What to eat when you're recovering from chronic health problems

This one is a bit different as I am talking about diet and nutrition. I forgot to mention I also think calories aren't as important as people make it out to be, along with a lot of nutritional/mainstream nutrition norms honestly.

The best diet isn't one you find online but make for yourself and find on your own. That being said there are some diets worth looking into as well too for healing and recovery.

I also find juicing to be very healing and beneficial as well too.
