Everybody feels anxiety sometimes. It’s normal. It doesn't necessarily mean you have an Anxiety disorder. It is only considered a “disorder” if it interferes with your ability to function in your day-to-day life.

In this episode, renowned psychologist, author and public speaker, Sarah Chana Radcliffe explains what anxiety is, some tips on living with anxiety and self-care ideas to help prevent anxiety from becoming a disorder.

Sarah Chana’s practice is in Toronto, Canada. She uses a variety of cutting-edge therapies to help improve relationships, reduce stressful emotions, and maximize achievements.

She gives her clients the tools to help them live their best life well after their time in therapy is over. Because there is no therapy that is one-size-fits-all, Sarah Chana utilizes a variety of therapeutic interventions including Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy, EFT, HeartMath and EMDR. With over 30 years of experience, Sarah Chana is a leader in the world of psychology, publishing many books including "Raise Your Kids without Raising Your Voice" and "The Fear Fix: Solutions for Every Child's Moments of Worry, Panic and Fear." Her newest book Better Behavior Now! Is actually one of our new favorites of hers, which we will hear more about towards the end of this podcast season.

Now let’s learn more about anxiety.
