Join Dave and Carly as they welcome guest Claudio Ludovisi, the Assistant Dean of Marketing, Strategy, and Corporate Relations at the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. Ludovisi has been a scholar-practitioner for 25 years in marketing leadership, spending time leading at brands such as Disney/ABC, and NBC.

Ludovisi is studying the relationship between organizational purpose and customer engagement.

In this episode, Ludovisi talks about the purpose of a brand and the links in research between successful businesses with high purpose and performance. The strategy, and how for-profit brands and non-profits can grow if they implement these tactics.
