In today’s episode, I speak with Sharee Johnson. She is a psychologist, author, and wellness coach. She is the author of the book, The Thriving Doctor. This is a book that helps doctors and other healthcare providers build skills in communication, emotional regulation, leadership, and compassion. This talk was a special one because Sharee is from, and lives, in Australia. Through the wonders of the internet and Zoom, we were able to easily have an interesting and informative conversation about provider wellness, healthcare culture, and the differences between the US and Australia’s healthcare systems.
