyour environment and it sounds
hard.
It's like oh, that sounds sohard.
It's not when you have someoneto show you.
It just blows my mind howsimple this is.
I'm making the videos andwatching them back as I do
voiceovers on some of the in thekitchens and I'm going this is

(02:32):
crazy easy.
We forget how easy it isbecause it's just what we do and
we're in and out of the kitchen.
We don't live our lives in thekitchen anymore, and I say this
all the time.
But if you're spending hours inthe kitchen, don't feel bad.
You just don't know what to doyet.
But you can learn.
It's not hard.
It's just not what you're doingyet.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
But when it is, it's going to blow your mind when you
see it.
You also forget what it used tobe like to prepare these foods
in the old way.
And I say the old way becausewe're still enjoying the foods
that we used to eat, but justdoing it in a different way.
Now that actually loves ourbody back.
So we're still enjoying thesame flavors, the textures, just
doing it in a better way.
But you forget the cleanupbefore and after, disinfecting

(03:12):
the grease, the long prep timeand, like you said, if you're
taking two hours to make aplant-based meal, there's an
easier way, I say you're doingit wrong.
I mean, you're making the meal,so you're obviously doing it
right, but there is a better way.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
Oh my goodness, Talk about redeeming the time.
Literally a whole module ofaccelerator is about redeeming
the time those things that we'vebeen taught and led to believe
by our enemy.
They're just not true.
We don't have to do all thosethings like making the calories
balance out and working out forinsane amounts of time and never

(03:48):
having the foods we like, andyou're going to feel deprived
and you need to just stop eatingall your favorite things.
It's hogwash.
It's absolute insanity.
You do not have to live thatway.
So listen to the podcastepisodes, start implementing,
step by step, one thing andanother thing serious life
changes happening for ourlisteners.

(04:09):
We get emails often from youtelling us you're not going to
believe.
This has totally changed mylife, even people who've tried
plant based before because wethink it has to be something
hard and complicated.
You just need to know the stepsand start taking them, and
we've shared 325 after thisepisode, steps that you can take

(04:29):
and way more than that, becauseinside each episode, you'll
know we share way more than onestep, but you're going to just
choose that one step from eachepisode and implement it.
Do not wait till you're in thecourse with us.
Yes, we're going to take you bythe hand and walk you through
when you're ready, step by step, taking you in the kitchen,
showing you what to make, how tomake it, how simple it is,

(04:50):
blowing your mind with how quick, how easy, how it will fit into
your schedule and how you'regoing to love the foods.
That is going to blow your mindmore than anything Like how
good this tastes, because, ifyou're like most people, you've
tried some nasty plant-basedrecipes.
It's true, they're out there,but I'm a little picky about
what I do and I don't have timeto be in the kitchen all the
time.
So when you get to the point, when you're ready, go to

(05:11):
poweronplantscom forward slashaccelerator, get on the wait
list.
If it's not open, it is goingto be life-changing for you.
We have walked people throughthe same exact steps and have
walked people through these sameexact steps and this is what
we've seen blood pressure comesback to normal and, under the
supervision of your medicalprovider, you're able to
decrease and then get off of themedications.

(05:33):
We've seen it happen so manytimes.
And then cholesterol coming off, cholesterol medications, with
us leading you and guiding youand the doctor saying Okay, now
we can go down to this amount.
Okay, now we can come off of it.
I mean, this is what happens.
Wrap your mind around thisautoimmune disease, ibs, crohn's
, rheumatoid yeah, rheumatoidarthritis gone, neck pain nine

(05:55):
out of 10, gone, low energy andunable to live my God-given
calling.
Now that's my reality.
I can live that calling becauseI wake up every morning with
energy and I don't feel like I'mgoing to crash and burn when
nighttime comes.
I still have energy left over.
That is the reality of learninghow to get these foods into
your life in the way that issustainable.

(06:17):
So go to powerimplantscomforward slash accelerator and
get your name on the wait listor get inside if it's open,
because it's going to changeyour life.
We see it day after day, afterbeautiful day, and that wasn't
our story for so long being inthe medical profession.
We were working with patientsand clients and our desire was

(06:37):
to help them to get well, butthe problem was that we were
working on managing diseases.
That's what we were taught inschool how do you manage this
disease and manage that disease?
And I'll never forget the timeJared came home from a
conference and he said I'm justso over it, like I was sitting
there listening to this doctorand he was talking about how we
reduce blood pressure.

Speaker 2 (06:59):
They were talking about what type of medications
to use for what type of highblood pressure or what level of
blood pressure.
So if it's above this amount, you use these medications.
And I just felt like we'realways just trying to get a
better fire extinguisher, neverreally looking at what was
causing the fire, never lookingat the root issue.
And this was even before Ilearned of lifestyle medicine.

Speaker 1 (07:20):
But when we started digging into the research and
getting our own results and thenlearning about this body of
evidence that has been there forso long about how these are the
life-giving foods, and westarted implementing those
things piece by piece, which isexactly what we show you how to
do, we see change.
We got change.

(07:40):
We got our lives back andthat's what we see happening for
those of you who are alreadydoing this and taking that point
by point that we're sharing inthe podcast.
And then you come intoaccelerator with us and the
results are just through theroof.
All these things starthappening.
You start implementing.
You're going oh man, thatreally is an easy recipe and

(08:01):
I've never tried that one before.
And now you can see it.
You can see it walked out.
You get the tools for savingtime and making it work with
your life and you're going thisis easier than anything I've
ever done before and all of asudden, your body starts healing
, naturally.

Speaker 2 (08:15):
And I think people hear about these results and
they want it and they believethat this is the way, because
they join us and enter intodoing this.
But when it actually happens tothem, it's like it's a complete
surprise to them, right?
I mean a very, very pleasantsurprise, and I think they
almost come into it with thehope, but not necessarily
realizing, yes, this will happen.

(08:35):
And then, when it does, it'slike this miracle for them and
they're ecstatic about it.

Speaker 1 (08:41):
So we all want to feel great, Everybody wants to
feel great.
But if you're like where wewere years ago, we hit a wall
with our health and as we gotolder we started hitting more
walls with our health andtherefore we started believing
the lie that it was just becausewe were just getting older.
I mean, I seem to recall wewere even told those things oh

(09:04):
it's just, you're just gettingolder.
Oh, this is just how it is.
No, it's not.

Speaker 2 (09:08):
And I hear that from my patients all the time, people
that are in their 40s.
Well, I'm just getting older.
Look, if you're in your 40s youshould not be hurting, and I
believe even in your 90s youshould not be hurting.
And I tell people I do notsubscribe to that ideology Aging
is not a disease process.
Yes, we get older, but it's nota disease and it doesn't mean

(09:30):
that you should hurt or that youshould have these chronic quote
unquote chronic diseases.

Speaker 1 (09:35):
But you find yourself in this situation where you
think I've just got to get ridof this.
Like, what if I could?
Well, first of all, sometimesyou don't even realize you can.
So we're here to tell you youcan.
You can get beyond this, it canget better.
First, the first step is you'vegot to realize you can.
But then, once you realize youcan and you want to get better,

(09:56):
are you willing to do it?

Speaker 2 (09:58):
Are you willing to do what it takes?
At that point you start lookingfor answers.
Then are you willing to do whatit takes?
And I see this many times.
I've noticed a bit of an uptickin this with my patients when
talking with them, becausethey'll mention, when we first
meet, about different thingsthat they have, or maybe even
diseases that family membershave lupus, high blood pressure,

(10:18):
diabetes and I'll mention inabout lifestyle medicine and a
whole few plant-based diet andI've noticed that there's a
certain reservation in theirlook about the answer that I'm
giving.
And on this side of things, I'vebeen practicing lifestyle
medicine for quite some time now, and during that I have seen
more and more research and justmore and more health benefits in

(10:39):
the different foods that we eat, and so I see this on my end
and I've seen disease processesheal that were considered just
quote-unquote chronic.
But they don't know, and I cansee where they're influenced by
a lifetime of the propagandathat we've been getting about
you must have meat, you musthave dairy, you must have eggs

(10:59):
for calcium protein, whateverelse.
And so then, when they hear mesay plant-based, I know from my
perspective that this is theanswer that they need.
I can see it on their face, though this is not necessarily
the answer that they want, and Ieven had one patient say but
what about my cheeseburgers andI tell them I'm not going to
take your cheeseburger away fromyou.

(11:20):
That is a choice you have tomake.
I am not going to take anythingaway from you, but I do know
that this way of living canyield the results that you want.

Speaker 1 (11:32):
Yes, and the deprivation mentality has been
so woven in.
It's another one of those liesthat we believe.
Oh well, what about my cheese?
I mean, for me it was likecheeseburger cheese.
Anything with cheese, you addcheese to it.
Cheeseburger cheese, potatoes, cheesy soups, cheesy, this
cheesy that we still eat ourcheesy things.

Speaker 2 (11:51):
Extra cheese on cheese pizza.

Speaker 1 (11:52):
But think about the lie that people believe that you
can't have.
What about my cheeseburger?
What he's saying there is Ican't have cheeseburgers anymore
if I eat this way.
He doesn't understand that hecan't have cheeseburgers anymore
if I eat this way.
He doesn't understand that hecan still have cheeseburgers.
He's just going to have them ina different way.
That's going to love his bodyback, but he'll still like the

(12:12):
flavors of them.
You've got to wrap your mindaround the fact that all the
things that you love are notgoing to be taken away, and I
think that's why we don't see somuch reservation.
By the time we start workingwith you inside accelerator, you
don't see the reservationanymore.
You're just like I'm here, let'sdo this you start seeing and
understanding the possibilitiesright, and that's why listening

(12:34):
the podcast is so good, becauseyou're getting specific,
actionable steps that you canstart taking and getting results
and seeing hey, this couldreally work for me.
Now I need to know, step bystep, how do I do this.
Yeah, I've for me.
Now I need to know, step bystep, how do I do this.
Yeah, I've gotten some greatrecipes I've been cooking in
Anita's cookbook.
Oh, now I see that the food canactually taste good and oh, I
see that can have seveningredients or less and many

(12:56):
times beyond the table within 15minutes.
I mean, it really is mindblowing until you experience it.
But you start making thingslike the date night Alfredo and
the creamy tomato soup andyou're going this is crazy.

Speaker 2 (13:07):
And the next step of what you were saying is oh, and
I see my cholesterol dropped 70points in just a few weeks.

Speaker 1 (13:13):
Right, that's a no brainer.

Speaker 2 (13:15):
Now you're seeing the proof in it.
But I see so many people on thebeginning where they just don't
think this is possible orthey're just so ingrained with
the way that I used to eat.
And I get it because you knowwhat.
You know, you're used to thosefoods and you do like them, even
though they don't necessarilylike you.
You do like them, you know themand you've got all those years

(13:36):
of again the advertising and themessaging of you need this for
optimal health.
If somebody comes along andsays that message may not be
entirely accurate and that thereis a better way, it may be a
little bit hard to believe, butit's true.

Speaker 1 (13:49):
So what you're saying is the answer that you need
isn't always the answer that youwant.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
Correct.
But what you need to do is openyour mind just a little and
listen to the evidence, listento our podcast and just get
beyond that cursory no, no, Ican't do that, because I think
that's where so many people stopand it's like we say don't say
I can't, say how can I?
But I think a lot of peopleagain, they've lived the way

(14:20):
that they live, they hear thisand they just boom, say I can't,
without any realization.
So if you're in that boat, ifyou're listening to me right now
and you're in that boat, it ispossible, we've seen it.

Speaker 1 (14:32):
We've experienced it in our own lives and we see
clients experience it on thedaily, freed from things you
were told that you'd have for alifetime, that you'd be stuck
with Like.
I had interstitial cystitis.
I was told I'd have for alifetime, that you'd be stuck
with Like I had interstitialcystitis.
I was told I'd have it myentire life.
It's a terrible bladder disease.
I was put on medication for itand told I would be on that for
life, that I would have to dealwith it, that it would be a

(14:55):
problem.
I mean, if you've ever had aurinary tract infection, imagine
somebody telling you You'regoing to be having this for life
.
They don't know what causes it,you're going to need to take
medications and this is justwhat you have and it's how it is
.
I had fibrocystic breast disease.
I was told I would have it forlife.
The lumps are gone.
Wrap your mind around it,around the diagnosis you have no

(15:15):
matter what it is.
Wrap your mind around someonecoming up to you and saying
there is a way that you canreverse this, halt it and then
possibly reverse it.
This is highly likely and youknow the answer is there.
But then you find out theanswer is whole plant foods and
you say, oh well, maybe I don'tlike that answer so much I'd

(15:37):
have to give up my whatever itis for you.
Obviously, for me it was dairy.
What is it for you?
What is it that you would say Ihave to give up?
My many women think it's theirhusband's desserts, like my
husband's, sick and overweight, and he doesn't feel good because
dessert.
No, we eat desserts.
We just eat them in a differentway and we still reverse
disease and we still have moreenergy than we've ever had in
our 50s.
We get these mindsets of thingsthat are just crazy and we

(16:05):
don't like the answer.
Why do you think you wouldn'tlike that answer?
To eat whole plant foods?
Well, I'm not going to be ableto eat the foods I like.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
And many times they have no idea what's involved
with whole food, plant-based.
I think they just have thisidea of just nasty tasting
lettuce, meal after meal aftermeal.
I'll even share with mypatients some of the things that
we eat, and they're kind ofsurprised by that.

Speaker 1 (16:23):
But I want you to think about for you.
What is that food or the coupleof foods that you say, no, I
just couldn't do that because Ilove my blah blah blah.
I'd have to give up this, whatever that thing is, and then
ask yourself what does thattell you about that thing that
it's more valuable to you thanfeeling good, being able to

(16:45):
actually feel your best, beingable to live longer and live
stronger and better.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
I think the next question then is why do you have
that reaction to that food?

Speaker 1 (16:58):
Right.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
Because there's nothing plant-based that we eat
that if I found out somethingnegative about it that I
couldn't leave.

Speaker 1 (17:05):
Because it doesn't have the hold on you like those
other foods?
Like you have the casein in thedairy, which we know hits the
morphine receptors and causesthe calf to come back to the cow
.

Speaker 2 (17:15):
But in us it creates more of an addictiveness to it.

Speaker 1 (17:18):
Right, and meat has those type of properties because
it's extremely fatty and wejust have grown up on it and
sometimes it's the memoriesassociated with it.
But whatever you're thinkingabout, I want you to think about
what tastes better than feelinggood feels to me.
But then I don't even like thatquestion and I'm going to tell
you why.
It sounds great, it sounds alldeep, but think about this what

(17:41):
tastes better than feeling goodfeels?
That's kind of like saying, well, whole plant foods aren't
going to taste good, but that'sokay, because I mean, you're
going to feel great.
No, whole plant foods are goingto taste great when you know
how to prepare them in the waythat loves your body back and in
the way that the flavors gotogether well, just like how you
prepare your foods.
Now You'll learn how to getthose seasonings and spices and

(18:04):
sauces in the right combinationsand before you know it you'll
literally be writing your ownrecipes.
And I'm not saying you're goingto become a recipe author.
You probably have no desire todo that.
But once you have theaccelerator formula, you can
look at most any recipe and comeup with and put together meals
without even needing a recipe.
Think about how freeing thatwould be.
Not only do I feel amazing, Ilove how I eat.

(18:27):
I love this food.
We hear it all the time.
It's mind-blowing to me.
I've tried it before and Icouldn't stick with it because
the foods weren't exciting andit didn't taste good.
And now you're eating the rightrecipes and you're finding your
new favorites and you'rekeeping the list, like I show
you how to do, and before longyou're freed from that thought
of deprivation.
It's just not an issue anymore,it's a non-issue.

Speaker 2 (18:50):
With this, you truly do get the best of both worlds.
And while we're talking rightnow, I just had kind of a
biblical parallel there.
In our walk with God, we hearif we lose our life, we will
gain it.
Here, if we lose our life, wewill gain it.
So if we give up our lives toourselves and live for the
Father, we actually gain ourlives.

Speaker 1 (19:10):
If you give up these foods, realizing that these are
actually harming you, and you goto those plant foods, the one
that God gave us, he createdthese foods for us in the
beginning, in the first place,so our bodies could thrive,
because they're the ones thathave all the things that our
bodies need in them.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
So if we give up the other foods and then gain these
foods that were the original forus, then we gain the life.

Speaker 1 (19:35):
But in our spiritual walk the enemy convinces us that
will be deprivation.
Walking in the spirit in thatway will keep you from something
good that you love and you want.
And you're going to have togive this thing up and it's the
same lie.
That is genius, what you justcame up with, right?

Speaker 2 (19:51):
there.
That's a Holy Spirit revelation.
It was, it was God inspired.

Speaker 1 (19:54):
That is what this whole episode is about now.
I want you to think about that.
Just wrap your mind around howyou have been deceived by the
enemy in the things of thespirit.
The way he does his deceptionis the same way in what we eat.
It's the same way in so manydifferent areas.
There's nothing new under thesun, and he's using the same

(20:15):
sneaky, tricky methods.

Speaker 2 (20:17):
Same playbook, maybe just a different ball field.

Speaker 1 (20:19):
The same lies.
It's a lie that is keeping youstuck thinking you're going to
be deprived and you can't havethis and you can't have that
thing.
And so you hold on to thatthing with dear might.
So you hold on to that thingwith all your might and it
becomes an idol.
It becomes an idol.
It's the thing that is holdingyou back, because you think it's
so good you can't give it up.

(20:40):
What is that thing for you?
Think about what it is andlearn how to replace it with the
thing that is going to light upyour taste buds just as much as
your old favorite, but it lovesyour body back.
And when you do that, you'regoing to start seeing truth,
glimpses of the truth, thatthose old things were holding

(21:01):
you back.
Those weren't the things thatyou actually love, those weren't
the things that you call goodin the past.
And she's doing air quotes forgood.
Yeah, because we use our words, that God gave us, our language,
the beautiful gift of languagehe gave us, to spout lies that
keep us stuck.
The enemy has a saying thesethings, these foods are quote

(21:24):
good.
Oh, this tastes so good.
Oh, let's go eat there, it's sogood.
But yet that's the very thingthat's keeping you stuck in your
health struggle, but we'reproclaiming it good.
Wrap your mind around.
What is that food for you?

Speaker 2 (21:40):
That's exactly what I was thinking.
Wrap your mind around that.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
What are the foods for you that the enemy is using
to keep you stuck, those lies ofthe enemy that have kept you
stuck in eating things that aredestructive to your body and
that have got you on this path.
And then he makes you thinkthat it's not really the foods.
It's not these foods.
These foods are actually goodfor you, and you start hearing
things about how they're goodfor you and you know all all

(22:05):
along, they're not.

Speaker 2 (22:07):
Then when you hear somebody coming with a message
like what we have, then youfight against that message Like
no, no, no, no, I'm supposed toeat meat protein, never minding
the original source of all theamino acids that are in that
meat come from a plant.
I know but we're not taughtthat.

Speaker 1 (22:23):
It is mind boggling, but it shouldn't be.
We have an enemy who's verysneaky, and he's sneaky in many,
many areas.
If he can keep you feeling sickand exhausted, constantly
searching Google trying tofigure out how to heal from this
and heal from that and getbetter and feel better and all
these things and there's so manylies on there.

(22:45):
It's so overwhelming.

Speaker 2 (22:47):
And you're happily eating the foods that are
keeping you stuck and you'rewanting those foods, thinking
they're what is going tooptimize your health.
I mean, it's such a brilliantdeception, very evil, very
diabolical, but it's a brilliantdeception and we're here to
break that.
We're here to bust those lies.

Speaker 1 (23:11):
So what is that?
One thing that's had a hold onyou that you proclaimed as good
over your life that you aregoing to say no more, no more.
Is that thing going to have ahold on me?
No more am I going to have toeat cheese because I love it and
it's so great and I know allabout the different kinds, and I
have to have sour cream oneverything.
It may not be dairy for you, itmay be meat, it may be some
other food that just has a holdon you that you know is not for

(23:34):
your good.
Find a way to make that dish orthat thing like the guy Jared
was talking to his clientcheeseburgers.
Find a way to make a cheesyburger that you like.
You may go and try theseplant-based pre-made burgers and
they taste like crap.
I'm just gonna be honest.
They do not taste good.
Turn it over and read theingredients label.

(23:57):
It's not good for you.
So I'm not saying start withvegan junk food, but if that's
how you can transition in theonly way, then do it it.

Speaker 2 (24:05):
Start there.

Speaker 1 (24:05):
But I don't think that you're going to find that
those foods taste good.
Get the Happy Burger inside thePower on Plants cookbook.
That's a great place to startwith a burger.
Get the Vellnita cheese recipe.
Get the nacho cheese recipe.
Start getting cheesy, creamythings.
Eat some Alfredo.
If you do nothing else.
If you like Alfredo pasta, getthe Power on Plants cookbook and

(24:28):
try the date night fettuccineAlfredo recipe.

Speaker 2 (24:32):
People love it.

Speaker 1 (24:33):
It'll blow your mind.

Speaker 2 (24:34):
I think that's the most favorite recipe we hear.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
It's so good.
And if you think, oh, it's notcheesy enough, add a little more
salt.
Because you're used to salty, salty food, add a little more
salt.
You're going to back off onthat over time and your body
won't need it.
But salt can make a bigdifference, because cheese is
very salty.
It's very salty.
I don't put as much salt in myrecipes, but that's one way you
can make it more quote cheesy.
But you're going to like it andyou're going to say you know,

(24:59):
this is so close.
If you don't say it's identical, you're going to say this is so
close.
I cannot believe this doesn'thave cheese in it and it's just
going to blow your mind.

Speaker 2 (25:08):
And it's going to blow your mind at how fast it is
.

Speaker 1 (25:11):
Literally it's a couple of ingredients in a
blender, Five minutes maybe Done.

Speaker 2 (25:16):
It takes longer to boil the noodles than it does to
make the sauce.

Speaker 1 (25:19):
Takes longer to wash the blender than it does to make
the sauce.
I mean, we're talking dinner onthe table in 15 minutes.
It's just insane.
And we've been told all theselies like it's hard, it takes a
long time, it doesn't taste good, I'm gonna have to be deprived.
I've got to push myself awayfrom the table even if I'm still
hungry and all these crazythings.
I got to count calories andkeep up with points and grams

(25:41):
and macros and macros.
And what if you're not tryingto lose weight?
Oh, I'm just going to have thisforever.
And I could just go on and on.
There's so many lies.
We're busting those inside ofAccelerator.
Get on the wait list now atPoweringPlantsAcceleratorcom if
it's not open, but start here.
Start today.
What are the things that havekept you stuck?
What are the things youproclaimed as good?
What are the things you couldnever stop eating?

(26:01):
Find the replacements.
Quit telling yourself I justgot to stop that.
That's never going to work.
Never going to work.
Don't say I just got to stop,that you don't.
Don't let your doctor tell youwell, you just got to stop
eating that your favorite food.
It's ridiculous.
Get a replacement in there thatyou love, find it and then drop

(26:22):
the other thing and move to thenext thing.
What's the next thing that hasa hold on me?
Drop that next thing and beforelong you're going to be living
the free life, the energizedlife, the vibrant, active life.
You're going to have ideasbecause your vessels are
becoming unclogged.
You're getting blood flow toyour brain now.
You're going to have ideas thatyou didn't have before.

(26:44):
You have energy to start thebusiness.
We've seen multiple times peoplestart businesses who are
working with us we love workingwith Christian business people
why they can't figure out, whythey can't get their business to
the next level.
They have all these ideas andthings they want to do, but they
don't have the energy to do it.
They don't feel good and youdon't understand.
If you don't take care of yourbody, you can't even have the

(27:05):
level of ideas or the ability towalk those ideas out and just
taking the step today offiguring out what has had a hold
on you and starting to findyour new favorites and getting
rid of those things, not sayingI can't have them anymore.
You're going to still have them.
You're just going to have themin a different way.

Speaker 2 (27:25):
And just realize, the answer you need may not always
be the answer you want.
Until you do, until you doBecause once you start tasting
this food, you're going to thinkwhy did I resist this so much?
Why did I wait so long?

Speaker 1 (27:39):
That is it, sunshine.
We love you, we are here foryou, and sometimes these truths
are hard to swallow.
It may not be the answer youwant to hear.
Like Jared said, until you do,we are praying for you, we are
on your side, we are cheeringyou on.
You've got this Implement todaywhat you've learned and before
long you're going to be feelingamazing and walking out your

(28:00):
God-given purpose.
We are so here for it and wewill see you very soon.
